With love all
Jagdish bajantri
On the side of a path branching off from the road
expectations of glorious guilt mount
makeshift trenches housing truants, anxiously counting
the seconds 'til school officers call off the hunt...
Free at last at 9:30 to pursue puerile passions
constructing lean-tos in trees, small campsites nearby
They'd burn down the bush in a heartbeat if only
their consciences would forget how to sigh
Nikola Jokic, the opposite of cool
The woke NBA had him pegged for a fool
Calmly drops in 40 a night with 20 rebounds
Lebron and Jimmy B. had to call off the hounds
This neighbor I begged to be family
Is back on crack
He is having fits
I had to call off my new job
He doesn't get it.
He just said I can leave in a fit.
I knew this day would come
I pray for a housing miracle this Christmas season.
I am tired of being around fake poor spirits.
God give me a reason
I threw up today at work and got right back to work
God has to help this situation it truly hurts
Black peoples pain may come from history
But black women's pain comes from our men
who refuse to look within
and live a life of sin
I pray. I know God got it. I grin.
Politicians living in luxury loading their luggage with public funds.. Funding their children needs abroad..
Here is the poor masses in the streets clamouring for a better leader without a PVC...
Pointing fingers with an empty stomach..
Here is the students slack off without studies, a sudden strike stoke down their speed, they remain home without a call off..
Here is the market women lamenting for the plights of the forthcoming generations.. For all they see is negativity..
There you're claiming rapper with your wack lines wrapping your weeds without the will to wield a change chanting vote doesn't count..
Animals of swamp
crocodile, fish, tadpoles
call-off the day
And wandered freely
Rabbit, deer, lion
lay apart quietly
No humane disturbances
No hiding in swamp grasses
Blue jay, yellow warbler
Sing to their heart's delight
While Hibau sleeps
Gibbon and Pangolin
play in grotto
Is Covid-19 a humane predator?
Or a protector of nature?
when i say a
six pack i'm
only showing
you the beer
that'll drink
writing this
not my abs
so you can
try to stab
me but it
won't work
but Mack
the knife
will have
to call off
that night
for even
when the
shark bites
he might
but barely
leave a mark then
but remembering
when a mark
was but now
is a euro
and that
hurts
T-rump’s a hustler on a stage
A pied piper who taps people’s rage
So who will rebuff
This great con artist’s fluff
And call off this ugly dark age?
A lady was screaming and running
in circles, and she wasn’t funning.
A critter was chasing
her. Man! They were racing.
That rooster was swift and so cunning.
Her four-inch high heels made her stumble.
While kicking them off, she did grumble.
The banty was pecking
her ankles and wrecking
her panty hose. “S_ _ _!” She did mumble.
The farmers were calmly observing
this scene, their attention unswerving.
“Please help!” Her imploring,
they kept on ignoring,
not caring her plight was unnerving.
“Doggone bill collector!” one uttered.
“You IRS agent,” one muttered.
“I sell Avon!” she yelled
as tears welled and wounds swelled.
“C-call off this creature!” she stuttered.
“Don’t need none today,” they all told ‘er.
Her temper continued to smolder.
Pa said, “Leave ‘er alone.”
That fowl’s bad to the bone.
No rooster could ever be bolder!

I like the way you walk Mademoiselle
You do it like you do and do it well.
This Frenchman though a foreigner admires
that wiggle wen you walk-like prancing fire.
This is my card. You notice I am chic?
I also have a dash of being meek.
The card? Well its is only to provide
to my hotel room directory and guide.
At twelve O’clock you notice then Ta-Ta?
To make my room I go right now. Ha! Ha!
There is a knock. Oh nervousness no more.
I must straighten my tie and get the door.
And this behemoth, who? I ask cherie?
It is your husband? I capiche. Oui Oui!
I think you have the wrong hotel and floor.
Sir, kindly take your fat foot from the door.
Ah fisticuffs you say? Tis not required.
I only have your lovely wife admired.
So please remove your hulking mass from here.
I think that your demeanor is too severe.
You are choking me monsieur and that is nasty.
You drag me to the window? Don’t be hasty!
Two or three floors up, I understand.
But twenty, bonamie? I’ll surely land
A bit untidy to say the very least,
Mademoiselle, would you call off this beast?
Motherhood,
Made,
But not a creation,
A period of celebration,
A time with impression,
Not named to be,
But how it came to be,
Stress,tears,
Possession,expression,
Depression, confusion,
Are part of the little pains ,
A mother face.
But in the space,
Of time pace,
Joy is prominent ,
Laughter, imminent,
But the means ,
Of the pains,
And a mile,
With a smile,
Are the struggle,
The hustle,
Of their fears,
And cares.
The calling,
Of the feeling,
Of fulfilment,
And accomplishment,
Are the hope,
To cope,
the duty,
of her purity.
To show off,
Is to call off,
Her duty,
Of responsibility,
Which is not so,
But just so,
Are the rights,
Like the church the tithes,
Of her sacrifice,
The first fruit,
Of her first fruit,
With is a duty made,
Not a responsibility said or paid,
As of creation,
A position,
Motherhood is to be a treasure,
And not a time of pleasure.
I am addicted to you
Every time I see you
My heart skips a beat in excitement
A sweet sensation of joy spread thru me
I just can't stop my heart from singing
beautiful and joyful you are
You're like a ray of sunshine spilling joy into my life
I am ever so happy
Every time I look into your dazzling eyes
I am lost and don't wanna be found
They capture my breath
Holding my heart a prisoner
And undresses me to the naked eye of nature
You're like a prescription of joy I am addicted to you
I am high on happiness
Every time I hear your voice
I get so hypnotized that I only see your fine lips
Moving, as you talk to me
Often I tire you telling you to repeat what you’ve said
because your voice plays like symphony
into the deepest core of my soul
Please, never stop talking to me as you do
Every time I touch your skin,
Adrenaline shoots into my system like a myriad
Doses of bliss fused with cosmic allure
Sometimes I’m tempted to call off meetings
And visits, only to find my arms
Wrapped around your waist for an entire day
Being close to you is all the heaven I know
You're my addiction of joy
I crave you
I AM ADDICTED TO YOU
Every time I see you
My heart skips a beat in excitement
A sweet sensation of joy spread thru me
I just can't stop my heart from singing
beautiful and joyful you are
You're like a ray of sunshine spilling joy into my life
I am ever so happy

Seclusion
As in twilight sun rays call off
Enabling darkness to budge step by step,
My shadowed seclusion followed
Your slithering reflections little by little;
Beyond the fetters of time
On mirage of dreams
An alleyway opened wide its arms
And I moved a little
Veil of sobbing breathe,
Taking ocean on shoulders
The whirl-wind blew rebuff
And I receded a little
As in drying leaves
Does green give way
For yellow pigments to foster
On the rumbling sky of desire
Did we draw
Aura of feats so many!
On the anxious branches of curiosity
Did we spring
Flowers of passion so many!
Remaining marks of longings
And terror of void
Still go arm in arm
In my journey
As in confluence of horizon
A little of earth and little sky do
Seclusion
As in twilight sunrays call off
Enabling darkness to budge step by step,
My shadowed seclusion followed
Your slithering reflections little by little;
Beyond the fetters of time
On mirage of dreams
An alleyway opened wide its arms

And terror of void
Still go arm in arm
In my journey
As in confluence of horizon
A little of earth and little sky go
