Premium Member Temple of Life
Nearby an ornate edifice meant for the worship of God
I kneel in the clearing of a verdant woods where sun’s light streams down -
spirit-touched, as nature’s choir chants and wind whispers prayers

Premium Member Stepping Into the Temple
I step into the temple
in search of painted dreams
Figures wrapped in irresistible shine
they come to life within their fresco prisons
A kaleidoscope of painted saints
powerless to answer the prayers of mortals

I sit in my darkest hope and worry
breathing in God’s unfathomable presence
I search for calm...

Premium Member The Temple of the Butterfly
I am the void
I am the wrath
I am the undulating sun seraph
In the temple of the butterfly
The shadow is my alibi

~moths, in rooms full of angles
circle, languishing slow as death
caught in webs of cold breath
rage beneath the deep shade of...

Temple of Life
You are my obsidian dream and I will quarry your love
In the Temples of Oblivion, reveal your secrets to me!
Let us strike a mortal bargain to smite the dull frame of night.

Temple of the Gods-Palindrome
Temple of the Gods

Within the realities, unseen deified admits a parallel preen
A shielded smokescreen for their succus is made unclean
In the matriarchal machine a throne tallat for the Queen
A calumnious convene in illusions that dered and demean

The fallen Angels level in their banishing bedaubed bedevil
In...

Dancing At a Temple
I am dancing
Twirling and whirling
Hands and face open to the sun
Lost in the infinite You
Draped in gauze and silks
Whirling and twirling
To the sounds of chants and drums
As the deep tones of the monks
Melt into the tender tones of nuns

I am dancing, dancing
Yes,...

Im going there someday ..

Our voyage begins holding each other
slowly captivating space filled magic begins
warmly with glory be sings under spells

Grace is blessed always
with deep warm joy kissing beats
the true love inside fails to die

A hunter's moon smiles in the Heaven's

I Am the Temple
I am the Temple

I am the temple
Baptized in rain
Weaned by the sun
I am the temple
A manifestation of glory
Well-formed beyond perception
I am the temple
Capable of cored inner peace
Taught by the blossoms of the great oak
United in matrimony to the wind
I am the temple
Mystical in origin
Halved...

We are all children from the Heavenly garden...
Regardless of the weeping that sometimes does us pardon...

Crying in the vine when a favourite toy disappears...
Where sometimes there is no sign of life through these mirrors...

Standing in the rain...we cry and weep...
Sometimes praying for that Eternal sleep...

Trying...

Spending the Night In a Temple
Spending the Night in a Temple

The ice rains hard upon the temple walls
As the fires within keep the visitors warm
The 2 brothers deep in a fever lie head to head
And hold hands
A girl raised above them on a cot reads sacred scriptures
Only she can...

When the wind blows hard, sometimes it takes possessions from you, but all of a sudden It stops and everything can be replaced.

When the sun burns for longtime, the drought ruins your crops, it takes part of you, but all of a sudden it rains...

Premium Member A Day In Pergamon

Demesne
at Pergamon
stirred an epiphany.
The Aqueducts, Acropolis,
propinquity, Temple Dionysus,
Trajan Temple- all so magnificent.
Persian, Greek, and Roman wonders;
some standing, most lying...
erstwhile kingdoms,
all gone.

I viewed
and imagined
robust efflorescence
that once filled this bucolic place.
Dalliance here, much too ephemeral.
Damp ruins- yellow soil stirred petrichor.
Wild grass, broken art; redolent
grave serendipity...
wars...harbinger...
of loss.
