Kadeena Cox
Kadeena was born on 10 March 1991, And competed in non-disabled sports, Until 2014 when she was diagnosed, With Multiple Sclerosis which swayed. She was a sprinter, including the 60m, To set a WR of 11.97secs in the 100, So changed to para-sports very fine - To T37 sprinting and C2 track cycling. On the approach to Rio she posted, For the 100m a WR of 13.59 secs, And then beat Georgina Hermitage, Who came 2nd, by running 13.67. So for Rio she was reclassified, As a T38 runner, and for the T38 400m she won the gold medal, And for the T35-38 relay, a silver. She won bronze in the T38 100m, And in that golden 400 set a WR - Also competing in para-cycling, She took the gold for the WR trial. She was definitely a star at Rio, And so was selected by Team GB, To carry the Union Jack upright, The night of the closing ceremony.
