Is it a sherbert day?
Any day is
for our particolored poet.
She waltzes in a mobile gown -
peaches and plums,
lemons and cotton candy pinks.
The rivet of cold sherbert
or lemonade stirred,
painted - her prismatic words
gently placed upon her plate.
we gobble them up or slow down
to catch the crystal...

Hawaiian punch carnation
Sienna sunset coreopsis 
Indian summer rose
Toasting pink champagne
To hues of apricot
