Premium Member annoyed while waiting part two

I did not think their music could become one iota more annoying
I was wrong
Maybe it’s the loudness; my ears are cringing
My sensitivity is crying
Why oh why do people use pounding music in a public place?
It does not help that I am waiting for a haircut
And two people are ahead of me
Neither of them looks like they even need a haircut
While I look like the wild child of Borneo
Who put her fingers in a light socket

Premium Member 'A' is for 'Awful,' 'C' is for 'Cookie'

Once I ate a defective Oreo
   I’d imported from Lower Borneo
       I’d spent too much money
       My stomach felt funny
Then my 'plumbing' gave it the old heave-ho

Earth Tongues

In a small Russian village
the people speak like animals
and their animals listen like humans.
Deep in a Malay forest
there are apes that love God
with a slow burning love
that turns their hair orange.
They are called. "old man of the forest"
but they are as simple as children.
In Borneo head-hunters used to eat tigers
but now tigers eat their fearful eyes.
In a Derbyshire village
they once threw stones at strangers
they knew that the newcomers
were bad news
but they had not the words to say so.
They spoke a language of salted manure
combed through the wool of a native tongue.
Foxes have dens, and men have hearth and home,
but the earth translates best that which is not said
a a roofless voice all may understand.

Premium Member Go, Nancy, Go

Seems the Chinese are saber-rattling near Taiwan
Making the headlines and stoking some fears,
While the Speaker of the House has moved on
To be greeted in the Far East with lots of cheers.
I say, “Go, Nancy, go!” Let all the world know
We are not afraid of those nations who bluster
Americans, free to travel from Paris to Borneo,
Or, wherever, as an 82-year-old, I do trust her!
Would that we had more ladies of her capacity
Our nation would be in a much better condition,
We have far too many men of rank mendacity
Taking our country rapidly into awful perdition.

Premium Member Living My Age

my nails look bad
all crumpled and broken
but my sticking out everywhere hair is a joy
I am a wild child of Borneo

my teeth are jagged and yellow
proof I have earned my age
there is cauliflower in one eye
moving toward the center

tell me again of the joy of old age
I will be grateful when I trade this body in for a new one
resolving to take better care of the next one
my extra pounds jiggle and laugh

Animals

Animals
Animals love us,
and we love them,
So take action
to save the same.
Big cats from the African savanna
or Orangutans from the Borneo forests,
the world if full of creature
found only in places rarest.
Birds also are important,
Some are found in American woods,
But I found many, right in my neighborhood.
Amphibians and reptiles,
all lay eggs,
many of them
may dare to eat cleggs!
Ostriches, beavers and caribous,
drakes, eels and kangaroos,
quails, seals and camels,
arboreal animals and mammals.
Moles, sharks and rhinoceros,
fawns, parrots and hippopotamus,
Polliwogs, does and baboons,
Salamanders, budgies and racoons.
Animals of every kind and more,
so go out there and explore!

Flat-Headed Cats

Flat-Headed Cats are listed as, endangered
and are found in, Sumatra, Borneo and on the Malayan Peninsula
They inhabit, lowland forests, swampy areas, lakes and streams
and they exhibit more wetland skills than their cousin, the Fishing Cat

They are one of four cats, that cannot retract their claws
and their threats are, depletion of fish stocks due to human over fishing
rapid loss of habitat, because encroaching humans are developing
oil palm plantations, logging, poisoning and toxic water pollution

Borneo Pygmy Elephants

Borneo Pygmy Elephants are listed as, endangered
and they were isolated, about 300 thousand years ago
from their cousins, on mainland Asia and Sumatra
and they are known as, the smallest Asian Elephant

They have shrinking forests, with human settlements
and there’s a lot of logging, with a conveyor belt running
There are palm oil plantations, creating a lot of sediment
and a lot of agriculture, destroying their natural environment

Sumatran Rhinos

Sumatran Rhinos are listed as, critically endangered
and are now classified as, “functionally extinct”
as they are only seen in zoos, for their genes to be preserved
but the death of two subspecies, makes them so distinct

Sumatran Rhinos used to live, on Borneo and Sumatra islands
and are the smallest, of the living Asian Rhinos
These Rhinos have two horns, very unique to these hinterlands
and their long hair relates them to, the ancient Woolly Rhino

Poaching of Rhino horns, are sold on the black market
for medicine and ornaments, that makes them a big target
and the biggest markets, are in China and Vietnam
as the greed of money, is a worldwide human scam

Premium Member When I Come Back

When I come back I will be a gibbon.
Leaping and bounding from trees,
Swinging and laughing, enjoying my long arms,
Loving my life, my arms like long ribbons.

I will make friends with red howler monkeys,
When they migrate to Asia, where I live. Why?
Because they are ridiculously cute, and I love the
Way they use their tail like another arm, do or die!

Or I might come back as a colobus monkey, because
I really love swinging in trees! They stay up there
No matter what, during rain, and not so gentle breeze.

No wait, I will be an orangutan, living on Borneo.
I like fruit, and I do so much love the idea of this, so!

Unless I can be a chimpanzee, when I come back, or a gorilla.
There are so many choices, and I might even be a man, a simple fella.

Premium Member My Little Bodi and Rica

Its silly I know but I have two adopted little ones
dropped from a tree, forest persons, in Borneo,
they were so small and frail, starving babies
one kept in a cage, one dropped from a palm tree
rescued to a special forest and hut in a sanctuary
there humans feed and strengthen them with leaves
helping their arms and legs lengthen and grow
even as babies their eyes, were wrinkled and old
and although I will never hold them from so far I know
I am content to help feed them to watch them grow
to give to the earth and to our cousins from long long ago

Stab Me Not By Your Tongue

When I am loving you,
you betrayed me.
Now, I am hurt,
you started saying "I love you".
And right now you feel that love
that I used to have for you.

I am not like a moon,
when the day comes,
it disappear,
then comes back again at night.
I am a glass, when it's broken,
never comes to its original shape.

The knife when cause me wounds,
it will eventually healed,
but your tongue
is keeping me bleeding.
It will take a century to heal.
When you try to stab me use a blade.

Yuan Oranaga-Taunga Was Here

Don Johnson Yuan-orang

We was in Coles a shopping center,
The wild man from Borneo appeared,
He reared up an started spraying
Yuan Oranaga-Taunga was here

Followers in their blue-gum robes,
With bark a prickling round their ears,
With dollar coins attached to ear lobes,
Dodged and sidestepped as they savoured
Uric acid and sweet urea,

Holy-man was gesticulating,
Gonads flashing so sincere,
Red hairy waistcoat ever stating,
Yuan a Tanga was the seer,

Deported then he was so,
Dropped by parachute we hear,
Back to the wilds of Borneo,
Thought blinking Wombats bloody *****…

What You Get Free From Wal-Mart

What You Get Free From Wal-Mart

By Elton Camp

Once you had to pay to see the freak show
Now enjoy it free when to Wal-Mart you go

The fat lady is longer found only at a fair
Go to Wal-Mart and she will be there

Likewise for the Wild Man from Borneo
At Wal-Mart he is anytime that you go

To the cooch show you once paid admission
In Wal-Mart, the sluts are on free exhibition

Many customers will range from X to PG
Shop at Wal-Mart and see it all for free
