Best Swirls Poems
A ghostly moon starts rising
as Dusk falls, and daylight's done.
And orange and tangerine,
envelope a crimson sun.
Heaven's draped in black velvet,
adorned with jewels of light.
And swirls of gold filigree,
spin within the dark of night.
Spinning pulsars and quasars
imbue rhythm to time and space.
And in this cosmic ballet,
gravity holds all in place.
Mars ascends in shades of red,
evoking passion and praise.
And claiming Her rightful place;
Venus peeks down through the haze.
Shooting stars fizzle away
within the blink of an eye.
And the kingdom of magic
is as near as the night sky.
Slate sea swirls
a breath of air.
Quiet illusion
not so rare.
Electric charge
hair stands straight.
My heart and pulse
palpitate.
Kayak rocks
though not a storm.
A silent ship
elliptic form.
Hovers right above
my scalp.
Terror froze
my call for help.
Paddle slips
beneath the boat.
Nothing left
to help me float.
Horror now
my only friend.
How can this fate
be my end?
Shoreline seems
a million miles.
Solitude and peace
just smile.
Entity
envelopes me.
Light departs
dank darkness breathes...
Piercing screel
hurts my brain.
Shuddering
fowl vomit rains.
Heat tears through
my lower limbs.
Blood pools 'round
fills to the rim.
Consciousness
falls through my knees.
Wracked with pain
I cannot breathe.
Snare begins
to tighten round
both my wrists
without a sound.
Now is gone
the fight for life.
Only love
keeps shining bright.
Body broken
heart has stopped.
Mother's voice
A lollipop.
Sweet bird song
now fills the air.
Smell of roses
everywhere.
Friends surround
my smiling face.
Be on guard,
oh human race !
Amidst Swirls Of Twinkling Stars, Love Yet Flies
Above the soft gasps of night craving skies.
Amidst swirls of twinkling stars, love yet flies.
Outward, and onward through silence of marching time
Away from earth and ticking of clock's midnight chime
In veiled galaxies, hidden from mortals' view
Lie love' gems glistening as if morn' rose in dew
Memories and treasure in vaults lined with gold
Rarely seen except by those lovesick and so bold
As to dare voyage beyond earthen life and sad state
Fleeing worldly kingdom of death and seething hate.
Above the soft gasps of night craving skies.
Amidst swirls of twinkling stars, love yet flies.
There the dark worries of life are taken away
Admission is precious hope of that future day
When those departed unite in heavenly bliss
With prayed reunion of touch and eager kiss
Together in dreams and longed for paradise
Brief the dear moment but for now such will suffice
And hold each other until coming of dawn's glow
With wedded love just as pure as fresh falling snow.
Above the soft gasps of night craving skies.
Amidst swirls of twinkling stars, love yet flies.

Iridescent layers like pearls
Cascading layers covers face

No soul remains to tend their rest
Between two names, the ivy swirls
So long ago, a love was blessed
No soul remains to tend their rest
Long centuries have greenly dressed
Forgotten smiles and whispered pearls
No soul remains to tend their rest
Between two names, the ivy swirls
and in my sleep,
astral springs weave
blue swirls of bliss…
ruby swirls of love
beneath bare essence just I
and a longing for...
Blueberry vanilla swirls,
slow-changing in the transient breeze
and tidal flow and ofttimes
capricious light. A citrus topping
sparkles after rain, with
jujubes of humanity clinging to their place
within a mesmerising kaleidoscope
of sumptuous sweetest fantasy.
The snowflakes of spring,
Aroma arouses life,
Cherry blossom swirls.

Angry ,political winds do swirl.
Lies like vicious leaves, caught in the trees.
Stop!
We all hunger for a beautiful Spring,
Of love, freshness, truth and integrity.
Start!

There are some people I’ve not met
Yet think of them without regret
as they have left a mark on me
with distant words they let go free
to thrash about the atmosphere
come close enough for me to hear
the tone of hope the angst of fear
the silence of a long-dried tear
a wind that tickles funny bones
catastrophes with ice cream cones
of kith and kin of now and then
of dancing on life’s ice so thin
we meet in passing every day
as unseen breezes they can’t stay
yet touch the edges of our worlds
with a poesy of rhythmic swirls

Thoughts like calligraphy
Seemingly effortless
Natural flow and flair
The smell of autumn leaves
Visable laughter from your mouth
Wisps of calligraphy
We both knew
Did I turn you into this
Or did you turn me
Not enough silence to let me forget
For years
Bringing back the leaves
That crisp air
But the warmth between us
is it all gone
Or am I just to forget
Maybe I just chose not to notice
The iciness
The leaves were rotting after all
Lemon swirls in dusty skies
eyes that chase the sunny
twirls.
Tails that travel the skies
smooth streams of shimmer
blues and puffed white hues.
I could catch a tail
and whirl along so free
in the free flight of
the lemon swirls.
A day in the skies on
the tips of the beams
of lemon swirls way up
high...
Just enjoying the day!
Dancing with vigour the dancer swirls
Sweat glistening, passions inside rose
Catching shadows as within skirt furls
Around my heart as locks you impose
Sweat glistening, passions inside rose
Fixation befalls, this beleaguered soul
Around my heart as locks you impose
I glimpse your eyes, of blackened coal
Fixation befalls; this beleaguered soul
As within me; the heart that you stole
I glimpse your eyes, of blackened coal
My heart collapses, as it seeks its goal
As within me; the heart that you stole
Spirits raging, within your heated eyes
My heart collapses; as it seeks its goal
Beguiling me, with all of your false lies
Spirits raging, within your heated eyes
Never to be free until the fire subsides
Beguiling me; with all of your false lies
Atoms split; as our souls make divides
Never to be free until the fire subsides
Catching shadows; within clothes furls
Atoms split; as our souls make divides
Dancing with vigour, the dancer swirls
The sand swirls the seconds in a gentle ash whirlwind
time blows its song upon the columns of a deaf temple
the king of memories scatters his crown on dry sand
the vassal of regret carries silences in sacks of heavy light
each moment pulses in the palm like a glass fish
I hear the future tremble under the eyelid of a washed sky
grain by grain, the hourglass digs a path through me
no one stops the flow, no one prays enough
in the heart of the glass, a torrent murmurs silent litanies
behold the burning gift: a torch that comforts no one
I weave my steps from traces not yet born
the desert in the soul sprouts buds of pastel golden illusion
love waves a white flag between two gentle eclipses
words collapse, leaving fine seeds of blazing dust
time has no shoulders for anyone to ever cry on
yet I look at it like an angel with filigree wings
it calls me to walk on the thin bridge of empty nights
I stumble over the past, clutch it in my pocket like a coin
the future, a mute monarch, signs decrees with shadow ink
and the present, a serene blind man, touches my cold cheeks
under the eyelids, a gate opens to a circular desert
there, the grains sing psalms I forget to the end
through the flow of consciousness, a barefoot child of hope dances
and in the end, everything sleeps under a bell of light
