Freedom! Sensuously she spreads her wings,
Floating in glorious glens
Now at one with nature

You tempt me
As I sense your presence by my side
The whisper of your flowing silken dress
A whiff of fragrant jasmine scent.
You tempt me
With each flicker of your doe-brown eyes
Shadowed in lilac hues and full dark lashes
A smile, partly concealed on pouting lips.
You tempt me
With curvaceous waves of long black hair
Cascading by glowing peach-rose cheeks
Rising, falling on your breast with every breath.
You tempt me
As you stand against the evening light
The Aphrodite of my dreams and fantasies
Seductive, alluring and desirable.
I temp you
As gently I pull back my straying hair
Nestled on the fullness of my breast
Exposing what your famished eyes are feasting on.
I tempt you
In silent expectation my body glows
With purpose of fulfilment I slowly make my way to you
My haloed shadow dances on your rigid form.
I tempt you
Breathless, you lean against the wall
My desires surging at this sign of weakness
Within inches of your body, I languidly pause.
I tempt you
Sensuously, at satin ribbons my fingers pull
Until my struggling gown hesitantly quivers
Before it glides and gathers at my feet.
I tempt you
Grounded by wanton cravings, I look you in the eyes
I simply smoulder there within your reach
The final vestige of abstinence still lingers in the air.
I tempt you
Then I lean in, my breath is warm upon your check
Against your heaving chest my breasts now brush
I breathe and whisper softly “Come to me.”
I tempt you
Inveigled in this rare moment, my heart bursts
As you crush my body tightly against yours
You taste the temptress kiss that frees your needs.
I tempt you
For my heart has long been tempted
By strong unquenched desires
For you.

Trapped for so long in walls that cocooned her
She struggles to break free
All she desires is escape from the darkness of her prison
And the walls that bind her
To feel the sun on her face, the cool breeze on her body
She pushes and pushes with all her might …
Eventually she sees a pinprick of daylight
She struggles and struggles, fighting with all her strength
Finally emerging into the world
Fluid pumps around her body
She twists and turns and her wings start to unfurl
Hanging upside-down she remains motionless for several hours
Slowly, sensuously, she reveals her beautiful body
I gasp at her breathtaking beauty – she is simply stunning
There before my very eyes – a beautiful butterfly

Dance of the Firebird
Rosita, sultry enchantress,
dazzling Andalusian firebird,
erotically she twirls, proud
like a phoenix flashing across the sky.
Flared ruffled skirt swirls,
in hues of red, orange, and gold,
like a sunset in the throes of Autumn.
Her olive skin glistens with sweat,
as she chases away her demons with
handclapping and a pair of castanets.
Beautiful dancer lost in her dreams,
she’s an exotic flamenco queen.
With campfires reflected on her face,
finger snapping, her tempo heats up,
and she’s afire with passion and grace.
In an essence of exuberance,
she’s possessed in a trance,
swaying like a summer breeze.
She undulates hypnotically like a cobra
seducing its unsuspecting prey.
In a stream of her own thoughts,
a gypsy in love with the dance.
Crushing red rose petals she stamps her feet,
to the guitars’ entrancing beat.
Her sinuous body pulsates sensuously
to the music as she dances unabashedly.
But she’s untouchable as the fire god she serves,
baring her soul to none,
for her heart belongs to the dance.

"The Dream of Her Untouched Sea"
Caressing Her tidal pools
the floor of Her Oceans rise
Sunlight through the crystal canopy
shines on Her
song of the siren mind
meeting the Majesty
all commanding
they commune with Her
within Her greater depths,
the Emeralds and Sapphires
of Her pristine sanctuary
kind and perilous, She is,
then all at once -
a tempest sanctified;
Love is all there is,
baptised in Her holy waters
kissed by Her grace
under Her god like body
no virus will survive
There lives in dreamlike state
another Kingdom
that breathes in plumes
nebulous then immaculate
Neptune sees freedom
bathed in light and dark depth hues
Christened in Her eyes
there floating before Her, You,
begotten, borne again
skin wet against Her mouth
hushed and warm
Her body opens and pulls you in,
you are lulled
by the velvet comfort
cool and calm
of Her silent reckoning,
the crest of Her waves
the rise and fall of
Her smooth satin,
She is sensuously moist
welcoming and forbidden
enticing you with
Her serene eminence one day,
the next, you’d gladly drown
to swim with mystical untouched souls
swallowed in Her voluptuous hallowed waters
salty skinned and hair all tangled
black and glistening
midnight blue
like seaweed and sea urchins
strung up and strewn
with ripe wide opened
red sea poppies
all wrapped around
your fingers
no ropes to pull you in
you are caught up in Her
all around you
you are hypnotised
She is dangerously close
and closing in
like you’re a sea leopard
caught, you’ve roamed too far
a hungry sea wolf ensnarled
and grinning in Her freedom net
you are swimming deeper into her
seduced, just longing, yet
to somehow be
the deeper not the shallow
in the dream of Her untouched sea

Romanticism
Red moon rising, a globe ruby, an opulent theme,
A scarlet smile, a sight tranquil, a heavenly dream,
Weaves fabric of passions deep, as desires gleam,
Notions-romantic, undulating joy on stellar stream.
Hues iridescent paint a canvas of chromatic skies
Luring gazes, inflaming fervor of enamored eyes,
Glued to vision, intimate pleas of hearts surmise,
Inscribing crimson, where motifs moonstruck rise.
Embracing red moon, heartbeats rhapsodic tiptoe,
Caressing adoration of emotive eventide aglow,
Where, breezing affection, zephyrs amatory blow,
Whispering sweet-nothings, secrets fervent bestow.
As rhythms of our heart, lyrics of our soul rhyme,
Avowing pledges revered, through the song of time,
Reciting words divine, replaying promises sublime,
Under the red moon, we laud, bliss of love in prime.
Across celestial beauty, as impulses-angelic scroll,
Hypnotizing minds, captivating essence of soul,
A red moon tantalizing, O, sensuously we extol,
Weaving fabric of passions fantasies moonlit cajole.

Feasting on my splendor ravishing to your eyes
Greet me seductively, watch me bathe in sunrise,
Breathing me in, devouring scent of intimacy,
Caressing my breeze teasing you affectionately
Cuddling love’s essence in elysium of my affinity
Holding me in your trance of her magical allure
Enamoring doting senses of passions I conjure
Feeling her tender beats in fragility of my heart
Indulging softly in her fascination for romance
Tempting me longingly in glamor of her glance
As purple cheeks blush, titillating my ruby visage
Fantasizing silken lips inflaming euphoric kiss,
But, dare not pluck me young man, till I’m willing
Undressing sensuously, revealing inner beauty,
Unveiling my core, arousing petals of yearning~
Only then I will be ready, worthy of your promise,
When you present me to her, she’ll be beaming
For I am the rose of her dreams, elixir of ecstasy.

Personification
It's near midnight, whilst we moonlight walk
Palm tree lined fairway, Crickets singing
Hands clenched in loving vacationed talk
Hearts in wanting pound, Batangas is bringing
We, she and I, now amidst our intending lock
Serenity is the scene blessed by lunar watch
So late, but joyous we, soon our lips are speaking
Clouds now hover as we witness natures rain
Our apartment is distant, we welcome given
Through broken lunar light, stroking her mane
My hands in taken then, sensuously they're driven
Kiss me quiet is whispered, hearts now in reign
Walking, slowly walking, absorbing to us this night
Hearts in touching pound, Batangas has brought

"Red Door"
love opens not
like a red rose,
it caresses you
slowly,
entices you in
holds you
hard and fast,
like a scarlet poppy
opium sweet
inviting, promising
till death do us part,
the elusive everlasting
Euphoric,
intoxicated
as you like it,
as in an Arden dream,
viola tricola potion
dropped softly
sensuously
on seductive eyelids
love-in-idleness
that elixir of l'amour,
Oberon love flies in
mid-summer,
we dance with romance
in the labyrinth’s garden
like a bird caught in a cage
tamed and entranced
L'amour ! L'amour ! L'amour ! L'amour !
The red door is opened
love flies in, then,
the gate is closed;
in such sumptuous
sanctuary
we lay down with love
caught in the dream
‘twould seem,
forever naked
exposed to its fatal charm,
holding on tight
for more, like a drug,
love insatiable
insatiable love
L'amour ! L'amour ! L'amour ! L'amour !
We open the door
love flies in, love’s here to stay;
We open the door
love flies away

Love in Spring (10-Word Challenge)
Steal away with me my Beloved One,
to rendezvous under a radiant sapphire sky,
where brown skylarks sweetly sing
their incessant songs in dulcet harmony,
as they fly over idyllic, rolling meadows,
welcoming spring and young lovers.
There at the old hollow,
upon a soft bed,
freshly spread with a plethora
of tender, forest green ferns,
wait I impatiently to share
delightful moments
of unbridled felicity,
as our hearts and bodies
sensuously entwine,
spinning our own chrysalis of love.
Though this rhapsodic bliss
may seem evanescent,
titillating memories of this exquisite tryst,
will ever invade our dreams, and
like a mystical spring talisman,
sustain our hearts…
for a lifetime.

Post-hippie and pre-disco kids were we,
not clearly fitting one sole category.
Girls dressed formal for our biggest dance.
No short-shorts or those fab bell-bottom pants.
Exploring options at each fashion store,
we girls picked gowns whose length was to the floor.
Guys dressed up formal too; perhaps they’d rent
tuxedos that they wore to the event.
Some local band would play; their lead would sing
an upbeat tune for us like “Wild Thing.”
We danced free form, for we were not about
a single style of dance; we just rocked out!
No Bandstand moves for us; we did just fine.
No Salsa, Swing or dancing in a line.
I think the guys preferred the music slow.
Then into their slow dancing mode they’d go.
Around our dates we draped our arms. Our feet
seemed barely moving from one spot; a treat!
A treat indeed – though soft the songs might be,
hearts raced as partners danced romantically.
To “Have You Seen Her,” “If,” and “Maggie May”
we let our bodies sensuously sway.
The threat of Viet Nam was nearly gone.
To “Riders in the Storm” we blissfully danced on.

Woman’s Desire
What’s all this rigmarole and claptrap
About the man being the only one thinking of sex?
Well, truth be known,
A woman, skin deeply eager, thinks much of it too…
Once leaving the job, after
The shopping; the vaccuuming; the cooking; the pots,
Pans, and dishes; after the childrens’
Homework, meals, baths, and good-night kisses;
Once the cat and dog have gone out and in
Twice, been fed, and cooed over while petted;
After inquires about her spouse’s work, complaints,
And wishes; after the phone calls to people of concern;
After checking the bank account, new emails, and
Cleaning out her handbag; counting out lunch monies;
Preparing the morrow’s snacks and clothing; writing
The lists of to-do’s and schedules; and, preparing medications…
Afrter all that, following ten minutes of rest
In a cushioned chair,
Among the first wishes of her long-patient body,
Is for some time to linger, living
Pleasure’s words whispered by her passion’s tongue.
A woman desires to lay felt and feeling sensuously
With her beloved, warm and spent,
Close to sleep at her side.

I was running through a field early one day
Naked as the day that I was born.
I came upon a beautiful lake
It called to me, I could have sworn.
Come enter me my pretty maid,
I will wrap myself round you.
I stopped just for a second,
Before I entered the water and flew.
I didn’t know that I could fly, it was so exhilarating,
I swooped around with the birds, they said they were migrating.
I landed on the ground, but my feet sunk in the earth,
I found I went underground, this now filled me with mirth.
I wiggled my hips so sensuously, and moved fast in twists and turns.
I came to the surface and looking at me, and found I was a worm.
I was getting puzzled now, what was happening to me?
I could fly and wiggle and move about, oh so sexily.
I felt all warm but naked, and wondered if this is me.
But I rely liked everything, all I could do and see.
But to what avail, I asked myself, why am I like this?
I turned around and heard a sigh, as he woke me with a kiss.
My dreams was over, even though, it had been so much fun
But nothing is quite like this feeling; I get with my sexy man.

Light Verse
rough with beauty
an acquired taste
sexy with squiggles
But it’s a tree!
Yes and has history and character
holding secrets of the forest
Or is it a rock?
petrified now? Possibly later
Now very much alive
Secrets embroiled
in a magic forest like way
sensuously mysterious
