Ash; Autumn-Leaved

Ash; that enlivens
The subject of death.
Kicked, blown up, child, wind - by us!
And how frivolous!

Ash; autumn-leaved.
By what you'd think is
An irreverence, does see one
Age-smiled, nothing wrong.

motionless flatbed of time stretched peace hums
perfect brilliant stillness enlivens form
spine’s thirty three stringed guitar softly strums
duality seen as but a thought storm
our indulgence means not that we conform
for unshackled from mind’s tree we are free
vibrant in the now joyous and carefree

Hungry hands toss scraps into the cauldron pot.
Odds and ends, all the got-to-go gleanings from the fridge.
Diced limp carrots, wilted herbs, chicken scraps awaken over low heat.
Garlic, bruised and crushed, enlivens the brew with its perfume.
Every stray morsel joins the bubbling parliament, murmuring.
Pots remember the whys and wherefores, empty cupboards forget.
Onions soften slowly, weaving flavors, creating harmony.
Drops of dark soy deepen the mood, seasoning with salt and umami.
Garni bouquet unfurls its quiet counsel of sense and purpose.
Each spoonful proves the slow, patient grace, of making do.

The one became two, polarised
Delusion: objects weighed and sized
Lethargy, bound to a routine
The truth of Self not recognised

Let’s slow down thought and desires wean
That lust soiled heart may become clean
In timeless time, the mists then clear
Restoring our luminous sheen

What attachments do we hold dear
Knowing in time they’ll disappear
Find that that does not come and go
Allowing God’s light to draw near

Shifting into staid stillness slow
Our bliss drenched heart is all aglow
We then flow like the morning breeze
In the boat God Himself does row

No fear demons left to appease
Mood and mode embrace and release
Surrendering will at God’s feet
Dwelling in peace, we are at ease

Grace in-pours as magnetic heat
All nodes within form feel upbeat
Vibrant emptiness is the norm
From head to toe we’re bliss replete

Centred in love’s benign bliss storm
With God’s will we gently conform
Aware we’re not this body-mind
For His breath enlivens each form

In solitude, divine aligned
With cravings of ego declined
We imbibe each breath in surprise
Playing our life role as assigned

Wherefrom but from God comes that sublime verse,
conjured with ease with no need to rehearse?

Ego assigns meanings where none exists,
shape shifting goals and forming to-do lists.

Renunciation enlivens our soul,
whence one with the universe we feel whole.

Know that we author not the words we pen,
being outpourings of grace, we call zen.

God dwells within our form
holding erect our stance
swathed in mists cool and warm
in delight all nodes dance

endings mark beginnings
all we do is align
rapture rises, heart sings
bliss enlivens our spine

palms of hands, soles of feet
agencies for action
throb with magnetic heat
in time gaining traction

poised as such, night and day
as the very bliss flame
earth life becomes mere play
God’s light our claim to fame

Premium Member musings on memory

through the waking, dreaming and deep sleep states
memory offers continuity
as we weave our way through life’s wispy gates
birthing feeling of perpetuity

the light of our Self illumines the soul
which in turn enlivens the ego mind
but mavericks any we feel not whole
until we leave fears and desires behind

attuned to Self in cave of heart aflame
life is viewed as nothing more than a dream
desire, the cross we carry, our soul’s shame
taking ride after ride on mind’s moonbeam

desire cessation ends our soul’s sorrow ~
joy in the now, no fear of the morrow

one with God’s breath that enlivens our form
we peep inside the boundaries of skin
we see that head and heart with love conform
with the vessel now clean, we can go in
that our soul’s transformation may begin
in time dissolved stillness invoking grace
held by God’s tender love in close embrace

Night

The seduction of a feel,
Of a flower,
Of deep night.
When
I think of catching the spirit,
Of the
Night.
Over there
On the
Palm
Over the stairs.
If i could catch
That
Slump
Into a gaze.
Encryption
And
Put it in a
Vase…
Bottle…
Paper…

The touch, so deeply desirable,
The bloom is opened,
Especially in the kind dark.
Reaching
For the comfort of this living ghost,
That
Warms the evening.
My view is
Of the
Arching branch
Sheltering the walkway.
With
Graceful sway
It enlivens my spirit.
Few, perhaps only one
Feel
The sensuous art
Of phrase...
Of hand...
Thought convoyed by eyes only...

a thousand lamps light up
all at once spontaneously
igniting the head ovoid
whilst the staff of power
enlivens the central axis
that as a seamless whole
all nodes in form tango dance
with carefree abandon
mood and mode celebratory
wherein we are as we are
the entire orchestra

Moments, Melodies and Memories

Holding onto a moment,
One that brings back good memories,
One that changes the stories,
A moment that enlivens the heart.

Changing old ways,
Opening the window to the light,
Letting it shine on the pieces from the night,
The day is framed in vibrant colours.

Changing old tunes,
Enraptured by the melodies from within,
Time gives birth to a new being,
Someone refreshed by a tranquil resonance in the soul.

Holding onto a glow,
Keeping treasured moments in a box,
Those diminished by the ageing clocks,
Until there is a journey to the beyond.

As the pulse of bliss,
enlivens feeble form,
accustomed to the caress,
do we not begin anticipating,
delight in offered surprise,
being a refrain that renews,
as the light of our true Self,
reverberating within the body,
wherein we as both this and that,
are poised in the bardo,
in a continuum of stillness?

humming bliss beats and flow of soma nectar
enlivens soul presence though we remain still
as magnetism pierces each body vector
our cup of joy thus begins to overspill

whilst the external world moves as is ordained
we blissfully navigate the void unchained
feeling no lack knowing God watches our back
although decaying form is stretched on a rack

Premium Member a blushing rose

divine magnetism that enlivens our soul
cajoles presence to compose a bliss beat
in sublime sacred geometry that makes us whole
dancing to a rhythm radiating love’s heat
so simply by setting up a wave of pure intent
light strobes emanate as we follow the scent

Premium Member Say it like it is

Dead of the night, when we should be asleep,
we feel soma nectar drip through our throat
and as refrain of bliss plays on our lips
feeling God in each electron of space,
as thought forms stall, we see our false self fall,
being of course, benediction of grace,
the breath of God that enlivens our form,
reconnects our core essence with the source
and as we are swept away in this storm,
God speaks to us and childlike heart listens.

Lines taken from the following sonnets ~

In the dead of night
Joy ride
So spake Simple Simon
Absolute freedom
A leaf falls
God is a sphere
Shaping destiny
Show me God
Benign bliss burn
Anointed with bliss
