FAITHFULLY OVERCOMING
    (A Senryu Quartet)

Leaves of pain falling...
Waterfall agony flows...
Healing faith sown...

Sowed faith germinates,
Sprouting in all its fullness;
Healing grace blooming:-

Hope's fruits ripening,
Their juice healing bitterness;
Faithfull healing reaped:-

We reap what we sow;
germinated faith heals all
in her great harvest:-

All I’ve got to give is the best I can;
This version of me is fiery, fine tuned;
I can be an emotional woman,
that’s the poet within being harpooned;
In a way that’s how our journey began,
from the first moment I was all consumed;
Babe, it ain’t ever gonna be easy,
but like the song says you have ‘Faithfully’.

Faithfully remember

Soft blink, fast blink, next to his manger.
Colors of the season brings back memories of my youth; memories of joy.
He is the reason for the season, he died for our sins. Is this joy?
Faith is knowing and understanding why this season should be joyful.
Prayers and laughter, festive tables serve to remind.
He is the gift. He is the reason. Remember.

Appreciating yourself, when others turn away with scorn.
Each day, you must love you as the sun doth the morn!

Feed your body, and nourish your dreams.
Pay no mind to those who give you no heed.

They are as shards of glass!
And people who do not understand class.

They might consider your poetry, to theirs, quite inferior!
That's because their poets. hearts exist in their posteriors.

Remember to laugh at the gods on poetic unicorns!
Hugging non-existent Muses in falsely lighted uniforms.

This is a magnificent place, where you can indeed pen freely.
It's not the Roman Coliseum; the true poets honor you here, dearly.

Many will avoid your work like bubonic plague.
They may have the virus, it's all the rage!

Love those who appreciate you, avoid the rest.
Who are "they?"- the poets who dream they are the best.

So, now! Please write this very day.
Making believe you are blossoms on the first day of may.

Faithfully

Those wandering eyes
Piercing through the soul
Leaves a memorable feeling
Chase it, its yours
Those unsaid words
Keen to be heard
Leave an unfelt emotions
Say it, say it
Sometimes an expression is in emotion

Those lingering thoughts
Waiting to be actioned
Leaves a drive for achievement
Go after it
Those goals that had been formulated
Feel as sense of accomplishment
Well done
Sometimes, just be thankful

Leap Faithfully

Leap faithfully. Be Prepared. For dark nights.
And when you cant see, don't panic.
For that is where the magic happens.
The depths of the unknown, bear gifts.
Use your fear to fuel your light.
Leap faithfully. Be prepared. For dark nights.

YOURS FAITHFULLY

I know with all my heart and being,
That I don’t know everything,

How can one think they are so wise,
If you do, you’re in for a surprise!

Only One knows our future, our fate,
Smell the coffee before it’s too late,

Confess Kneel down on bended knee,
And He will unburden you to be free,

Be strong, stand up for what you feel,
Be positive, take action, this is real,

If your soul needs help just ask for Him,
He’ll help you out, life’s not so grim,

Drown in your faith and then let go,
Let it surround you, feel its flow,

For then you truly have been saved,
Your journey now is blessed, light paved!

Premium Member The Call

If you listen, you will hear Him
Calling faithfully out to you
Like a nightingale in the dark
Or a choir of crickets chirping;
As the wind within the willows,
His very stones cry out for you

If you listen, you will hear Him,
A Father calling urgently
For all His children who are lost.
Hear His passion and His sorrow
For loved ones who will not listen
Who won't believe that Someone cares.

Listen through the pens of prophets
To the words of our wise Master,
Asking us down the ages to choose
Eternal joy we cannot lose.
With faith’s oil let us trim our lamps
And follow the light of the Lamb.

I am blessed

                                        Will do my best

What is out of my hands

Fatima Shines Faithfully

Mellifluous musk exudes her every facette of sentience
A mosque’s dome protects and shelters a loving embrace
Compound eyes watch over a union made in spiritual sanctuary

Fatima knows and exchanges her vow with Fiona Peace be with them and with all

Not gold they seek just love in every aspect of body mind and tolerant essence

Patina green and humble reflects from a church of fruition
When the chakra of love transcends religion with ancient tutelage
Colour gender and creed do not matter when lips meet their oyster

A kiss for freedom a touch of their hands a ring of souls and tender caress

Sweet perfume and pheromones mingle with literate books of all times

If you have it in your heart to love yourself,
I am likely to love you (given a chance).
If not to the heights and the depths then
Perhaps still to the width of your soul.
I do not say that I excel under pressure,
Or that, at night, the stars consume my breath,
More that width is my forte, that girth,
That mirth is something I can put my arms around.
And if you have ever loved the fog that both can hide,
And yet embrace all your disparate parts,
I might be a man with whom you could be intimate.
But how, on God's green earth, could an honest man
Ever claim to love, to desire, just one woman alone.
Horsefeathers, I say and then say again! Horsefeathers!

Faithfully

I must confess
through the pain
words are weapons
they wound sometimes
we are gathered here together
in union under the garb of love
let's all come together
through the inner silence of the morning
each of us must be embraced faithfully
all of life is a big mystery
out of its sadness there is mere beauty
you will see it through the window
amidst the garb of neglect
let us never seem to forget
together forever you will be in my arms
looking into your eyes
there i could see a distant future
a future filled up with love
gone are the days I used to walk in a haze
like a mouse stuck in its maze
faithfully to the one I love
holding hands as we walk along the shore
I never felt like this before
for you are the one I'm living for

Faithfully Watching and Listening

We were so excited instead of being bored
And had constructed a Hillary scoreboard
We constantly were sure to keep updated;
This for quite a while we contemplated.

Now we know exactly what is going on
Middle of night beginning at break of dawn
And, many poems about her recently wrote
Some of them you might call an anecdote.

Read on and on my trusty, faithful friend
And after you have finally reached the end
You read them finding some hard to bare
Write some like mind all beyond compare.

I Need To Faithfully Serve God

I Need to Faithfully Serve God!

If I say that I serve God,
 yet refuse to listen…
Then his blessings in my life
 is what I’ll be missin.’

If I say that I serve him, but not sincere…
I’ll not be afraid.
Because he’s always here!

If I say that I believe his
 word to be true…
Then I should live the way
 Christ wants me to!

If I say that I’ll daily
give him 100 percent…
Then I need to humble myself
 and to him… Repent!

If I say that I will seek
 to serve one another…
Then I need to be there for
 my sister and brother!

If I say that Jesus is
 the Lord of my life…
Then he will bless me,
 my kids and wife…

Why not say; “I invite you Jesus
 to come inside to live.?”
“I accept your blood and
 power to forgive!”

Won’t you say; “Here I am Jesus...”
  “Here I come!”
And experience the life-changing
power of God’s risen son!

Christ says; “You that have burdens...”
  “I will give you rest…”
Living for Jesus is
always the BEST!
