The Amazing Spiderman
Though not considered powerful,
yet widespread by demand.
Comics sold, bankrolls, showerful,
allegiance o'er the land.
Look out, here comes the Spiderman.
Criminals have no chance,
there are billions but just one man,
lockup post song and dance.
He improved his costume and skills,
swings and speeds just in time,
thieving crooks in the act get chills,
serving time for the crime.
Glory and money mean nothing,
those facts launched worthily.
Some cons, but most pros, are buzzing,
thank you's he does receive.
Spins his web, swings rooftops, and on,
culprits caught in his web.
Wherever unlawful moves spawn,
his acts cause crime to ebb.
As a young fan, recollecting,
moments from page to page,
suspense and fun of connecting,
former lad, now old age.

With night, light blurs sight
Morning gets informed of fright
Yet flies dark aright
Unstoppable soul
Peeped into the gloom's roll
And take due control
Alongside farewell
Unbearable psyche compel
Fright it does propel
Unstoppable soul
Now scattered far to console
Gloomy frights enroll
Intact memory
Saves it once in Calvary
Faced with bravery
Unbearable psyche
Left to visit a Nike
To return spiky
While it clears its path
Psyche went to have its bath
To be back in wrath
Now it seems soul's eyes
Close soon for psyche to rise
But one for one dies
Another rose up
Serves as gallant backup
Builds psyche's lockup
Chaos fly away
Lonely to a silent bay
There to overstay
To let pure peace reign
Over and over again
For today's campaign
Happy world peace day
International peace gay
Today well obey
Happy International World Peace Day!
The old white bearded man spoke in soft voice,
in front of the seated crowd in elegant poise.
Honor is a divine spark that has a hidden affect,
the mask of vanity and truth attract every soul prospect.
Ancient prophesies have risen from the depths of hell,
into the masked faces - impossible to break the spell.
Every desire in life has its answers what needs to be done,
if it were not so, creation would not have gone on.
The soul in body and part of earth spirit entity,
speaks in natures equilibrium and diversity.
Respecting natures elements become the walking on water,
sparking manifestation reaching honorable boarder.
The domain of oneself in God himself perception,
the love-steam in change of heart reception.
The lockup pointed to the wisdom point break,
needed to be attained in that grateful solitude.
sweet and citron voice, fondled a whisper
did you say, "O my Love, pulling me close
refreshing spring water, cooler and crisper
restless eyes now crave, to forever repose
a vista of orchids, into my soul you dive
where a frantic heart, beats in your fervour
No more secrets, so effortlessly you arrive
in every corner, dreams in vain endeavour
in swarm of thousand kisses, I slowly melt
impetuous arms hug, a wild maddened sea
faintly glowing cinder, every cell now felt
an embrace, in your lockup, you set me free

Children now crying
In lockup at border camp
Waiting for mothers
No Christmas presents for them
Angles looking down crying
He's Blind
Love comes when you least expect
hair looking like its own private wreck
piece of lettuce caught between front teeth
ketchup on the face-- like a Christmas wreath
you get the picture...an utter mess
nothing like trying not to impress
Just then--in comes the guy, the one
if he looks at my face, I am done
he strolls over and asks if I need help
trying to answer, I let out a little yelp
he looks me over and says you look so cute
I think to myself this just doesn't compute
The cool guy gets nervous
I ask him to sit trying not to make a fuss
his voice shakes...he asks
date ----well, let's just say I said yes
I would have dragged myself there, I confess
where are we going to go
he said he didn't know
The guy hasn't just lost his mind
now I know he's also blind
later he told me not to wear makeup
that's not happening, unless I am in the lockup
loved my hair style--I hope that pimple doesn't erupt
You think its love
that it was sent from above
Boy, what a rush
nothing like a high school crush!
Within my mind neglected Goddess lies,
With foaming mouth and reddened eyes enraged,
She claws the lobes with needful shrieks and cries,
This beast is rabid Aphrodite caged.
Her presence Mother Nature bargain gifted,
Appeasing Death to spring forth creatures new,
But I am self-aware enough and lifted
To challenge Love and lockup all her dues.
Yet even so this shell is sick and frail,
And cracks with craze when carnal pleasure fasts;
The slugging Reason symptoms Love’s prevail,
The shun of one can sum them both outcasts.
The need for Love I grudgingly resent,
Upset the Reason’s poor for sole content.
THE DAY FERGUS THE FROG CROAKED
(A Children's Rhyme by Joan Donnelly Ellis Oct. 2015)
Fergus the Frog was lazy and fat and a worshipper of idleness
He'd lie on his lily pad all day ...refusing to work ....didn't care to play.
Had no interests...no not one.
One afternoon a visit to the swamp Uncle Fred made
Saying Fergus you are useless and better off in a grave
Precisely in that moment a crocodile scooped Fergus up
Both Lily pad and frog slid in croc's mouth headed for lockup
Croc closed his mouth on the pair as Fergus kissed his rump
As croc swallowed his noon day snack of shiftless frog juicy and plump
That's precisely when the reptile begin to jump
He leapt to a branch on a very small tree
Where lizards and snakes slithered to get free
Then crashed head first in the mud down below
He lie there stunned for a moment and rose real slow
He coughed so hard out from his open mouth flew a slimy green lump
It was Fergus the Frog that staggered to the nearest stump
Then crashed on the lathered shore
With a heave and sigh critters watched him die
Now Fergus Frog is no more
I never see the stars anymore.
Whenever I was losing my mind,
I'd stare out my window,
the one I now lack.
But now all there is,
are the lights on the monitor,
and the beat of my heart.
Exiled
Marble and steel walls
Hold firm phantom barred captivity
Knowing but empty space now
Amidst the imagined visitors
How suffocating this lockup
This prison of laser-beamed bondage
Rendering ghostlike existence
Void of its creators touch
Living with but posthumous memory
Passion of suffering
Continues its origin of pain
Shrill its captured moment
Frozen its anguish forever
Living on concealed
The Scream hangs silent
In dark gilded confinement
not so one a go
some was lockup we know
for speaking out
no doudt
it was a bad and sad time
now we're in
over power people sin
i still yes
