Thought of the day

enraptured by a show of sound and light
lower mind has never cognised before
shifting from one trance to another
ego again begins to keep a score 
remaining captive in prison of mind
seeing not beyond illusion of thought
failing to comprehend the simple truth
that it is heart where we become self-taught

Zen mode

recognising limitations of body-mind
the vessel allotted for earth life
we make do with the vehicle
remaining always bliss rife

our true Self is love and light
cognised directly by eye of soul
we let not this dream life impact us
as we cheerfully fulfil our ordained role

follow the scent

silence 
pulsates

vast space
flickers

cognised
by us

but who
are we

without 
senses

sans mind
at peace

we yet
exist

feeling
complete

we are
the heart

formless
pure light

resting
therein

bliss mists
fill form

come dear
follow

the scent
of love

Zen mode

intent sparkles
animating the void
breathing very gently
at the core of our being

shifting hues of space 
cognised in stillness 
signals merging
with the all

Stupor

God
says it
like it is
but His message 
is not well received,
since He speaks to the heart
but His words are heard by mind,
which is caged in conditioned thought,
letting not heart spread soul’s divine wings.

Strobes of love and light pervade silence,
cognised by pure hearts who listen
to the music of the spheres,
sublime bliss magnetism,
touch of God Himself,
which we negate,
since we are
in deep
sleep.

Do we qualify

Feeling from heart, thoughts rested, our awareness
rejuvenates pulse of soul, ever present 
in the background, yet cognised in staid stillness …
   for those who listen.

Cultivating gentleness, firm our focus,
rapture rises, brought forth by kundalini,
Divine Mother’s caress of sublime delight …
   for souls who are pure.

Light That Lights All Lights

As Almighty Creator’s children who're created in the image of God,
We’re born gifted of His Light, don’t be so anxious or sad,
God’s light had dwelt in our heart and soul, in each and among us;
Let it shine in every minute, hourly, in all seasons, in every Christmas!

The light in our soul is powered as great and bright as the sun,
By our love, generosity, good deeds and holiness in expanse;
God’s Light in our heart is eternal, can’t be hidden, come and go--
We’re sculptured as His Lighthouses to glorify Him! Let’s all show!

If we’re blinded…carried away by temptations or disappointments,
Dwindled hope, faith, values and darkness will never be our Light’s ends;
Look within our soul, or of other’s, holding fervently to God in prayers
To light that lights all lights so brightly, for God lives in us forever!

Let there be light
And the light was called day
And the darkness was night.
And the Lord showed the way 
On this screen called the Earth
Where our destiny lay
Heralding the birth
Of all that we know
Of sorrow and mirth
Of swiftness or slow
all of creation. 
Reflecting the glow.   
Eternal illumination.

Light That Lights All Lights

Line of inquiry

     Eternal light  to enlighten 
     inert soul staying in deep sleep :
     Hidden consciousness to brighten.
     Awareness attempting to peep.

     Life is displaying a  canvas
     to paint your art from birth to death
     Sincere attention to focus
     on purpose of life, at each breath.
      
     ' Who am I ?' , ' From where I have come ' ,
     ' Where to go ?' What happens at end ?
       Silent soul remains cool and calm.
      ' What's after life ? Can't apprehend.
      
       Where is the light that lights all lights 
       to wake up soul till in dormant state !
       But darkness of ignorance fights
       inquiring the ultimate fate..

People these days can seem
to always be on the go.
If our lives were televised,
what about us would folks know?

People might not be aware
of the light on God’s big screen,
but even deeds in darkness done
are by the angels seen.

If we could only slow things down
and think of things we’ve done,
we could in a moment be
knowing actions we must shun.

How we can improve ourselves
we ought to contemplate,
and darkness from the good Lord’s light
we then can separate.

In evil hearts, the light of God
will not there abide.
Let yourselves not into
the realm of darkness slide.

God’s light of love won’t vanish.
It is charity divine.
Dwell inside it knowing
evermore that it will shine.

An epiphany

I wink at space and it winks back at me
Cognised as a flicker, a shimmer in the void
As above, so below, I sense all hearts aflame
With the light that lights all lights that has no name
Boundaries blur, veil of delusion is destroyed
Thus enabled by grace, my soul is set free

Light that lights all lights

Have you ever seen a candle glow,
the one that is whiter than snow.
The special brightness it will show, 
it can light up a room for all to see.

Everyone has this very special light,
the light that lights all lights.
What is it you may ask,
the soul one was given at birth.

 
Many do not know about this special light,
therefore they do not use this special light.
Once you find it use it,
let your life show your light.
Letting the screen upon which life plays,
cognised in staid stillness slow.

Zen mode

as we are being meditated upon
the aspect of us that believes we are this
by power of intent precipitates dew drops at dawn
felt as bliss magnetism bestowed by Divine Mother’s kiss

from a centreless fulcrum the cosmic gong of Om resounds
sound of one hand clapping within is clearly cognised
spontaneous rise of bliss rapture within astounds
love and light of God in our heart is realised

At the threshold

Space flickered and our heart sighed,
since the heartbeat of God spied,
though cognised by soul’s eye chaste,
offered not agape love’s taste. 

Formless presence free from thought,
ego reduced to a dot,
though at peace, feeling complete,
love bereft, faces defeat.

Trudging along heaven’s trail,
savage instincts yet prevail,
which is why, God draws not nigh,
for in our eye, grows lust’s sty.

We’re almost there but not quite,
bestowed not spherical sight,
though God’s bliss boon makes heart swoon,
whenever there’s a full moon.

We wait our turn as we burn,
within this mind-body urn,
setting up an intent wave,
whilst promising to behave.

Grazed by bliss, soul becomes pure
and childlike presence demure,
upon which, we feel a surge
and in God’s heart, gently merge.

Zen mode

when truth stated by acclaimed sages is not realised
in as the vibrationless state is not cognised
whilst acknowledging the possibility
we try and refine our ability
parking the point
till God does so anoint
our eye with piercing spherical sight
attaining luminosity that banishes darkness of night

the blossoming flower waits
in staid stillness sedate
for as long as it takes

this is our offering
this is our prayer
