Summer days are coming
To take you in my arms
In summer nights, we shall be
Singing our love songs.
When the Moonlight would rise
The sleeping waves of Sea
And your sweet arms would be
Encircling me close to thee.
Summer days are coming
To take you in my arms
In Summer nights, we shall be
Singing our love songs.
I know why you watch
The Sea waves rising to kiss
When the Moon began to pour
Its love drops on the Sea.
Watching the joy of Sea waves
You always come in mood
And then like the rainy clouds
You shower your love on me.
Summer days are coming
To take you in my arms
In summer nights, we shall be
Singing our love songs.
O’ Darling I am waiting
For the Summer days to come
As in summer days you shower
Your rain like love on me.
Summer days are coming
To take you in my arms
In summer nights, we would be
Singing our love songs.

In love is when
The snows of winter vaporise,
And buds appear,
When veils ascend from jaded eyes
And they clear,
When the heart deliciously surges,
And defibrilates,
And the rush of tender urges
Intoxicates.
In love is when
The breath of autumn whispers low,
And fires burn,
When in promises of fresher snow
Leaves fall and turn,
When the saddest pang of losing
Begs exquisite pain
When the things beyond one’s choosing
See it go again.
NOTE: I'm still alive. Been busy with my ongoing music project, which saw me turn to
songwriting and amateur - very amateur - music video production, which can be checked out
on the link below if anyone has a mind to. This new piece marks a tentative return to poetry.
More to follow, perhaps.

Angel’s songbirds awoke and flung the deal
Anisette chirps, sounds of reels
On that day my soul grew lyric
My heart couldn’t see it
Angels songbirds sing with me
And the harmonies never waiting
The sound singer souls singing
The song craft smiled
Ah, distinctly I was lullabying
And the hand claps never hymning yet rhyming
Death shall bring bass riffs
The sonic songwriting singsong smiths
Angels songbirds sing with me
I crave the lyrical, lyric leaf
From off my chest, my breath
Expressivity - expressivity - expressivity!
Somewhat louder than my debrief
I am shore of my golden voiced leaf
you warned me about the high relief
I crave the song-like, songful soundtrack
I feel my spirit leaving my back
Angels songbirds sing with me
That moment my soul grew analytic
The musical smiled
To warn me about the vibrato
And so you came gently jingling
Of duets that are bungling
Chirping metals yawn iron robins
My passion is the cuckoo lullaby, laugh angel laugh
Once I sat engaged and dancing, fly angel fly
Angels songbirds sing with me
When I thought of the song, sing angel sing
Deep into that darkness scoring, fly angel fly
In a kingdom full of shields, shield angel shield
On that day my soul grew lyric, fly angel fly
I awoke and flung the tenorist, high up to the skies
Much I marveled this overload alto, high angel high
Much I marveled the atonal hymn, sing angel sing
I have dreamed of the tempos, Hallelujah
Angels songbirds sing with me
Deep into that darkness interviewing, Hallelujah
That moment my soul grew singable, come sing with me
overloud alto, high angel high
Marveled the atonal hymn praises above all men, sing angel sing
Angels songbirds sing with me

IF YOU CAN HEAR
If you can hear, the Voices of Stars,
You can know, the longings of my heart,
If you can know, why they blink and call,
You can know, the feelings of my heart,
If you can hear, the singing of Stars,
You can feel, the love of my heart,
If you can see, their tears and smiles,
You can hear, the cries of my heart,
If you can feel, the love of their songs,
You can hear the voices of my heart,
If you can feel, their joys and pains,
You can surely, win my heart,
If you can feel, the joys of their songs,
Just come My Love and take me in your arms.

Damien's fire.
Burns within.
The original sin.
The rockers taking.
In music making.
Loving the guitar.
Songwriting by far.
Playing for the ages
of fire breathing pages.
Unleashing lyrics beasts.
Strumming,
before those drums.
Of a life coming undone.
Rock on, Sinful baby.
Make the world go crazy.
Whip those asses,
playing hells desire.
Make them play
with Damien's fire.
Rock on, Sinful baby.
Make the world go crazy.
Whip those asses,
playing hells desire.
Make them play
with Damien's fire.
So, rock with us baby.
Make, this world go crazy.
We need nothing more.
Than sin at our door.
Play the deepness of the soul.
This burning that was stolen.
Licking over that spine.
Strumming on the shrine.
These dark times unwinding.
The instruments of lying.
Feeling the heat of searing.
The hearts time in bleeding.
Cut me with that knife.
Of loves sinful strife.
Rock on, Sinful baby.
Make this world go crazy.
Whip those asses,
playing hells desire.
Make them play
with Damien's fire.
Rock on, Sinful baby.
Make this world go crazy.
Whip those asses,
playing hells desire.
Make them play
with Damien's fire.
So, Rock with us baby.
Make, that world go crazy.
We need nothing more.
That sin at our door.
THE WONDER OF MY LIFE
Verse 1
‘The Great Wall of China’s’ amazing.
‘The Northern Lights’, such a view!
‘The Pyramids’ are breathtaking,
but none of them compare to you.
‘Sugarloaf Mountains’s’ stupendous.
‘The Leaning Tower’s’ untrue.
‘The Aztec Temple’s’ outstanding,
but none of them compare to you.
Chorus
You’ve the beauty of every great sunset,
each rainbow that colours the sky.
You’re the closest there is to perfection,
and the greatest wonder in life.
Verse 2
Well ‘The Copacabana’s’ fantastic,
and so too is ‘Machu Pichu.’
‘The Eiffel Tower’ is special,
but none of them compare to you.
Chorus
You’ve the beauty of every great sunset,
each rainbow that colours the sky.
You’re the closest there is to perfection,
and the greatest wonder in life.
Bridge
Fearfulness could spout out gold,
and thunderstorms heal sick and old.
Stars could perch on mountain peaks,
yet you would still be more unique.
Chorus
You’ve the beauty of every great sunset,
each rainbow that colours the sky.
You’re the closest there is to perfection,
and the greatest wonder in life.
You’ve the beauty of every great sunset,
each rainbow that colours the sky.
You’re the closest there is to perfection,
and the wonder I need in my life.

Bahku ...
My Poetry Soup avatar
He's a musician, that guy, and that's his moniker ... 'stage' name ... alias
Songwriter, producer, engineer, singer, instrumentalist
Keyboards, bass, drums, sax, percussion, but mostly ... guitar
That's his favorite and best instrument, very proficient
Playing that and keys since age eight
But he loves songwriting and production most of all
A recording studio in his home, he can set his own hours
That's a good thing, too, as migraines drop by anytime
Primarily self-taught, though he went to Berklee for a short time
And studied improv privately with Jazz great, Mike Metheny, (Pat's bro)
He played many years in bands, some that toured the country
Owned his own music store for a while, in Maine
Spent much of his life in Pharmacy, (early-on in the family business)
Is a Diamontologist who sold diamonds and gems wholesale
And he spent a number of years in management
That photo is a promo shot, you see
It has and will be used on cards, posters, inserts, and the like
And though he has many others for that purpose
That is the one his manager and label prefer
And he took it himself ... with a phone!
Yeah, that's Bahku, that guy
And he loves to write poetry now, too, like I do
Because, well ... you see ...
That Bahku guy ... is ME!

MY HOBBIES---
Since the dawn of 60's
Art and music been close to me
The colors the canvas papers and inks pens
Art drawings Ahh!! yes those Stan Lee Marvel comics
A collector I was and still am
This was and is an activity I engage in for historical reasons and pleasure
Forming a comic club first before role playing cards became popular
In music in high school was in a few groups
But mainly vested in lyric/songwriting my best friend and I
From tenth grade in creative writing class until present time-now
Yet still I write songs and poems
A total of three published works
So I love to collect and read, Marvel comic books
Love to create and draw my own super heroes
Love to write songs and poems praising God
An activity I engage in for historical reasons and pleasure
These are my hobbies I love
An activity interest pursued outside my regular occupation I engaged in primarily for pleasure.
Collecting drawing comics
Reading creating poems and songs
Listening to Christian and Gospel music and K-love
These are the hobbies I does...

How 'bout me not blaming you for everything?
blame the moon, release unriquited love and like a bird that doesn't know where their home is, fly away
How 'bout me enjoying the moment for once?
How 'bout how good it feels to finally forgive you?
How 'bout grieving it all one at a time?
Thank you frailty
The moment I let go of it was the moment
I got more than I could handle
The moment I jumped off of it

Thinking About the Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan
1963-A new voice appeared in the folk music scene,
his songwriting skills came into play with this
album. Eleven of the thirteen songs were his
original writings. Songs like “Blowin’ in the Wind”
“A Hard Rains a Gonna Fall” and “Masters of War”
sparked a new revival and direction in folk music and
began the prolific career of one of musical history’s greatest
songwriters. Freewheelin’ was my introduction that led to a
life long fascination with the man and his music.
Somewhere to go to beat your drum
someplace to be to sing at the top of your lungs
a way of life of politicians and gypsies alike
the church of musicology is now accepting donations
and of course every cd you buy helps support the tithe
Where do you learn the flute fidle

but the church of musicology of course

in case you need to have something to lean on to get you by
Busking?
busking we're not busking
werte singing the praise
now that its a faith shoved down throats
i guess we will all have to learn how to behave
sure we cant wash our hands clean of everything the enemy has sang
into the akashik records of song
but lessons learned
one good turn
and we can fix near almost anything with a song
Kick it sister

of ever conceivable thought

Pursuing a solo career turned out to be a great choice.
Laura was gifted with a strong alto voice.
From upstate New York, this fine lady came.
Her prolific songwriting talent launched her to fame.
We saw that overwhelming success coming true
with the release of “How Am I Supposed to Live Without You”.
Laura’s biggest number one hit was “Gloria”.
That one lasted a long time on the charts in America.
Two other song hits the public would extol,
were the popular “Solitaire” and “Self Control”.
For several film soundtracks, she contributed many a song.
The list of acknowledgements and awards is certainly long.
Unfortunately, this talented artist is not with us anymore.
Laura sadly passed away back in 2004.
I thank both wikipedia.org online encyclopedia and LauraBraniganOnline.com for information I obtained to write this poem.
Visualizing a song is like the sound of
the ocean unequivocal against the rocks
Concave down my secret self to write is like
a savor of a rosette
My soul build castles in air as I put thy
thoughts on paper
As my reflection flow like the zephyr on the pond
The melody that entertain my mind is like
vault of heaven get-together with my spirit
In harmonize magic in the blue
Songwriting take my creativity to a spiritual
bliss like the rise of the sun
I get sky high off the masses enjoying my art
I write these words
I wrote my feelings out
The words filled with my thoughts
Is what I am all about
I write these words
Explains everything in me
Explains how I feel
In the words that sings
I write these words
It came out from my head
I am becoming more scared
When I stuck dead
I write these words
Open myself to the world of my own
To where I have never been
In the world of songwriting
I write these words
I write with my heart out
My blood, tears and happiness
Is what I am all about
With these words I wrote
It filled with what I feel
Is what I want to be
A songwriter, that will be me
And these are the words I wrote
