Best With Success Poems

We walked among the birch trees
    To pass the summer days.
And did our best to trick ourselves
    To try and lose our way.
But with success of getting lost
    Our courage turned to fright.
When concern gave way to worry
    That we may have to spend the night.

We trampled through the cheerless woods
    With the Sun still overhead.
Unsure of where our cabin lay
    And where this trail led.
The younger kids were quite distraught
    And their tears began to flow.
While my Brother and I looked about
    For a direction we should go.

The hours faded and the time grew late
    As we walked on dappled grass.
But nothing seemed to ease our plight
    With twilight's gleaming set to pass.
We came upon a quiet meadow
    And sat to ponder the challenge we all faced.
In hopes a hurried rescue
    Would bring a Parent's warm embrace.

When at that moment a car drove by
    On a road deftly hidden by towered weeds.
And our spirits soared to see the path
    Which would quite comfortably suit our needs.
An hour later with the Sun asleep
    We arrived home with a hush of anguished pain.
But we were all eager for tomorrow...
    When we'll happily lose ourselves again.

                 The End

*True story. As kids we would march into the woods, get lost and see if we could find our way home.

*For those who might be interested. I will be posting my cartoon 'Bob's your Uncle' on my homepage. A new one will appear every second day.

Premium Member My Foolish Heart

How my mind as that of a child
Frivolous and foolish seeks solace
In a fictitious world of make believe
While reality, like a fiend stares right on my face!

Waiting for none, the globe continues to spin
And seasons arrive and depart without default
Yet how I wish to think,
With my exit, the world will come to an abrupt halt

When I am gone and lie cold under the sod
And my memory no more lingers
How my foolish heart desires to feel
My absence continually injures

Gains and losses when added up
Weighs equal on life’s dispassionate balance
Yet how I intend to boast foolishly~
With success alone, I ever had my alliance

Though I never reached the peak I sought
And faltered on my way distraught
How foolishly I try to console myself
That I got everything for which I had fought

Future awaits me with gloom and gaiety
And victory is certain to follow defeat
Yet how foolishly in my heart, I long to proclaim
Here is one for whom life shall ever be a treat!

Summers Sweet Caress

Summers Sweet Caress

In natures tranquil embrace cuddled within summers caress
I envision your fanciful face and my love for you can impress
Where the Cupids will brace their arrows with a floral finesse
And sunshine shall showcase its brilliance a fruitful fluoresce
~
Where the valleys open wide and will panoramically profess
That the rivers running with pride liquefy their faithfulness
Birds that gracefully glide and perch on ancient trees recess
And the towering trees provide soothing shade with success
~
The majestic mountains manifest and conveniently coalesce
Elegant eagles nestle in their nest then fly high with aggress
The summer breeze in its quest will lightly kiss and undress
Then the fragrant flowers breast as the honeybees oppress.

My Fc Barcelona

My Barcelona

My fc Barcelona,
More than a team,
My heart has been seduced,
By your style of play.
The sun of European
football,
You have brought joy and
glory to her.
When you broke the arms
of santos,
The prince of South America
In Japan.

I always love to set my feet
On the blessed land,
Camp Nou.
Where the foundations was
built with success.
Where many mighty men,
Dread to play.
Where mourinho and
madrid, were wounded 5-0.
And Milan sank.

The sky of Camp Nou,
Is painted blue and scarlet,
And there the chants of
blaugrana,
From my white brothers,
Sends sweet smelling
savour
To my ears.

Even the current king of
football, was brewed
In La Masia.
And from Camp Nou he has
ruled the
World of football for four
years.

Many trophies dance in your
Cabinet,
And it's still hungry for
many
Trophies this year,
Which will be quenched.
This season's champions
league and Laliga leading
the way.
Not even Anceloti can stop
us, on our way to Laliga.
And bayern will be beaten,
on our road to champions
league
Final.

My Barça,
I will always love you till the
end of time.

Premium Member The New York Yankees

The New York Yankees have made winning a tradition.
They’ve won for years despite periodic transition.
Since the twenties, the Yankees have won many a game.
Their yearly teams had many players achieving fame.
The most successful team in history is the truth
The twenties decade started out with men like Babe Ruth,
Bob Meusel, Tony Lazzeri, Joe Dugan, Mark Koenig,
Waite Hoyt, Red Ruffing, Lefty Gomez, and Lou Gehrig,
The thirties and forties brought some continued progress,
and it continued into the fifties with success.
There was Bill Dickey, Tommy Henreich, Snuffy Stirnweiss,
Allie Reynolds, Vic Rashi, and Joe DiMaggio.
There was Yogi Berra, Hank Bauer, Phil Rizzuto.
Many more players followed having such great prowess,
Mickey Mantle, Elston Howard, and Roger Maris.
They were full of stars that would win many an award,
with Ed Lopat, Mel Stottlemyre, and Whitey Ford.
There was a short dry spell for some years in the sixties,
but they came back with great players in the seventies.
Having Ron Guidry, Willie Randolph, Reggie Jackson,
Roy White, Bucky Dent, Graig Nettles, and Thurman Munson.
The Bronx Bombers’ tradition continues to today.
Modern-day teams are formidable in every way.
Go see them play at Yankee Stadium night or day.

A Farmer

A FARMER
A farmer is in a village .
24 , years , is his age .
He cultivates under rays .
One day , he meets with a sage .
Then , he says ,
‘ you will be the world famous , in future days ! ‘
Then the farmer becomes surprise !
‘ How is it possible ?
Is it true ? ‘
He thinks too and too……………
Next night , the stars rise .
An old man comes in his farmhouse .
He is too fible !
He gifts to the farmer , a white mouse .
And says , ‘ it is too lucky , really , truely !
Keep it carefully ! ‘
Then he becomes dead .
Then the mouse touches his head .
Why ? the farmer does not know it .
Later , one dawn ,
It is a spring morn ;
The farmer cultivates on his field ……….
He gets from the field ,
A big box  , made by gold ;
Too old !
He picks it up , then ;
He breaks it’s lock , then ;
He sees that , in it , here is 3 manuscripts of 3 books ;
The farmer does not know reading ;
So nothing understands ;
Only he looks and looks ………………
Yes , then all are in his hands ;
Later , he reaches in that cortage ,
Where meditates , the old sage ;
Then the farmer shows the papers to the sage ;
And then , the sage is reading and reading…………………
Oh ! the old medical discoveries !
Yes , the medicines of the cancer ;
In 3 manuscripts , here are 3 names of medicines of the cancer .
And also all about , in details……………
He becomes surprise !
Then , he tells ,
To the newspapers ;
All read the all papers……….
Yes , the new stars then arise ;
No death ;
Oh ! then the forcast of the sage , becomes true ;
Oh ! the old faith !
Yes , then the farmer becomes the world famous man !
The whole world , then , becmes his fan ;
All say , ‘ I love you !
Too ……...too ………too ………………………………….’
Then that white lucky mouse says ,
‘ I stay in the cortage of the sage ; ‘
Then the farmer says ,
‘ why ? no ! you stay with me ! dear ! ’
Then the sage says ,
Hey ! from today , we all stay together ; too …… too near ! ‘
From that day , they all stay in a very big , new , palace ;
Yes , yes , yes ,
With bless …………………………………
With success …………………………………………………

I Am a Future Criminologist

I am a future Criminologist!
By Charlemagne James P. Ramos

Today, I am preparing my heart, mind, body and soul for the final battle. I am a warrior, I can overcome any obstacles. I will be a Professional and I will be raising my hand and stating my name on the oath taking ceremony.

I know I can, I will act as a Criminologist, I will think as a Criminologist. I am ready to hurdle all the challenges on my way, I will give pride to my parents, love ones, and everyone who believes in me. Yes! I am willing to sacrifice everything for my future profession, this is the dream I’ve been waiting for.

This is the opportunity and I will not fail. I do believe in myself that I could read a lot of books and focus on my review. I know that victory belongs to the most persevering. Yes! I will make history!

Today I will strive to achieve it! I will begin each day believing in success and end it with success. I will act positively to attract my dream success. I will embrace and love the things I am doing every day. I will approach everything and be humble to accept that I need to learn everything. I am craving for knowledge. Yes I do believe that I will be the one! I will be an exceptional Registered Criminologist with the help of the ALMIGHTY MAKER!

Start with firm heart where mind sees truth,
Intent sets free the best you can;
Note how to start to work sure proof,
Grow then wisely with working plans;
Align true health with steadfast poise,
Plant and sow well the seeds that grow;
Opt to earn wealth with steady choice,
Reap more that sells what finesse shows;
Express the means to gather more.
Focus on thoughts that cause clear acts,
Indulge true wins that fill your stores;
Feel play and plot that frame bold tact,
Thrill vivid dream with success here,
Yield lavish schemes that spark fond cheer.

There is no doubt that we are remaining here for the winter
but the fort sight must be chosen prudently to ensure health, food supply and defense,
three options exist, all with inherent advantages and disadvantages,
the only reason why we are here now, with no fatalities aside from Flyod
and alive with success is because we have risked our lives for eachother,
so Will and I agree that a democratic vote will be had
to commemorate the cohesion, discipline, and sacrifice of all,
the majority is in favor of fortifying on a small river off the bayline,
York and Sacagawea also had their votes recognized
perhaps this portends the politics of our nation's future,
let it be known that with us, as Captains and men
merit means more than race or sex,
justice be fair to those who bleed,

Is there anybody out there anywhere?
To help to get rid of this tiring sex?
Why the pure love with it we mix ever
Is that not adulterous act excess?

Alas! The death is attached with the birth,
Attached with jealousy is desire's flex.
Morbid rivalry with success and mirth,
My God, what hidden strings there are in sex!

The things that smell sweet are often tasteless,
The things stinking give good taste though chaste less!
There is a great ray of hope nevertheless,
That failure is sweeter of things hopeless.

Why dark, stinking, hairy part alluring?
 If proven otherwise will quit scribing.

A New Dawn: a New Hope

As the dusk takes leave of the weary day,
A new dawn of hope and dreams make its way.
Yesterday's a closed chapter of our life,
Do not rewind your thoughts, it will bring strife.

Reminiscing on past failures bring pain,
Letting your future plans go all in vain.
Why let failure interfere with success,
Move on with perseverance to progress.

A new dawn comes with new hopes and chances,
To let you sail on the sea of success.
Never misjudge your power, let it shine,
Do your best and it shall be fit and fine.

Hark! A dark dusk always bring a bright dawn,
That energises you and gives you brawn.
Do not let failures pose a threat to you,
Failures are disguised chances, note the clue.

Tristan Our Son Lovingly Begun

Turquoise blue in child birth comes forth 'Tristan'
  a treasured innocence baby boy by two parents and God has been formed

  The creation of a new generation a dawning of a new life
  making time so endless and an everlasting beautiful new light

  Sired by a father who brings into being
  the image of a prince as his tears show no yielding

  Born to a mother of a rare and tender gentle soul
  for her child she will ride the tides from young until old

  The joy of a baby boy with wagons, hot cars and such
  playing in the mud with a worm as a gift his small hands will clap with success

  He will try so hard to follow in his fathers stand
  but in his heart he will always have his mothers gentle hand

  Take joy in this day and give thanks to God who has blessed you with a babe
  delight in your new sons life as an angel in God's arms heavenly bathed

  Taste and savor his love don't let a day pass without a hug
  secure him and take his hand as he grows from a boy to a man

  Capture all of his life's joy and embrace his spirit
  for today you've been given the breath of life to a baby boy
  now called Tristan who carries your lifeblood.
