Premium Member Serve Fish

The number of fish species comprises a very long list.
However, one does not need to be an ichthyologist.
Just go to any seafood department at a supermarket.
There are many tasty varieties of fish we can get.
Fish is high in protein which can make us stronger.
It's lower in fat which can help us live longer.
Serve up some fish, and you will have a good meal.
Search the stores where you can get a great deal.

Premium Member Living To Serve

Your Majesty, your meal is served.
May it fit your royal taste.
Only the best for you reserved,
Sweet milk with wine is laced.
Please make your judgment not in haste,
Dear Sir I plead with you.
This dish before you humbly placed,
I offer sav'ry stew.
.

Only the best you have deserved.
May it be not a waste.
You are so slim and nicely curved
It adds not to your waist.
Your fish well cooked with a nice baste
Fine flavors coming through.
In finest china it’s encased.
I offer sav'ry stew.

I’ve sought the best with zeal unswerved.
To markets I have raced.
Your every fancy I’ve observed
Ensuring fare be chaste.
For rarest dainties I have chased.
My liege deserves his due.
Delightful delicates I’ve traced.
I offer sav'ry stew.

For you my feline prince I’ve faced
More worries than you knew
That your fine taste be not debased.
I offer sav'ry stew.

When a black man has a knee pressed against his throat
police brutality has no known antidote.
He can't breathe; cut no slack.

Complaining he was choking, they ignored his plea,
and one cop kept on pressing his weight on that knee.
Both hands cuffed in the back.

People watched in horror as his life got snuffed out;
all they could do for George Floyd was stand there and shout.
He's died for being black.

Premium Member Don't Serve Me Anything Old and Cheesy

I've been served lots of unappetizing things
that simply did not please my palette.
Being force fed with bitter or insincere words
is unappealing presented as a crisp green salad.

I would rather be underfed and malnourished
than to feast on something too briny or cheesy.
I won't feast on a buffet of regurgitated foods,
like dill pickles offered as sour grapes... sleazy.

Nothing has more stench to me than rotten food.
As an example, mold spores inside blue roquefort,
and don't ask me to swallow one bite of sarcasm.
That would take far too much of my time and effort.

I'd spit out a spoon of any soup if in it swims a fly,
or if the spices were added by the hand of a hypocrite.
A warm peach cobbler would make a scrumptious dish
as long as inside there'd not be left on purpose... a pit.

Love Does Not Serve Hate

Love is not a prison for manipulation
Love is not a hand full of blood or a dented boot
Love is not a magical being that leads you to some fantasy world where no one dies and nothing ever change
Love won’t save you from yourself
Love is a gift it won’t make anything better but it feels good to know that there is someone who loves you like you deserve to be loved
You have to save you from yourself
Love can break us or make us
Sometimes love is an illusion placed upon our eyes so the enemy can do as he pleases with us
The enemy comes in different forms
Sometimes it can make you feel like you are in charge of the world
And sometimes it can make you feel like your skin is the sand that cloth the earth
Shameful
Burdened
You can’t hold on to the bad stuff you got to know that life goes on and now you get to write your own story
And love is definitely not something we can use to hide from reality
because once you think you got it all figured out it bites you in the ass
And in that moment that’s the closes you can come to death

We Serve a Living God

Author Dana Redricks
December 3, 2018

Some serve gods made
of wood, or clay but we serve
a living God, who became a
man, a living sacrifice to
deliver us from sin and death.
God is the Alpha and Omega
the everlasting and eternal
God. He will not leave or
forsake us. Nothing can
compare to God's goodness He
is the great I AM.
The gods made by humans
cannot save us, nor can they
have a relationship with them.
God is a living God, the creator
of things in the earth, above the
earth. He is the King of King
who reigns forever in eternity

Premium Member Egoic Desire To Serve

The desire to serve
Noble yet ego present
For feel good factor

Love is compassion
A truth we do not deny
If intent be pure

Purity is void
Presence identityless
A humble conduit

Moon a reflector
Has beauty beyond measure
Lifeless without sun

Let us be watchful
Lest we fall in the abyss
Of dark delusion

Ego relentless
Yet it dies in an instant
If we embrace love

`you Can Be Inspired (I Serve a Living God) Pt.1

Yes you can, yes you must, there is a story to be finish, and it will not come from
no ordinary man. We all must trust, in whom creat the one call Adam from the
grain of sand. Long-long ago as the story unfolds, and this creator, He creates
life and maketh the bird's sing. "You can be Inspired", he cause the sun to shine
and give us all that we desire. But the church - that's not on fire (for the Lord) burns
disstinctivily for the vile's of satanic impuritie's that has rape our children's de-
sire to get to know the true source, they become limited to a relationship from
much higher. You can be Inspired, inspire to know the truth will always reveal
       itself in the end.
Yes you can, yes you must, never give up because life is tough. No where's is it
written that his return to this paquan world is known to noone. Then I can not run
and protect my might, his return is kept only to himself. "Because he comes like
a thief in the night". Drug's use to entrap me, depression kept my mind on the un
focust transformation that I will never find the light within the fire. "But the devil is
a lier". And even in Poetry, were there is an attempt to enhance the mind to read
beyond the words one must admire. Issue's upon issue is the pleasentry and misery
       of the young and old.
This creator, in the wilderness of life-he is a provider and he speaks in a voice of fire.
The story is nearing its ultimate end and there's praises unto him, and no need to be
in doubt. "I serve a living God", the world is still sinning. "You can be Inspired", stop
feeling down because soon and very soon. He will be in your Town.

Premium Member I Serve the Lord

I serve the Lord
	By the things I do
            	I am his servant
                       		 These words are true
My eyes have seen things
          Only evil men know
          		My heart has lived places
                       		 Only evil men go
My mind has thought things
	Only evil men think
            	My lips have tasted things
                        	Only evil men drink
I have lived places
	Only evil men live
		I have gave orders
                       		Only evil men give
I once traded my soul
	To live in a flask
            	I lived in the shadows
                       		Adorned with a mask
My truth is my honor
	My words are my plight
	 	I serve the Lord
By the words that I write
I no longer grow old
By the light of the moon
            	No longer is my soul
			Swimming in a spoon
I serve the Lord
By the things that I do
Have no doubt in your heart
			These words are true
Once in a miracle
Through the words of a rhyme
		A sinner found Christ
			And stopped doing time
Set free on a mission
	To enlighten your soul
		I follow the Lord
			In search of my goal
The man that I was
	No longer exist
		He died the first time
			My wife and I kissed
Inside of a box
	I decided to pray
		Stepping out of the darkness
			  Embracing the day
I serve the Lord
	Through the words I write
		Your soul is my mission
			Serving God is my plight
I don’t criticize or judge
	That’s just not my way
		I simply bow my head
			And for everyone I pray
The prayer is quite simple
	It’s a spiritual bath
		I just ask the Lord
			To enlighten your path
The brighter the light
	The lighter the Son
		When this life is over
			This job will be done
I follow the Lord
	He guides my path
		It’s all very simple
			No complicated math
I serve the Lord
	In all that I do
If you wish to know why
			It’s because I love you

I Need To Faithfully Serve God

I Need to Faithfully Serve God!

If I say that I serve God,
 yet refuse to listen…
Then his blessings in my life
 is what I’ll be missin.’

If I say that I serve him, but not sincere…
I’ll not be afraid.
Because he’s always here!

If I say that I believe his
 word to be true…
Then I should live the way
 Christ wants me to!

If I say that I’ll daily
give him 100 percent…
Then I need to humble myself
 and to him… Repent!

If I say that I will seek
 to serve one another…
Then I need to be there for
 my sister and brother!

If I say that Jesus is
 the Lord of my life…
Then he will bless me,
 my kids and wife…

Why not say; “I invite you Jesus
 to come inside to live.?”
“I accept your blood and
 power to forgive!”

Won’t you say; “Here I am Jesus...”
  “Here I come!”
And experience the life-changing
power of God’s risen son!

Christ says; “You that have burdens...”
  “I will give you rest…”
Living for Jesus is
always the BEST!

Premium Member A Tribute To Those Who Serve

I was commissioned to write this for my brother's church in
New Castle, Indiana. On the 10th anniversary of 9/11 they
will conduct a service to honor those who were directly
involved in the tragedy in NYC and also to honor those who serve
the New Castle community 24/365. It will be copied on parchment
and a copy will be given to each service provider.

On this Tenth Anniversary of Nine Eleven we gather to give sincere thanksgiving,
For those brave men and women who served us that day, the fallen and the living.
They placed service above self to aid their neighbors, community and nation.
Some sacrified all on The Altar of Honor for their friends without reservation!

We also gather to pay tribute to those who serve our own community each day.
So much, so very much we owe each of them - we can never begin to repay,
They quietly serve us in so many ways with proficiency and dedication.
Their devoted families also serve, faithfully supporting their hero's vocation!

We honor the Indiana State Patrol who deserve our respect and admiration,
For maintaining safe passage and keeping traffic flowing, easing our frustration!
We praise the Sheriff and his deputies for keeping things well under control,
And responding to our frantic calls for aid anytime during their daily patrol!

We are blessed with a Chief of Police and his folks upon whom we can reply.
They are true professionals and are quick to respond when things go awry!
Our wonderful firefighters and paramedics serve us with compassionate care.
None can compare to these valiant souls who are ever ready and willing to share!

We laud our magnificent military who our freedoms have so gallantly preserved!
We cherish our National Guard, reservists and veterans who honorably served!
One day upon the brow of each of these elect He'll bestow a royal crown,
Saying, "You, my friend, have served Me and My people with great renown!"

I Was Born To Serve Jesus

I’m Here To Serve Jesus!

I was born... So that
others may live...
Sharing with people of
God's power to forgive!

I’m here to help others to see...
A Christ who came.
To set men free!

I’m here to be God's holy vessel…
To be used by him...
 Being his "utensil."

I’m here to point others
 in a Godly direction…
Sharing with others Christ' power
 and resurrection!

I’m here to
And to be a Godly leader of
my family and home.

I’m here to one day
 meet Jesus in the sky.
It could be this very hour,
or after I die.

I’m here, to let people
 like you know…
Of a savior's salvation!
How he loves you so!

You were born... To give
God thanks and praise!
Why not serve him...
 The rest of your days???

Open the Floodgate's (I Serve a Living God) Pt.2

{Serving a living GOD= Of all the insecure phenominals that has plague our citie's and
brought much much saddness on our sister's and Brothers in our
armed forces or abroad. The mercifulness of his power shall
prove itself, over the forces of evil soon within the process of
time. Don't let the predicament's of our Nation cause you to loose
                                    your mind.}

Poem: In a world that has gotten away from the tradition of living and respecting the his-
torical pentecostal effigy of what is written. To a wayward land of oppourtunistic individuals
that thrive's on doing what is forbidden. To a world that has polluted itself with addiction and
allienating the innocent and the tribulation from Nation too nation's. When someone can walk-
out of your life, "the saying of old is to let them go". But does one dare ask to debate of
this "living God" to "Open the Floodgate's, let it rain, rain in membranch of Hirroshema, 911
and Pearl Harbor and this man-made war in Afghanistan". Touching you spiritually, "let it
rain, of him who create's man from the grain of sand". Many times trying to hold onto some-
one or something that has gotten you away from a life of permissitive and impotent wisdom,
has cause many of us to make decision's sommily on lust of the flesh. "I come not to des-
troy but that you may have life and have it more abundantily, to set free, I shall return but
do not wait. (The Lord spoke these words of Knowledge)
"Open the floodgate's", a living God would not tell you, take a loaded plane full of people's
and fly them into a building, so satin your present is "not up for debate". He has taken the
essence of time and the concept that shall never have to wait, in this world of no love. He
will cause the sky to give way of the emnity that lie's in wait.
"Open the Floodgate's, let it rain - rain on the lost and the children's who needs to debate".

The God I Serve

Comforted by his spirit
Redeemed by his blood
Saved by his grace
All my sins erased

Given another chance
That I may dwell with thee
I cried out to the hills
And Jesus heard my plea

He saved my wretched soul
And turned my life around
Standing firm in thy salvation
So his blessings may abound

All our sins and grief he bare
Because he loves us and he cares
So he died upon that cross
To save us who were lost

Thy word have I hid in my heart
So I may not sin
And by living by his word
I’m drawn closer to him

He teaches he corrects
He guides us he protects
His plans for us are great
So we should keep the faith

Our father who art in heaven
Halloweth be thy name
My God who lives forever!
And forever he will reign
