The Ivy Swirls

No soul remains to tend their rest
Between two names, the ivy swirls
So long ago, a love was blessed
No soul remains to tend their rest
  Long centuries have greenly dressed
 Forgotten smiles and whispered pearls
No soul remains to tend their rest
Between two names, the ivy swirls

I am not a great fan of the triolet form and rarely comment but I make an exception with this fabulous poem David - the form really suits the subject. Good luck in the contest:-) hugs Jan xx7
