Then Whammo

Some days it's just not a good idea To wake and get out of the sack Sure as hell things will take a wrong turn You'll wish you could turn the clock back After the first, calamity numéro uno You think nothing else could go wrong Then WHAMMO! something gives you a jolt And you're back to square one before long Take heart it happens to all of us You're probably thinking it's only you Surely been down that road more than once It's the sad part of life it's so true The bottom line is to take it real slow Sure as hell tomorrow will be a better day At 87 years I've learned a thing or two So trust me and hear what I say!
