My Dog Ate My Homework

My dog ate my homework,
 the teacher heard before.
But this time I’m telling the truth—
I dropped it on the floor.

Right beside his dinner dish,
 before I could react,
he chewed it up and swallowed it.
I could not get it back.

Now my homework is gone.
 It’s literally no more!

Daily Wars : Palindrome

morning shadows
storm and clouds
temperatures fall
I stumble
through the house
television plays
rhetoric
I get ready
the day calls
traffic jam
horns blast
somewhere
bombs explode
conflict
a constant circle
conflict
horns blast
bombs explode
somewhere
traffic jam
the day calls
I get ready
rhetoric
television plays
through the house
I stumble
temperature fall
storm and clouds
morning shadows

Haiku maxim for everyday life

Expect the sudden
Pray for preparedness of heart
For time has power

When you’re spending
Pay out exact expenses
Do it first in your home

Perfectionism
Is daunting to execute
Excellence requires not

Haiku Maxim for Everyday Life

Relax, seriously
Don’t waste your time in doing
Things in a hurry

If you’re being late
Because of heavy traffic
Think of those at your back

The best thing to do
When being late in filing
Is to act and pray

Haiku Maxim for Everyday Life

HAIKU MAXIMS FOR EVERYDAY DEALING WITH YOUR BOSS

If you want to hear
Your boss decreases his voice
Quickly admit your fault

The sigh of your boss
Is a sign of frustration
Caused by your follies

Always treat your boss
As professional, and be
Not too familiar

Haiku maxim for everyday life

HAIKU MAXIMS FOR EVERYDAY OFFICE AND FIELD WORKS

Clerical errors
Must be on the part of clerk
Unless you’re the boss

Hastiness leads to
Unproductiveness of work
Thus, leads to disgrace

Never say “I can’t”
For doing it is your call
Thoughtless man says it

Haiku Maxim for Everyday Life

HAIKU MAXIMS FOR EVERYDAY TRANSACTIONS

To deal with someone
Don’t volunteer the problem
Let them ask for it

When you want to get
All the results in one time
Get the checklist once

If you want trouble
Create enemies, but if
Not, create friendships

while I am sitting here writing to you
people are trying to steal

your car, your house,
your business , your best friends, your reputation,
and your savings,

not to mention your wife

Try not worry too much about it
It is just becoming part of everyday life

Everyday Life

Rainy days inside and out.
Clouds cast shadows all about.
Fog of the mind and off the land
Cause confusion all around.
Muddled thoughts, puddled roads
Lead to confusing cross roads.
Left or right or straight ahead
The traffic Lights on red.
Panic stations inside my head
Should I stay or should I go
I really don’t know.
What I really need is sanctuary.
The outside worlds got the better of me.
No pressure of the working day
Bills and worries filed away.
A comfy chair, a glass or two
A good night sleep
And then back to another day of.
Stress and anxiety.

Everyday Life-Contamination Contest

"So many meanings on "Contamination" that
we all forget what the real meanings of it all
                           can be.
This crazy world that can use an examination.
Definitions of hate, evil, judgement & being so
dishonest is what a lot of people only seem to
                            see.
Ignoring someone's open heart to a kindness
is what a lot of people do.
Hiding behind beliefs that show up from day
                           to day.
Why commit to the same thoughts that will
            stay "contaminated" with you.
Messing with the innocence of minds can be
filled with pain in every way.
Seeing a world that can self destruct without
                enough time to act fast.
Warnings are never given so what will we do?
when "contamination's" are staying toxic and
                         here to last.
Needing to stop all the "Contamination's" that
create death when it's allowed to flow on thru"

Everyday Life

A-n individual's everyday life
I-s from dusk till dawn;
L-ong night will disappear,
E-vening yields to beacon.
E-veryday life lets you live, letting you make both ends meet;
N-ew tomorrow will come, bringing bad clime to beat.

R-ay of hope nevertheless
I-sthere for you to see;
V-iew the daily dark and blue,
E-arly twenty-fourth of January.
R-ain and light is common, so do the peace and strife;
A-im to enjoy and endure the world's everyday life.

Everyday Life

We tend to go through things at certain points and times.
You can ALWAYS make it with the Lord in your life!
You are an Angel and I can see that by far.
You my friend are that lucky star!!
I can see the pain in your eyes,
Trust me it's okay if you start to cry.
We tend to solve our problems on our own,
Because you're an adult doesn't mean that you're grown!
Give it to God, and let it go.
Keep the faith for it will help you grow.
Let me know if you need me at any point and time,
For you my love, are a true friend of mine!!!

Ekphrasis of Christ carrying the Cross by Spencer

Everyday Life

Red,
the blood the streams down my wrist.
Pain,
shoots up my arm from my newly made wounds.
Scars,
A reminder of what I have done.
Stares,
They don't understand,
they don't see the pain, only the outcome.
Confusion,
As to why I do it,
They don't know and neither do I.
Depression,
Tears and pain,
The only comfort I have left.
