Best Sensible Poems
I was not impressed by his super mediocre talent
The kind one should keep under wraps exposed
To a world of less well known and near do well designers
Who struggle easily with mundane exotic tasks which, when left
In the hands of expert amateurs would not seem so
Ridiculously sensible at a time such as now

Immense feelings
Tend to tense more
'Held in suspense
Welcome to this world,
Greedy, hateful, and selfish
Full of false friendship,
Sans love, Sans morality,
Family values are humorous
Narcissism has become god
Consideration is a frailty
Bonds are born to be broken
Brothers adopt acquaintances
Mothers succumb to platitudes
Fathers are slaves of lecheries
Children are raised by the world
inheriting every corrupted rule,
None bereave the older days
Yet wonder about the present,
Animal instinct is now conventional
As we regress, all seem to suffer,
Yet pity is only a luxury of self
Mercy is an archaic word
Forgiveness is a fragile fairy-tale
Life as it was is a history book
Taught to be trivial knowledge,
Millions of worlds live on one planet
Trying to stay out of other's orbits
What happened to humanity?
When did we lose sight of soul?
Are we still man or back to beasts?
Who else asks these questions?
Why is the solution so simple
and the farthest answer from mind?
What planet has this become
and where did the earth drift?
When you hear
the refrigerator hum
flourescent bulbs buzz,
door hinges squeak
and meet a ghost in the hallway
if that's what you seek...
Then your daytime senses
starved for information
have chosen to dwell
in your Imagination
I hate parking in supermarket car parks,
with scrapes and dents, or scratches common place.
They’re a request to join demolition derby,
and some of the parking is a damn disgrace.
To find a parking space at times is like gold,
and even when you are parked there is the fear,
of an opportunist lurking down the aisles,
and break in to steal what helps in buying gear.
Of course there’s shopping in the supermarket,
and with your mind focused in the place you are,
and while you are making your choices off the shelves,
somebody out in the car park steals your car.
That’s why my passenger is fierce old Brutus;
a mean Rottweiler guard dog who likes to harm.
He’s the perfect fit for an opportunist,
liking nothing better than tearing off an arm.
When I finally find a vacant parking space,
Brutus was lying flat out on the back seat,
so for him I wound a window down half way;
I did not want him suffering from the heat.
While walking backwards up onto the footpath,
I shout a command, ‘you stay, do you hear me!’
Not once, but repeated many, many, times.
A little crowd were listening to my plea.
Out of the crowd a woman; yes she’s a blond,
stepped up to join me, and help with a remark,
‘why don’t you do what everybody does.
Why don’t you just put your car in to park?’
No Imelda Marcos, she,
One good pair of shoes for me,
Plain, flat, sensible, black,
No sexy high heels, alack,
But I can walk where I want to be,
One good pair of shoes for me.
Dying is not the finale of everything
is simply going back to origin
where it all began
with greater spiritual baggage
If we lived and learned here...
Crazy Sensible Love
I agree, a person without a story, and ??
I disagree, a person without a love story.
When I was young and cherished, I loved a girl ??
Who hurts me the most for every loopy reason
One day, it caused broke up with me ??
A few days later, she realized that ??
Nobody can love her as much as I do??
She asked me that give her a chance ??
"Be my love; I'll not hurt you anymore," she said ??
If I accept her, folks must contemplate me as a fool
She was crying, what to do ??+??=??
Then I took her to me, the only thing I could say ??
I accept you even I am one of the fools in the world
Then she said: "love you, babe." ??
Don't make sense to a lot of people?
I guess this could be true
BUT
Are they in fact sensible people-
who can't make sense of you ?
There is an evil spirit living today
Wrecking many souls who crave
It's deceptively savory delights
For which many are willing
To surrender man's most precious right
An evil spirit
Possessive to those whom become it's slave
By ruling the mind and heart
you need only to start
For the addictive craze
Shove you into your grave
Are we willing to fight
For our most precious right
To a sober and sensible life
The evil spirit can rule your mind
Though to allow this is a crime
I believe you have a sensible choice
Life or suicide
The handed instruction was ‘Within two hours’
Purchase two arresting flowers
With an overpowering scent
For A Heart pitiably rent
And a head sorrowfully bent …
And dutifully I went,
From head to toe A Gent
But back with flowers lent,
But for the same purpose meant;
The handed money with me,
The Nice Flowers for Free!
And to my person
It was no dent
But not to Embittered Carson,
Who speedily asked for Mr. Kent
And on the same errand sent
With a warning to be not as lenient
“To build a house, not pitch a tent”
I’d proved A Reincarnation of King Saul

When a storm is passing through
What do the sane and the sensible do
They hunker down until the crisis is past
Safe, not sorry ~ as long as it lasts
I've always loved you
despite the objections raised,
Will you mother my love child?
I am forever
grateful my love, but marry
me I will mother your child.
