Clarity Poems

Post-Sl-t Clarity

My loneliness holds me by a chokehold
reality's a struggle to swallow
rough sex, a remedy
to  off problems until tomorrow

Spent the day sulking in post-**** clarity
devouring hunger for breakfast
this evening I'll be grieving the ghosts
in my sex pest infested direct messages

rebound boys
wreak havoc on my regrets list.

Pretending I’m not constantly haunted by absences
ramping up nonrhetorical

The Traffic Moves On, So Do I

The Traffic Moves On, So Do I

I
Stuck on the road full of a heavy traffic
Inch by inch , no movements are automatic
Drivers do rant, shouting their personal tactic
Someone says “hey, go ahead.. damn pathetic”

II
That loud voices echoed in my ears
Recognize voices who caused my unstoppable tears
The pain of betrayal that brings back my fears
And carry

CLARITY IN FEARING GOD

In fearing nature,
Let the fear of failing God,
Forever blossom:-

Know that fearing God,
Is actually loving God:
Reaping love from God:-

The fear of God,
Is the opposite of hate:
Fruitful peace and love:-

MIRAGE OF CLARITY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In the side view mirror of the U-Haul,
my familiar world slips away,
the verdant green hills of North Texas,
lush and breathing,
their whispers fading into dust.
We roll into the heart of the Permian Basin,
the lushness surrendering to the parched expanse.
Flat is the land—yellow, ochre and brown;
the sagebrush and mesquite, stoic in
MY CLARITY TO HER
Baby we're still young
Vibrant and promising
I promise you
Together we can grow strong
Before we get old
We can correct our wrongs
So let the bond be strong, holding onto each no matter the circumstances.
Let's stay locked in
Together we'll build
Our own empire
I am the king and you are the queen
Ruling our
TEXAS PRAIRIE PARADISE
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
here, where the horizon bends.
the morning sun spills its warmth.
the Texas prairie stretches~
a vast unbroken beauty where
golden grasses sway.

the air, thick with the scent of sage,
wraps around me like a familiar embrace.
dust motes dance in the light,
tiny galaxies suspended
in the quiet splendor of morning.

cacti punctuate the landscape
these sentinels of resilience,
their spines reminding

CRYSTAL CLEAR*
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The boat, a gentle wanderer, seems to float on air,
its hull a feather, its wake a sigh.
its purpose is simple—
to float, to wander,
to trace the edges of sky and sea,
where clarity reigns.
I step into the boat gliding through this liquid dream,
where water glistens crystal clear.
I lean over the edge,
fingers trailing in the cool embrace.
The
Premium MemberRandom Thoughts
When random thoughts are bombarding a mind,
Cohesiveness among them is hard to find.
Metaphors and symbols just like in one’s dreams,
Even what is seen, is not what it seems.
One must not resist, just let the thoughts flow.
Look for the patterns and see what they show.
They show the direction, but rarely the conclusion,
There isn’t much reason, just
Premium MemberClarity After Cloudiness
Oh, those cloudy, sunless days;
time to visit inner views.
No distractions in my mind
luring me outdoors to play,
hiding what lies deep inside.
Clouds grant clarity to thoughts-
to write deeper poems then.
Premium MemberStacking odds in your favour
being easygoing has its advantages
but a framing of how life is processed
helps establish rules of conduct
when relationships are in the making
clarify expectations
say what you mean
and mean what you say.
clarity of ideas
well expressed thoughts
precision of words
understanding what works
and what doesn’t ~
life not a crap shoot
improve the odds
take charge
be in the driver’s seat
a hazy perspective and the need for clarity
I have no sense of time,
the pride from my accomplishments
is as null as the concept of permanence,
besides the fog —
seeping into my mind
as deep as the proverbial soul within me.
in the mist of what is left of myself,
the only depth i can catch
Premium MemberSilent Can Be Heard
He stood before her—
silent,
but not unspoken in his thoughts.
Words echoed loud in his mind,
if only she could hear them,
perhaps she would understand.
Understand his faults,
the weight of missing words,
the drought of silence
that left her drowning in doubt.
But when silence breaks,
clarity cuts deep.
His chosen words—
not what she longed to hear.
He thought his silence
was in her best interest,
