The innocent criminalized, chased down with pitchforks and torches of fire. Their names dragged through the mire, by the hair, stripped of their humanity.

Meanwhile the guilty cheer with cash and jewels, with measured feet on the demonic beat. The guilty drinking the blood of the kind, like wine.

Headlines say: “God is dead,” “No one’s watching,” “The law is what we say it is.”

Will we be sorrowful for such as these when the armies of God, with Christ at the lead, tread with grapes of wrath?

God’s fruit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-control.

Works of the flesh: sexual immorality, moral impurity, promiscuity, idolatry, sorcery, hatred’s, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambitions, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkenness, carousing, …the practice of such things.

Turn! Repent! The suffering will relent for the innocent. The bloodguilty will be paid with unquenchable suffering. Still there is time to turn and repent. See what a good God we have. He truly loves. None of us deserve anything from his hands and yet he offers everything. Why cling to a temporary offering when you can obtain glory?! We are tested and tried. Turn and repent!

To the GOD of all creation:

First of all PAPA GOD, I ask YOU to forgive me and cleanse
me from all unrighteousness and cleanse my heart and my
mind for, I know that I have opened my mouth and spoken things
that would have much better left unsaid and now, I want to come to YOU and pray for our nation and family members who do not know YOU.

So now LORD, I ask YOU that YOU would touch this nation and
our leaders, our President and his family, our Vice President
and his family and all other members of his administration.
LORD I also ask that YOU would protect members of the press that
are unveiling what is happening deep inside this nation
at its core. I ask that every serving member of Congress,
and the Senate, Judges, our Pentagon and military, be touched by
YOUR SPIRIT, LORD that YOU would pour out YOUR SPIRIT
one more time on this nation which has strayed so far away from
YOU. GOD, that YOU would give us another chance, individually and
collectively as a nation to REPENT before the GOD of the ages.

Would YOU pour out of YOUR SPIRIT – a sin-killing revival
a devil stomping, BLOOD bought revival… Would YOU pour out
the FEAR OF GOD, that people could know like never before
that YOU are alive and YOU are still on YOUR throne and that they would
come to KNOW JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR and that HE
is about to come back to earth for HIS church – the BRIDE OF CHRIST!

Would YOU touch our unsaved members of our families. Sons
and daughters, mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, cousins
and nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren,
sisters and brothers, in-laws and our neighbors and friends.
OH, GOD, we need YOU like never before!!! We are desperate
for YOUR touch, for YOUR presence, for YOUR leading, for
YOUR love, for YOUR forgiveness as, we have sinned before
YOU. LORD, YOU are needed and desired by many, many people
 – please touch us again! Be LORD of this nation once again!!!
And, touch YOUR people, ISRAEL once again!

LORD, thank YOU for listening to my prayer and I am thanking
YOU for answering!!!

I love you LORD! YOUR daughter, Marilyn

When Our Cup Does Not Run Over

Sin is a revelation. It is God who shows us OUR sin. He also points to the BLOOD OF JESUS as the antidote. Sin is only seen to be SIN - against God - when He reveals it. Otherwise WE just talk of it as a wrong against a sibling. Or sin as an antisocial act, or an inconvenience, or a disability, or some such thing. I feed that is often the extent of the message if a ' social gosoel' - to be rid of sin as a hindrance to human relationships and progress. When God shows us sin we see how far we are from His values, His canon, His standards.

This is not a life of morbid self-examination. We do NOT walk WITH sin but we walk with JESUS. A scwe walk with Jesus in childlike faith and fellowship with Him, we can reverse the Cup that stopped running over for us. He who is LIGHT, with whom we are walking, will clearly show us what hi dering sin affects the flow into our Cups of Life.

God does not speak in terms of general condemnation, toward despair ... He speaks in simple, specific terms of actual sin/s in the PRESENT MOMENT (not past, future, etc). He speaks of that sin/s that is hi dering the inner witness of His Spirit in us.

I am using words of Norman Grubb, CONTINUOUS REVIVAL (CLC Publications, 1997. Pages 31 - 32). The poem I wrote about Kind David and Psalm 51 ( his repenting for adultery with Bathsheba) is the good news. God is ready to take us back in his arms, from the begging to any end, once we change our inclination to sin. David did, Peter did; Satan and Judas did not. ThanX Readers, shalom Shalom in Jesus the CHRIST. Amen

Repent

I have traveled a lot, I never traveled to a place instead all I did was escape one place for another

I think I glorify my sin way too much in words it’s time to pay honor to the one that pulled me from my sins and threw my words he should be exalted by me

Each poem I write is a domino standing upright, for all the poems I have in here those are the dominoes those on my sins sins my Lord Jesus pulled me from

If I am going to boast about anything it’s the mercy and the faithfulness of Jesus they pull me out put me through and pulled me to him

Forgive Me

Please forgive me
If I committed a sin
The devil was calling my name
And he pulled me in

I tried my best to stop him
But I couldn’t get away
Temptation got the best of me
And I forgot what you had to say

Guide me back to the right path
Make me see clear
It was all the devil’s fault
And I couldn’t get passed my fear

I ate the forbidden fruit
And I admit the taste was great
It took awhile for me to understand
I would be going to hell at this rate

I am sorry that I failed your test
And it was an epic fail
I knew it was wrong but it felt right
But I don’t want to end up in hell

You sacrificed your life for me
And I feel that I let you down
But let my rights outweigh my wrongs
When judgment day comes around

Continue to answer my prayers
And please continue to hear my cries
Allow me to repent to you daily
And please help me open my eyes

The bible says you are a forgiving God
And I believe that’s true
Just give me a second chance
To re introduce myself to you

I Repent, I Repent of My Sins -

I repent of my sins against Thee...

(Oh good god! Good god have mercy!
and f-ck it all! F-ck the whole GD thing!)

Oh God, what have I done?
Forgive me of my blasphemy
Forgive my sins against Thee
Forgive my sins against her
Oh God, forgive my cruelty
Oh God, forgive my selfishness
Oh God I fear thee greatly
Oh God I fear thy vengeance

Oh Thou great and gracious God
God of the universe, of all creation
Forgive me, have mercy upon me
Oh God, I do not deserve Thy Grace
Oh God, I do not deserve Thy Mercy

I repent of my sins against Thee...

Yesterday I Was Wrong

Yesterday I proved to myself that
all of my enemies and even some of
my friends were justified in hating me.
Troubles that I had started
seemed impossible to rectify.
So I planned on removing myself
far away from all of them -
away to the ends of the earth.

Now just a day later, I know
that will never make sense. It
looks irresponsible to abandon ship,
as if troubles ever go away.
I turned to God's word, I John 1:9
and found confession good for my
soul, seeking out my unrighteousness.
I started with God, and as He forgave me,
He started doing a work on my heart
cleaning up the junk that I have
let come between Him and me.

Though we try to rationalize them,
mistakes are going to follow us.
Here is how I will face my friends -
and others that I used for my own gain.
To apologize will be hard but I will
stay the course, run the race and win the prize.
God is the faithful one, and He will help me.

Oh, remorse is so beautiful.
I am sorry and I have come to
believe - “I am sorry” are the loveliest three words
In the world. They can lead to forgiveness -
Yesterday I was wrong.

Repent

Repent, repent the clock has struck one
The Lord will return you haven't got long.
Repent, repent the clock has struck two
We all have sinned that includes me and you.
Repent, repent the clock has struck three
Return back to God and be set free.
Repent, repent the clock has struck four
The world keeps on sinning more and more.
Repent, repent the clock has struck five
Why die in your sin when God offers life.
Repent, repent the clock has struck six
The devil still conning the world with his tricks.
Repent, repent the clock has struck seven
There's only one way to get into Heaven.
Repent, repent the clock has struck eight
Turn back to God before its too late.
Repent, repent the clock has struck nine
The Lord will return you haven't much time.
Repent, repent the clock has struck ten
Take note of this warning I write with my pen.
Repent, repent the clock has struck eleven
Remember there's only one way into Heaven.
Repent, repent God's judgement will come
When the clock strikes twelve there will be no place to run.

Quote from NIV Bible
2 Peter ch 3 v 8-10
But do not forget this one thing, dear friends with the Lord a day is like a thousand
years, and a thousand years is like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise,
as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish,
but everyone to come to repentence. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The
heavens will disappear with a roar, the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth
and everything in it will be laid bare.

This We Shall Sacrifice

A day of prayer and fasting
To show the Lord our love is everlasting
We promise to sacrifice a luxury or a pleasure during Lent
It is forty days well spent
We will not partake in what we sacrifice until Eastertide
Hold on, we are in for a ride
From burning palm branches from the previous Palm Sunday
We repent and pray
With a cross on our forehead
As the Bible has aforesaid
Used as an external sign of repentance
And our hope for heaven admittance
Now comes the true test
Are you ready for the rest?
This is not a time to sacrifice something easy
For that would be meaningless and sleazy
Lent is meant to show God we repent our sins
For this is where forgiveness begins
If you are a smoker, give up smoking
Be thought provoking
If your pleasure is alcohol
Make sure you get a round before last call
Fasting is commonplace on various days of Lent
And should not be bent
For it symbolizes Jesus’ fasting in the wild before spreading His gospel
This includes many religions but one is not Pentecostal
Roman Catholics also abstain from meat
Vegetarians will surely not cheat
Do not get ashes from an urn
Remember that you are dust, and unto dust you shall return

The Invisible Enemy

Corona is grabbing the headlines

Threatening like receding hairline

Attacks the lungs and spreads like a pandemic

Hijacks the cells and multiplies like an epidemic

He is called the "invisible enemy"

Keeping mankind in search for remedy

Let’s be on alert, sanitize your hands

Spread this information to all lands

Many infected people gasping for breath

Thousands being swept away by death

We're in perilous times, an age of lonesome fear

We need to repent, because His coming is near

No matter how many hearts are grieving

Everyone needs to keep on believing

There is HOPE that you may understand

Almighty God is the custodian of the land

Corona is a sign of an impending warning

Looks scary and many hearts are waning

Trust me, one day beneath the moon

The King in his glory comes soon

Repent

Theres a Way to be new and nothing like you were before,
Everything you once did or said disappears and is no more,
The times are coming when what we know will come to nothing,
Egos and pride, toughness and arrogance amounts to bluffing,
There is hope for the lost, believe me I know,
I was a scumbag from hell at the lowest you could go,
Hurting feelings and people in a drunken filled craze,
Not a care in the world in a hate infueld haze,
Any body can come to know The Life, The Truth, and The Way,
Jesus Christ came for us all and Hes one that wont lead us astray,
The path is narrow but with Him anything can be done,
GOd so loved the world that HE sent His only begotten Son.
