Bipolar 2

I'm secretly
a genius, trouble
is, I'm the only
one who knows
about it.

I'm much too
shy to show it,
and I'm much
too mad to keep
it constant.

I'm either busy
laying in my bed,
missing out.

Or overworking
myself to the point
of exhaustion.

There's no
in-between.

And that,
my friends,
is brilliant.

Premium MemberCasper the Friendly Ghost

Casper the Friendly Ghost
was youthful and wanted one thing the most;
each show he searched to find and make friends.
kids always ran; maybe the wispy can't plan solid ends.

Premium MemberA Girl's Black Hair

when I
young I

was well
and tell

my friends
split ends

my hair
not fair

but clean
not mean

I wash
and brush

my locks
like ducks

to say
like fay

I sing
and swing

and fly
not cry

to dry
not fry

under
hot air

my own
full grown

long hair
black hair

love you
just you

sweet you
black you!

Humiliation

I thought at your fiftieth we would make up,
I saved every drop to buy you a new Ford.
Your Royce is still sweet, but it needs a backup—
Not a Lincoln, a Mustang I could afford.

But you threw the keys back at me in fury,
You let your friends mock me with horrid laughter.
On our disputes, you turned them to our jury—
They reveled, munching on our private matter.

You called me names you'd never used before them,
You left me unanchored in a wave of shame—
An abyss where you left my pleasance's scum,
Then heaped on me a full load of scorn and blame.

Is dating a prettier lady a sin?
Drown me in more shame—it quenches not the flame.
The more you dump me in your emotive bin,
The more she lifts me back into her love-frame.

They jumped into the her car..that Spring night.
Pangie and her friends, fully eager for a night
          of pure delight!

They were out on a hunt for some hot men?
Pangie, that eighty-seven- old flirt led the way,
Giggling grandmas, had fun all night and day!

Premium MemberThe Cut-Out-And-Keep Guide To Trees

the silver birch
it likes to hide
so as you search
at eventide
you find it there with many friends
playing poker through the night

the common oak
a wise old man
an aging folk
since time began
grandfathers of the forest they
speak myth and folklore when they can

the sycamore
with helicopter seeds
sets out its store
among the weeds
then grows to be big and strong
from people’s picnics on which it feeds

the horse chestnut
is the conker tree
the children’s favourite
but too spikey
until they are ready later on
and why kids were late home for tea

the yew
is old
and grew
so slow
its age is in millennia
and battles from the archer’s bow

the hawthorn
its blossom white
and at dawn
as if it snowed all night
then all too soon the white has gone
a desperate case of bad stage fright

the conifer
fir, spruce and pine
a regular
likes mead and wine
to keep it warm in winter then
comes into homes at Christmas time

Droplet's Sacrifice

The mission was simple;
To save the whole planet
From white clouds
Lies the troopers

The wind howled
As they fell down
A headfirst dive
At the speed of sound

Death is a friend of the Earth
They thought, as they fell across the sky
I am the savior of the Earth
But I know not how or why

Today they made a sacrifice
That little drop of rain
But it went over our heads
Life seems still and same

Thud
They disintegrate into the hungry plants
They watch their friends get absorbed
This perilous journey they undertook
For the good of our world

INSPIRATION

On the shopping chanel
They sold a watch
Not the chanel
I wanted to watch

Inspiration I need
Not a watch
Come on please
Help me plot

Seen a sketch show
The other night
Would you know
Not a drawing in sight

Fact of the mattter
Was total uncanny
A bunch of actors
Revealing their insanity

I shook my head
Questioning my entire
Turned to Bob Ross instead
Didn't help me inspire

Asked a friends help
To Paint my living room
Detail the shelves
Make it all bloom

They turned up confused
With eyes like starlets
As I started to use
My easel and palette

Maybe I had the answer
Hopefully not too late
To copy Frida Kahlo
I tried a self portrait

I set up my Canvas
And got a bit confused
After a few hours past
I got a bit amused

With all to two and fro
Heads start to spinner
I really let it go
And painted the mirror

Maybe Art ain't my passion
As I can't find Inspiration
I could try Fashion
But sharp pins and perspiration

Not to mention scissors slips
May be a big disaster
Fingers and meat that fits
Like that dress by Lady Ga Ga

Back From the Dead

I’m having dinner with some friends. Affectionately known as “The Dead”
Staring at their faces, glued firmly in all places.

Who do you think your foolin? Your halitosis say it all.
Exterior defying test of time. As your organs quickly die.

One more drink, and I’m leaving.
I’ve kept up appearances and the peace.

Don’t get up, I’ll see myself out.
Love and kisses to you all.

It’s been a slice of heaven.
But, Im afraid if I stay a minute longer
Your faces will begin melting, from the the candle operas warm glow

A true Christmas moment

There is a moment every single year
Such a joyful one without a tear
The tree is up, the food purchased
Delivered present, friends embraced
With time taken out for those in need
Those family visits all now agreed
The moment comes without TV
It happens when nobody else can see
It's silent and peaceful open hearted
You've eaten sprouts, then you farted!

Premium MemberElmer Fudd Goes Hunting For A Prized Turkey Happy Thanksgiving Dear Writers

Elmer Fudd went hunting for a big prized Turkey.
A Big Gobbler he heard, Gobble near an Oak Tree..
He aimed his rifle, fired a shot!
Missed, Fell back, landed on his butt!
The Turkey saw, ran, and laughed uncontrollably!

I wish everyone a festive
Thanksgiving with family
and friends. Stay safe
out there, enjoy your tasty
meals, and give thanks
for this joyous occasion.
God bless everyone and all
you love...

A Limerick

There once was a lady from Indy
Who comes out of her house when it’s windy
She doesn’t walk fast
Though her friends are aghast
That her petticoats look very trendy

Jokes And Franks

Jokes and franks has
Line in between
Friends and transients.

A Message of Hope

A Message of Hope **

Seek inspiration in every day
Despite it's cruel intentions.
Find the bitter taste in rain that falls
Delightful just to mention

Learn to love all of your pains
From bunions up to brains.
The voices in your head are friends,
Enjoy their ridicule and games

Romanticise your anguish well,
If not then, what's the point?
Create your own little world of hell
Snort coke, smoke a joint

Whatever you choose to do from here
If you're caring, or if you're crude.
Just bear in mind, it matters not
Your living; is getting screwed
