¿Who is the one?
¿The one you call me?
¿What is this image?
¿That you say you see?
¿Wearing my visage? 
¿And inside my skin?
¿The one in your lies?
¿That you choose to spin?
¿The one in your eyes?
¿Yet not inside mine?
¿That’s of your creation?
¿And inside your mind?
¿Of your imagination?
¿The one you call me?
¿Who is this person,
Who could they be?

Doppelganger Of The Sky

At these freckled stars I sit and marvel,
some so delightfully microscopic;
A piece of this universal puzzle 
casts it’s spell over me so hypnotic;
Oh what a vision it leaves me tearful
with one gaze I’m left optimistic;
Your skin’s a doppelgänger of the sky, 
and it’s got me feeling recklessly high…

Empty as a Halloween pumpkin
Flat as a punctured tire
I note myself on the screen
In a t-shirt with Messiah 
I almost said howdy mate
But next second I realized
He doesn’t care of my fate
Though he won’t be at all surprised
To meet his doppelganger 
He’d probably buy me a drink
He’d look from a different angle
On every subject I

In lives past, a silent rue,
Whispers dance, déjà vu.
Familiar paths, memories accrued,
Time's echo is a mystic brew.
Past and present entwined, anew.

Doppelganger Metamorphosis

In this world where echoes dance and shift,
Lies a tale of metamorphosis, a mystic rift.
Women, once adorned in femininity's grace,
Embrace a transformation, a haunting embrace.

With curious twist, their essence unfolds,
As doppelgangers emerge, their tales untold.
Manes turn rugged, voices deep and strong,
And lactation's gift, an anomaly so long.

In their eyes, a journey of duality blooms,

Mine Doppelganger Complicit As Accomplice In Pecuniary Crime

Disguised as an Apple Computer Technician.

He initially hacked Macbook Pro laptop.

He (alias Harvey Specter)
planted seeds of suspicion
that criminal activity prevailed
within my geographic area in general
or questionable individuals
lurked within or without
Citizens Bank in particular,
and suggested yours truly (me)
to be wary about
over friendly employees
at aforementioned capital one
storied financial institution.

Said gonif (pulled a masterful subterfuge)
inveigling yours truly to carry

Cat In the Mirror

Mirror, mirror, reflecting me backward, 
Causing there to be two. 
I spy a lost cat, 
I wonder if she'll hide. 
Twist and turns throughout the rose garden 
It all looks the same. 
Forwards and backward, lost in the garden, 
let's continue to play.

Dopplegengar

If I remember right
The entrance of the hell was here;
Pig, on the right
Blood, on the left
Body of woman
Limbs, Optic nerves & Osteocyte  
must be Doppelganger
Another me;

She sheds blood and tears
The drawers of memories 
Already opened;

Doppelganger, another me
Do you bear my burden?
             

A Curious and Quiet Doppelganger

The sun cannot take back its fire,
when it has been turned to blood.
Man has survived long in a world,
ravaged by earthquakes, a flood.
The heavens above show interest,
the man full of fragilities and fear.
Has conquered the world he loves,
now looks at himself in the mirror.
Wanders the globe in search of it,
but what he wants can't be

The Lost Summer

From June to September
I cannot remember
A damn thing that I did
What took me over
Was a monster called Bipolar
Which escaped from the shadows where it hid

And to add to this schism
I was fighting alcoholism
A Demon that dwelled within
It took me over whole
Mind, body, and soul
And drove me to deceit and sin

I, Zombie, Part Xii: the Remembering

It’s ten years later
I’ve finally hit paydirt
It’s the motherload

I didn’t strike gold
I struck a deal with myself
To help me grow old

Not act like a child
But first I had to grow up
And not act so wild

I’m stone cold sober
Bipolar under control
Mind, body and soul

Now I enjoy life
Twenty five hours a day
I’m still dyslexic

I am the Zombie
The Monster is my master
He’s the creator
	
The Zombie I am
Numbed-out, Psycho-extremer
Daemon demeanor

The Zombie I be
Doppelganger controls me
My animator

I be the Zombie
I can be me no longer
While Monster’s stronger

Zombie, Zombie, me
Husband, Wife, Father, Mother
Sister, Friend, Brother…

I, Zombie’s my name
The Monster takes center stage
Rage outside the cage

I go by Zombie
The Doppelganger has me
Once more

Here I go again
Dancing the Monster’s fancy
Until the curtain

Final curtain call
Chancing all my sanity
Final curtain fall

I went off my meds
Let the Monster out instead
To control my head

Daemon’s back as well
He tells me drinking is swell
As far as I’ll tell

“Five o’clock somewhere”
Daemon whispers in my ear
