Eco's Echo

I experienced an epiphany while gazing at the domain, 
That how verdant looks a cold snowy mountain. 

My eyes were popped out ,
for such an enthusing whereabout! 

The locale kept me rousing,
and surprisingly, 
I was thrilled to bits and tickled pink.

Light of Laughter

I write upon the enthusing light of laughter
The melody of creativity
The mystery of happiness
The whisper of quiet
The wonderous sight of some bold and vibrant dream
Miracles sent to thrill the heart with peace

I write upon the pain of sorrow that won’t cease
Of letting go, giving in to the scream
Finding a poetic riot
Knowing no haughtiness
Painting the soul with hues of sensitivity
As cherubs beckon from the hereafter

I write upon the love so often sought after
Of hope found in caring activity
Faith that blends into prettiness
Breathing a calm climate
Through veins flowing with crimson dimples so extreme
Pondering grace that will never decrease

The Living

Wondrous ignorant blindfold convenient,
beauteous ideal woven lenient.
Instituted wayward thinking,
availing woes spirits sinking.
Stretching heads unfailing blow,
the best of attitude to go.
Befriending death cares for all,
rising above the flaming small.
Knowledge from the skeptic side,
consecrated muse runaway bride.
Substance reasons such,
indifference of too much. 
The doubted mind in chaos,
black hole attraction cosmos.
Riddles of enthusing world,
poor judgment of truth enrolled.
When comfort in every state attend,
bride and ego are best friend.
Passion fits in every age as hope,
fortunes by small difference scope.
The living unseen and unknown,
poor visions stage outgrown.
When a glimpse of our image is caught,
and miracles of heaven are sought.
The living world all in spirit benign,
expressing feelings and our art divine.

Glow Worm

Standing by her window sill
She feels the misty dusk that pass-
Over the fading veil of shadows
She sees the rolling waves of sea.

The sea was always laughing in ripples
And conveying lots of soothing words-
The words of cryptic emotions hidden-
Those arouse the mind from morbid state.

Enthusing were the words she heard
Enticing her to a blissful plight-
Out she stretched like a creeper plant
To reach and embrace seeking sea.

The joyful surf welcomed her-
To a roller coaster ride across
She bid farewell to open window
And rushed to mighty sea with glee.

Reaching the shore, she retro-gazed
Towards the lights that glowed in haze.
Sliding through the crest of waves
She muttered: ’Oh, glow worms only!’

Buying a Bestseller

At the crowded book store
People are lining up
Eying an autographed copy
Of a newly released bestseller.

Enthusing front of the line
Are the scholarly readers,
Critics, and the like:
Aspiring headline makers.

Some have read the reviews,
Some know author's bio.

Staging erudite conversations
Are members of book clubs.

Showing off signed copies
Are those of a special class.
They've just the spot
On their antique book cases--
Reserved for appearances.

Thinking Back

The smell of musty damp clothing 
held together by the touch of cheap thread.
And rough dogs bred for rabbiting
kept pots filled with law-abiding stew

When rickets craved a bone to bend
and polio bought another set of braces.
To those halcyon times of blinding fog, 
lined with lung-enthusing crystalline particles 

And when imbibing tap water came with
the added thrill of swimming microbes,
sharing their raging fevers that made
housing booms an unrequired dream

When to walk the alley ways of dog
defecation, showed off the slums at their
best, with gin drinking mothers taking a 
daily bashing from even drunker husbands


And children born as part of a fecundity
regime, a numbers game of survival
of the fittest, only recognised as an
individual when past the age of most risk

When losing brothers and sister's along 
the way, was barely remembered and 
hardly ever affordably mourned. Like a 
whisper barely heard or purposefully ignored

Yes, those were the days. Remembered 
with sepia fondness and still framed 
photos. Of few bleeding hearts and even
fewer charitable acts. Thinking Back is all

To You, Our Gift

Resplendent beauty always radiates from you inside and outside
Irresistible smiles shine on your face where everyone wants to ride
Tenaciously keep them with you, pervasive to where you reside and go
An epitome of shimmering ardor enthusing desolate hearts to aglow

Ventilating any threshold in all gardens of friendship
In your company, rubbles can be restored with equanimity
Rainbow blessings you are to me and to everybody
A priceless gift from God  that we forever thank Thee
You make others see His wonders through your compulsive journey

Painterssing

To un-appreciate,
Imaginate,
All the colours of you and I alone.

Infusing, abusing, enthusing,
Amusing you.

And I obliged to wake tomorrow insanely-est.

Task: entice feisty,
Righteous fight
Between the ageless.

Faces of me,
The faces of you.

I'm longing to make you leave this mind
before painterssing .

Before all that life can bring,
Is an easy way out
Of faces of you and I.

Cannot face this mind of ageless times again.

Imagine all the colours
Of a kiss.
All the colours of bliss.

All the colours I'd miss
If I were to run away,
Fly away,
Hide away.

This, I'd miss.
Today, I shall stay.
For just one more day.
