Santa Claus has travel worries at the North Pole,
With terrible winter storms brewing there afoot,
He knows Christmas is so close and so he must put
His children first now whom he loves deeply and whole!
And so he must find red-nosed Rudolph to cajole
Him into guid’n his sleigh on Christmas Eve to boot,
For this would bring his kids so much joy—what a hoot!
Rudolph’s red nose bright guiding them from the North Pole!

Rudolph leads Santa’s reindeer on Christmas Eve Night,
While all shout out with joy on this blessed holy night!
Santa’s reindeer love Rudolph in equal measure,
For with him they won’t be lost—oh what a pleasure!
Rudolph’s glowing red nose shines now ever so bright,
As we all with Santa celebrate the Lord’s night!

Rudolph paled because his nose turned brown
He couldn’t smile so he wore a frown

Santa wiped a tear from the reindeer’s eye
He hated to see poor Rudolph cry

Santa sprinkled on some Christmas dust
The nose is now red not a dark shade of rust

So look out of your window on Christmas night
You will see Rudolph’s red nose shining bright

The Night I Met Santa's Reindeer

Sit with me by the fireplace…
I have a story to tell….
Of when I met all of Santa’s reindeer,
And I got to know them well.
Dasher was the social one,
The fastest of the herd.
He loved to party, all day and night.
That’s his statement, word for word.
Dancer had great dance moves,
And loved a celebration.
But what made him stand out, you ask?
His amazing hand-eye-foot coordination.
Prancer loved to bake,
You’d never see him with a frown,
And his favorite Christmas song?
“Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town”
Vixen was gifted at magic tricks,
And loved being the center of attention,
But he often ran late….
A flaw, he forgot to mention.
Comet was laid back,
And incredibly smart….
Always willing to lend a helping hand.
This reindeer has a big heart!
Cupid was so precious…
Didn’t like when her friends were sad,
She would sing “Joy to The World” several times,
Just to make the others mad!
Donner loved to sing,
He had an amazing voice.
For him to have all the ladies’ screaming….
“Santa Baby” was his choice.
Blitzen enjoyed Christmas movies,
In his spare time,
And you could catch him on stage with Donner,
As the two sang joyous rhymes.
And then, there’s Rudolph….
Well, you already know about him.
He was the one with the red nose,
And if you ever saw it….
Even you would say it glows.
So that’s my story of how I met them all,
Such a loving and humble bunch.
Oh, no! Good grief, I must go now!
They promised to take me to lunch!

Rudolph and Rainey Reindeer, had a special love that glows
And if you ever saw them, you would even say it shows

All of the other reindeer, hear them whisper lovey-dovey names
And they all also see them, playing lovey-dovey games

Then one Merry Christmas Eve, Rudolph came to say
"Rainey with your eyes so bright...Deerling, won't you marry me tonight"

Oh my, how Rainey loved him, she said "I do" so happily
Then Rudolph and Rainey married, and they both went down in history

Vladimir Stole Santa's Reindeer

There's been a breaking news report about Santa's reindeer.
While flying over Russia, they were lassoed by vile Vladimir!
"I'm determined to ruin Christmas for everyone this year.
Too many smiling faces in the world," he said with a sneer.

An envelope arrived at the Kremlin. Postage was first class.
And a note scribbled from a poet's hand, that was rather crass.
It read, Here's a gift for you. I found it in a pile on my grass.
I hope it reminds you of the poop that plopped from your ass.

Putin was enraged! Someone took a photo of his snarling jeer.
When it was shown on the news, the world let out a cheer!
He's going to take revenge, and wants everyone to live in fear
but I think there's a hero who's going to take down Vladimir.

The one who'll save Christmas is a jolly man in a red suit.
Usually he's kind to others, but not to one of such ill repute.
He'll get back all eight reindeer and his sleigh filled with loot
and tie up old Valdimir, that obnoxious murderous brute!

Santa wasn't injured when putrid Putin captured the reindeer.
Laying a finger beside his nose, he got himself into first gear.
"I'll nuke him," Santa said, "Blast his butt out the hemisphere!
Then deliver toys to girls and boys. Fly home and have a beer."

Premium Member A Snowman's Christmas Wish- Dedicated To Jan Allison

A Snowman dressed like Santa,
waiting on soft layers of snow; holding a lantern
lighting the way with ember candlelight
guiding Santa through an ocean velvet night sky
to his home.
A Christmas wish on his lips
for Santa to fulfill.

Dear Santa,
a boy I would like to be.
If I was a boy, I wouldn't melt.
I could be one of your best helpers
do all the chores.
I could help make toys
for girls and boys.
I could write
your naughty or nice list all day and night.
I could sit on Rudolph
to guide your sleigh on that long night.

An enraptured boy I am bound,
with jubilant quiet sounds
all year round.

Flying Reindeer

A flying reindeer drank much beer
Wanting to be full of Christmas cheer,
When the man in the red suit pulled his rein
He wobbled in the sky with such disdain
He filled poor Santa with fear.

Poor Rudolph his nose has turned brown
His antics have made Santa frown
For no one supposes
That folks with brown noses
Are trouble and let others down

Premium Member Blame It On the Reindeer

Just last year I asked
Santa to bring me three things:
a good GPS device,
dance music CD’s,
and a sexy negligee.

On Christmas I woke
to find just one ornament
hanging from my tree -
an apology attached
giving this explanation:

Rudolph got sick, so
I needed your GPS.
Dancer and Prancer
broke open your CD’s, and
that Vixen stole your nightie!

The reindeer said the hay did not agree, their stomach had a huge bee. A diaper they would need, they all wanted no more feed. Santa was changing diapers on one knee.

ALL OF SANTAS
            REINDEER WENT ON STRIKE
      NEEDING MORE THAN JUST HAY
                  & KIBBLES, NO MATTER
IF THEY BE BUCK OR DOE THEY CAN
not fly too far on Just nibbles.
Rudolph of course is the spokesdeer, he so much, wants to
right this disgrace, with special concessions for himself since
he gets the most snow in his face! Rudolph shouted, "Who is
with me now?" Even backup deer,
Jane and Matt excitedly raised, their
hooves having to get on their backs for
that! Charles, the deer, that cleans up
the joint raised three, for he's mis-
sing a hoof. Taking the place of
                                     Donner one night, He slipped
and fell off a high roof!
                                           Santa admitted it was
                                             about time. He said,
                                            "I'm doubling kibbles
                                              and hay!" they all
                                                  clapped their
                                                    hooves in
Delight, for the reindeer it was a great day! Santa said, "If you want overtime, you can work in my garden for dough", One deer in the back asked, " Doing What?" Well, of course he said, "HOE, HOE, HOE!"

Premium Member What the Female Reindeer Said When She Walked Out of the Woods

I once, went hunting...for mallard ducks
I got skunked, said- "boy, this really sucks"
I over heard a reindeer
Say to herself- "I do swear"
It's the last time, I do that...for two Bucks

There once was a reindeer named Dancer
who pulled by his partner named Prancer
when the pulling was done
it was time to have fun
while riding in Dasher’s pink Lancer.
