ever evolving
idea moving to
a new becoming
as the
opening of a
cedar chest
enlivens the senses
it creates a new essence
ripped from its original author
it becomes a new poem
an open-ended adventure
the urge to do
anything at all
as a doer doing
is a trance state
because identity
as separate self
does not exist
the desire to serve
even anonymously
laudable as it is
is also bondage
being not in surrender
to Holy Spirit
that enlivens form

Enlivens feeble form
Let go hermit, of to-do lists
Surrender to the storm
Feel, feel, how bliss beats rise
Taking heart by surprise

silence enlivens existence
as all pervading
noumena birthing phenomena
by heart’s intent
our subjective awareness
stripped of identity
radiates divine light
in incessant renewal
discarding all concepts
each conditioned belief
and vicarious knowing
we transcend limitation
a thousand lamps light up
all at once spontaneously
igniting the head ovoid
whilst the staff of power
enlivens the central axis
that as a seamless whole
all nodes in form tango dance
with carefree abandon
mood and mode celebratory
wherein we are as we are
the entire orchestra

What can presence possibly write about,
except bliss that enlivens feeble form,
caress sublime, that erases all doubt,
engulfing heart in love’s magnetism warm?
Transcending fear, we plunge into the storm,
one with the universe, penning a verse,
of soul’s vibrance, with no need to rehearse.
one with God’s breath that enlivens our form
we peep inside the boundaries of skin
we see that head and heart with love conform
with the vessel now clean, we can go in
that our soul’s transformation may begin
in time dissolved stillness invoking grace
held by God’s tender love in close embrace
