Hear What I Say Poems | Examples

Premium Member Shed a tear

Open your mind once again and shed some tears for a
world full of pain

Shed some tears for the children that die
and for the mothers that openly cry

Shed some tears for needless death in war
not really knowing what they are fighting for

Shed some tears for the people with no home
the unwanted that die all alone

Shed some tears for all hatred and sorrow
only we can make a better tomorrow

Shed some tears and hear what I say
for a better tomorrow we must cry for today.

Premium Member Through the Rabbit Hole

Used to slip from here to you
Through the rabbit hole we knew
Now the hole is filled with land
Rabbits fail to understand
When the night comes, I am here
At the place of our frontier
I can’t call you anymore
You won’t open your green door
I won’t enter, you won’t smile
I can’t go for many miles
Only by the special car
Time machine to where you are
You won’t tell your place of stay
You can’t hear what I say
Much interference and noise
Drown out my feeble voice
Still I wait, for I’m sure
You won’t left me insecure
There’s another rabbit hole
Slightly broader than the old
Slightly different path to go
Pretty sure you’ll say: I know..

Premium Member Nothing Comes Again

Darling, it’s a sunny day
You’re with me, you’re in me
Darling, Pippa waits to play
Can’t you see
“Listen, if you hear me, love
Nothing comes again
You’re my lovely boy
You can’t understand”
Crescent moon and Venus
There you are, there I am
Darling, do you see us
 Tell me if you can
“Hear what I say, my love
 Nothing comes again
 You’re my elfin boy
 You can’t understand”
 Darling, it’s a starry night
Come and see, come to me
Don’t stay silent, switch the light
 Darling, let us be
“Hear me, dear Grisha
 Nothing comes again
 Someday, someway
 You will understand”..

Only read if you want more love and understanding in your life

A supernatural piece.

Only read if you want more love and understanding in your life!

(A lone voice whispers after lighting a candle. The invocation ends with the blowing out of the candle, after the last line is recited)

The Prayer to The Elementals.
Candela Meditation.

(A lone voice whispers)

Power of Air
Power of Land

Hear my souls
Holy writs

I pray for love and understanding
So come my way

Power of Night
Power of Day

Hear what I say

I summon thee to protect me
So be it

P.S

You do realise by reading it silently, you've summoned more love and understanding into your life?

Energy goes where attention flows.

The looms of Cashmere and Lima

Nice shoes
and a fancy saddle
a beautiful horse
a gorgeous, gorgeous horse!

Oh to be, love and excepted
a graduier way for me to feel
a gaudy way for self expression
the silk you see is for real
owning and caring for
the whole ordeal
shined my shoes
they shine like polished steel
people of this hemisphere
an earthy more healthy
way to play
to sing from such a position
all can hear what I say
every sorted gesture
ah rhmns for singing
not just any ole way
this one has meaning

Oh til then
on we go
if you need
I'll told you so
aint no love
like you and I

When the world
opened it's eyes
a covering of clouds
in the sky
fruits for us
portioned to be
the offering of
my love for thee

You must think I am crazy
lap steel guitars
string benders
Bassey Grooves
and drums

Please Baby Please Del Segno

Simply put
since it's worth mentioning
thought I'd bring this to your
attention
I don't wannabe like this
only to walk away
what can I say
tell me what
can I say
People you disappoint
I try to impress
sometimes
it aint about just you
Think of more than yourself
what I am gonna say
about you and I
when they ask me are ya'll
together
I don't wanna cry
I dpn't wanna cry

Love champions some
and saves plenty
Love aint worth a pile of beans
when you got to many
Lovers hear what I say
My lover take heed
it's you and I
it's you and I
Darling you know what I mean
take your time make me
the center of your
effections
keep me lover
keep me
don't keep me guessing

In memory

Tearfully I wonder if the choice was right
Questions run rampantly through my weary mind
His little face that solemn day replays throughout my lonely night
What emotions must have burdened his fragile soul
Every day I pray that he understands my reasons why
How my heart broke seeing his fear and pain
I couldn’t save him or comfort him; no matter how I tried

Pain and sorrow follow me along my journey now
Heart broken in tiny, sharp pieces scattered all around
All the memories of what he meant will guide me through somehow
Gone so young, so much left to live
How I wish God could have granted me more days
In each day I try to find a message of his love in nature’s majestic view
Wondering if his spirit is around; do you hear what I say
Now my days I must face with one less loving friend
Though your journey brings you far away
Your memory and loving bond will never end

Rest in peace my dear sweet boy
Travel with the angels now
I will carry on some way
Somehow

Premium Member Frog poem

Good morning says the frog
Sitting on the log
Talking to my dog
How was you day
What do you have to say
It was ruff
Oh that is tough
Says the frog
Sitting on the log
Next to the ledge
By the waters edge
Your nose is cold
You must feel bold
Sticking your nose on me
Curious as can be
It is not every day
Someone can hear what I say
Stumbling across such as I
Sitting here enjoying the sun in the sky
Eating this fly
Nothing better to do
Than talk to you
This is how I spend my days
Love it in so many ways
Will stay here
Without fear
Says the frog
Sitting on the log
Talking to my dog
Sit here till the summer starts getting old
Nights starts getting cold
Then I sleep
Do not weep
I will be back
I have flies to attack
Says the frog
Sitting on the log
Talking to my dog

Premium Member Stranger's Question

Why I am here? There’s no answer..
Cause no one can hear what I say
At least on a superficial glance
It’s all God’s inscrutable ways
But I sense there must be a plan
By which I was given a point to be
Exactly where it was meant
And that’s what most puzzles me
Well I can conclude with assurance
The place where I’m at isn’t mine
Taking into account every nuance
I say that it’s not very fine
Keeping me unaware for so long
Doesn’t look like a good idea
Should not be a puzzle, where to I belong
I’m sorry to echo this animal fear
But I mustn’t I know, what’s the aim
In living a life of an alien resident,
Among foreigners, playing their foreign games
What’s the purpose by this was meant?

Some days it's just not a good idea
To wake and get out of the sack
Sure as hell things will take a wrong turn
You'll wish you could turn the clock back

After the first, calamity numéro uno
You think nothing else could go wrong
Then WHAMMO! something gives you a jolt
And you're back to square one before long

Take heart it happens to all of us
You're probably thinking it's only you
Surely been down that road more than once
It's the sad part of life it's so true

The bottom line is to take it real slow
Sure as hell tomorrow will be a better day
At 87 years I've learned a thing or two
So trust me and hear what I say!

Will never have the key
We must all
Stand and defeat
Be strong not weak
That only way hear what I say
They are just
POWER FREAKd

Time Thought

If I could speak to you
in the early quiet hours of the day
could you listen
 hear what I say?

If time could standstill
and be only this here and now
could you look at me in love
knowing well get thru life somehow?

If the wind could be soft and gentle
and the sun warming our skin
could I wrap you in my arms
 whispering the love within?

If life teaches lessons
what is it we have learned
could nothing else matter
but the love we have, the love we've earned?

If time is all we have in living
how much does it really matter
could we spend it together giving
love sharing the quiet of the morning hours.
