Sometimes when you hit the hard rock
Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! You must bounce back
Never leave without a tough fight
That’s the correct thing to do. That’s right
Always remain calm, positive, valiant and defiant
The sun, moon and earth are incredibly resilient
Never stop fighting until the last breath
Eat and drink well and protect your health
Your heart is beating for a good reason
Regardless, please enjoy the new season
Do not give up and never stop living
Keep on fighting; the sun is still shining
Many times when you hit the hard rock
Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! You must bounce back

Bouncing on my grandma's knee.
A pirate on a boat at sea.
A monkey swinging from a tree.
Laughing with grandma and me.
(Chorus)
Up and down
Round and round
Riding on a
Merry go round
Bouncing on my grandma's knee.
Buzzing like a busy bee.
Sweeter than the sweetest pea.
Grandpa's waiting next for me.
(chorus)
Up and down
Round and round
Riding on a
Merry go round

The voice inside me writes,
Every dawn with no reason nor cause,
Just wandering those hands down the page painted white,
Singing the chorus of words, with no pause.
Every morning with no reason nor cause,
When inspiration weaves like a thread into my brain,
Singing the chorus of words, with no pause,
I feel the rhythm of those bouncing words through my vein.
When inspiration weaves like a thread to my brain,
My feelings are painted on an uneven page,
I feel the rhythm of those bouncing words through my vein
I connect my heart and brain to my feelings with no pain nor rage.
My feelings are painted on an uneven page,
With an unsteady hand on uneven line,
I connect my heart and brain to my feelings with no pain nor rage,
Writing scrolls of would be wonders of my own design.
With an unsteady hand on uneven line,
Just wandering those hands down the page painted white,
Writing scrolls of would be wonders of my own design.
The voice inside me writes.

sometimes i hit a brick wall and bounce back
sometimes i pass a particular vehicle and end up behind it
sometimes i walk a mile and and fall ten miles behind
sometimes i win the lottery and end up in a strange car park with my head hanging down
sometimes i eat massive amounts of shrimp bread and go to bed on a completely empty stomach
sometimes i just want to escape the maddening madness but end up remaining imprisoned in a place that is not our house
sometimes i just want all the time at all times anytime in a world with no time
however, for every time mechanism that i eliminate, there is always an even higher ratio being produced

Bouncing up with gratitude
my heart leaps midst jubilant beat
rising to praise God* for His blessings
overtaking me this New Year.
Propelled by the Holy Ghost
my faith strides steadfastly
ascending along trust’s push
to triumph midst obstacles.
Advancing the Saviour’s kingdom
my spirit promotes righteousness
surmounting hatred with His forgiveness
gripped by love’s transforming drive.
Plunging in prayer to overcome gripping selfishness
my soul serves the Lord with His might
reaching-out to others in compassion
lifting the needy, propped by care’s zest.
Vanquishing skeptic doubts
my mind hurls negative thoughts
to prevail through Scriptures’ assurance
and zoom toward worship bliss.
Empowered by Christ Who leads
my life accelerates in His control
since He upholds me by His grace
hoisting me from sin-downfall.
*Psalm 86:12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.

Bouncing back, I’m
brought from
boastfulness’
break-down…
...braced up
by God, the life-Builder
blessed with His bounty,
bidden to
brighten others with His
beauty’s* bliss.
*Psalm 90:17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us…

Pushing backward the awful negatives
I step ahead, bouncing thru God’s power
As admonished with service directives.
Gladly sharing His love with grace-shower.
Praying midst Holy Spirit’s revival
I work well while my soul He does surround
Trusting His blessings for fruits’ arrival
Having sown seeds of Gospel on faith’s ground.
Persisting against vain personal gain
I seek first my Master and His kingdom*
While reaching-out to those who are in pain
Leading them to Christ, Source of sure freedom.
*Matthew 6:33 …Seek ye first the kingdom of God…

viscera wound tighter
than the tightest rubber ball
never mind bouncing off the walls
guts like a pinball machine
an arcade between the ears
with tilt alarms screaming

Every human is a baby of a kind
Baby conceived is, a promissory note,
The one just born, an overdraft,
Adult baby, a bouncing check.
Old baby, a withering flower
Which one is perfect baby?

Give a kid a trampoline
And instantly she's bouncing
With joy that far exceeds
Whatever game her jumps are trouncing.
A little music makes the fun,
If possible, much better.
If you've a child who wants to try,
Don't hesitate - just let 'er!
For glee is hard to come by
As we age and fear starts showing
So it's best to seek occasions
That will set most grins to glowing.
In this spirit I am writing,
Which is my way of announcing,
That to make your charges happy,
Find a gym and get them bouncing!

Hallelujah I'm a-shouting, listen up you all
Government's sending me money, even though small
A major blunder
What happened I wonder
Not complaining, just can't stop bouncing off the wall

Dedicated to Kyle, My Darling Son
Bouncing boy is baby joy.
Enchanting sky-blue eyes,
Adored so by my heart.
Undoes me when he cries.
Tiny toes and fingers start
Internal loving sighs.
Fascinated when his lips part,
Uttering endless, "oh my's",
Loving him, knows no "why's."

Sex was why I left the homely coop,
lack of it to tell the truth.
And when I got into my flat, with every
girl I hung my hat.
Thank you mam and wham bam bam,
at last my life, was full of jam.
To wake up with a damsel’s cheer,
convinced my friends I was not *****.
So I could walk, and play the ball, and in
my arms, more gals would fall.
With bouncing boobs and butts like jelly,
I had no time to watch the telly.
Sighs and butts and boobs and squeals,
Now I know how heaven feels.
But in my lust I ne’er forgot; the coop
and mum and dad I got.
