Somewhere to go to beat your drum
someplace to be to sing at the top of your lungs
a way of life of politicians and gypsies alike
the church of musicology is now accepting donations
and of course every cd you buy helps support the tithe
Where do you learn the flute fidle
guotar or harp
but the church of musicology of course
and for those really good
we'll teach you the finer arts of songwriting and prose
in case you need to have something to lean on to get you by

werte singing the praise
now that its a faith shoved down throats
i guess we will all have to learn how to behave
sure we cant wash our hands clean of everything the enemy has sang
into the akashik records of song
but lessons learned
one good turn
and we can fix near almost anything with a song

like beethoven and mozart that has been proven to enhance thinking and grades
all thanks to musicology
now turn around shake my hand
and lets begin to pray

and in these walls of calendars and collage i see the mainframe
of ever conceivable thought

the halls are ringing now
of chimes and bells
and pianos
from afar
and life is just waiting to begin
