Rough With Beauty

rough with beauty 
    an acquired taste
            sexy with squiggles

But it’s a tree!
     Yes and has history and character
                 holding secrets of the forest

Or is it a rock?
       petrified now? Possibly later
                  Now very much alive

Secrets embroiled
           in a magic forest like way
                       sensuously mysterious
