body speaks 
we listen
after all we live in it

there is a dividing line however
between need and greed 
so we do what feeds the soul

without stifling spontaneity

Piercing and distinct, yet soft and subtle,
bliss pulsations within, thus stretch and yawn,
radiation inside out, spherical,
ushering each moment, beauteous dawn.

The external world, takes care of itself,
