Premium Member Walnuts and Peanuts

The walnuts and peanuts
Both squirrels and birds
Enjoy these different nuts
Chipmunks eat both nuts
There is always a battle
for food

Squirrels chase the birds away
There is always a battle for food
The squirrels eat both nuts
Blue jays eat the walnuts
Now the autumn begins

The squirrels search for nuts
They store it away for winter
Making a pile high somewhere
So I wonder if the squirrels
Will remember their nuts
Where they hid them for
later
When they will be hungry
Squirrels do not sleep in winter
They are seen searching for
food
In winter I never see the chipmunk
Searching for their food
Maybe they sleep through the winter

A Girl Who Sells Peanuts

She floats on the saffron shore
holding a bamboo basket.
Her heart beats
within the shelter
of peanut shells.

Toys and text books,
picnics and pamperings;
all collided on a wall,
but death dropped her
to be tossed.

The girl in a dirty frock –
she sells parched peanuts
for coins and eye-pricks.
‘Peanuts’, ‘Peanuts’ – her
withered call haunts
 her parents in the grave.
Her pale figure walks away
with Time Teacher.

Peanuts Charlie Brown's Snoopy

My favourite comics is the Peanuts strip
Featuring 'good grief' good old Charlie Brown
Reading it takes me on a pleasant trip
Especially when Snoopy is around

Charlie Brown's faithful beagle is Snoopy
They get along with each other quite well
He can be sneaky when he is ready
Yet, just when and where, you can never tell

When Linus, in one hand, holds his blanket
The thumb of his other hand in his mouth
Snoopy sneaks in, suddenly grabs hold of it
Then runs around, spinning him all about

Yellow Woodstock is Snoopy's feathered friend
He bounces up and down when he's flying
On Snoopy's friendship he needs to depend
He alone knows what Woodstock is saying

Snoopy flies off in his Sopwith Camel
To the skies to battle the Red Baron
They both engage in a fearsome duel
Each trying to outdo the other one

Snoopy dances around when he's happy
If Lucy is close by, she must watch out
He would dance up to her very closely
Lean over and then kiss her on the mouth

Assaulted Peanuts

Assaulted Peanuts

They rode across the Western Hills,
For the land of Middle Eyed Bong,
To raid the Salted Peanut Trees,
Of King Pod and his merry throng.

Who were they, this reckless band,
Dare to plunder with motley crew.
They knew not what their fate would be,
Angering the wrath, of Old Cashew.

Cashew is Sentinel of this land,
Most powerful Nut to crack.
Born and raised in the Pecan Mines,
Eyes of Steel and Walnut Black.

Renegade leader of this Gang,
Was Outlawed Percival Grimface,
Once a native of Middle Eye,
Until his assaulted Peanut disgrace.

Pod and Cashew received a snitch,
Of Percival’s imminent raid
and so, prepared their men elite,
The Special Peanut Brittle brigade.

Grimface had an informant,
A betrayer amongst his ranks,
Passed the word to King Pod’s Men,
Who were grateful and offered thanks.

The Brittle Brigade were fighting men,
No one could take them down,
May contain some traces of Nut,
Emblazoned above the Town.

The attack was planned for Midnight,
On the Thirty-Third of July.
A new Moon was clearly visible,
Under a cloudy dark blue sky.

On the edge of town, they did dismount,
To make ready for their swag,
In expectation of stealing Salties
and Take-away in a plastic bag.

The Peanut Trees were just to hand,
When Cashew shouted, GO MEN GO.
Percival walked into an ambush,
He was struck underneath, down below.

No match for King Pod’s Brittle Men,
Who had muscle and sling shot bricks.
Grimface and his Gang, outwitted,
Only Conkers and pointy sticks.

They never saw it coming,
No protection from Peanut shells,
Hastily retreating under fire,
Their pain and ear-piercing yells.

Those Renegades had been dispatched
Back from whence they came,
Never to return to Middle Eyed Bong,
In fear; of getting more, of the same.

If there’s a moral to this story,
Of which I seriously doubt,
Buy your own Salted Peanuts,
Else your villainy will find you out

Small, crunchy, n` creamy.
Father X-mas between the two
Salty, tasty, n` nutty.

Peanuts

You used to laugh every time Charlie Brown fell for lucys same old trick you never said it but your brain smiled and told you what lucy would say next .football head .
You came to work with goggles a cape and slippers on your boss thought it a bit odd and said heros dont live here go home. You moped down the walk then snoopy and Woodstock appeared on your shoulder and you understood there language and what they wanted to take you for a ride.and they took you past the sky.
You cheered for linus in all his precious moments the day he became friends with a girl with cancer and even faithfully defend her from mean little chicks.the days he carried that blanket around like it was his soul and caused every little kid in the world to follow the leader and if mom stopped to wash it they all had a fit and the days of the great pumpkin were you told your mom to never plant a pumpkin in your backyard after watching it but secretly were saving seeds.
Your childhood you grew and your last Christmas as a child you still watched the peanut christmas special wether they were dirty or playing the piano or just a brave dog kissing lucy they were all there at Christmas giving you something to hold onto.

Feeling ill cam be understood to be akin to laying down upside down on a constantly rotating piece of grass that moves so rapidly that ground cannot really fathom a place to stand still. But stillness is not stagnation nor is it syllables stalling for stillness is often likened to a giant hexagonal bee swarm rotating royally signalling to jester fish that the top of a yogurt reads the same as the top line of a paragraph but minus the full stop. Hearts Like Peanuts and Stickers.

suck me in,
spit me out.
try to wipe the dirty flavour from your mouth.
i'll linger there,
like you linger in my mind.
but my heart,
thats a different story.
far from broken,
yet i thought i was in love.
its empty.
hollow.
perhaps its made of tin.
do i even have a heart?
or many spread throughout,
like peanuts or stickers?
in my lungs,
my calves,
my wrists,
my teeth.
you didn't get to them all.
you left me with something.
which is why i dont mind,
why i wont cry over it.

Peanuts are known as goober peas
They simply are weirdly named.
After eating more than just a few
One’s gut is usually not tamed.

Peanuts was the childhood name of a girl
Who was sister of a friend of mine.
As she grew older and more serious about life
Her appearance was way beyond fine.

And who can forget the character of cartoons
Who was known by Charlie Brown?
In all the uses described above
They all were joyfully found.

Candy Covered Peanuts
By Curtis Johnson

She was laid to rest a few days ago after a bout with cancer.
Her body grew quickly weaker and soon succumbed; But she stood without fear, and her spirit ascended; but before her spirit departed, the timid cancer ran and raced rapidly throughout her body, invading and destroying everything in its path.

She feared neither cancer nor the sting of death.
Joellen was the winner, and cowardly cancer, the loser.

I do not know how she discovered that I was a nut about nuts.
But in her dying days, she gave to me a can of candy covered peanuts.
I shall forever treasure the peanut gift from such a divinely treasured one.

She believed in me and always gave to me far more than I deserved.
She was caring, loving, and sincere, never ceasing to build and lift.
Unpretentious, vulnerable, transparent, an opened book, freely given.

Known by my wife and me for a few short years, but she gave so much, and so often. I speak not of things material, but matters of far superior substance. Joellen, a friend beloved and priceless, clearly she loved us so dearly. Surely a gift from heaven, and she shall forever be in our memories.

Pastel Printed Peanuts Pronounce Pronouns Precisely

Is the logic of a lioness the same as a dogfish? Or a display in a shop window of pretty pink kittens? Very definite is a definition of derived detail. Oh look over there. Quickly. The window in the furniture store has become quite alive. The chair is moving away from the table and the table leg is attempting to snare the chair but it isn't working. Oh such commentary of the wall clock. Standing proudly on the street. Admiring the sun clad people in shirts skirts and shorts. Ready for a little time in the waves. But waves are not wiry nor weaves. And a polish arriving is a main line attempt to break into a glamorous mermaid glass. And so it has a day in the country air to dash up and down. Chasing sticks. Sticks sticking salivating salty sprat of spray. But not in a yawn is a yard and no harsh hound is a hateful hasty hairbrush. But hairbreadth is said to be useful for a comb to attempt keep fit and therefore remain toned. Ha the undertones of an untamed unfathomable unicorn. Ha a beak of a silver cup chatting. Premium Member Feed Them Peanuts

In this land of rhymes, both wild and rare,
here comes a tale I’ll weave with care.
It’s for those who’ve earned disdainful thoughts,
for actions unkind and deceitful plots.

Feed them peanuts! Oh, hear my words,
then flush them down like pungent turds.
Let’s raise our hands, a sign for all,
and let that birdy stand nice and tall.

Feed them peanuts! A gesture grand,
let’s show them love and where we stand.
On this bunch let’s shed some light,
then with their fluff they can take flight.

Oh, in this land where tales unfold,
the beautiful people write words of gold.
In ivory towers they spin and sit,
then silently enjoy my words of wit.

Peanuts

“Erdnüsschen” he called you,
little earth-nut.
How exotic you sounded
on his foreign tongue.

Term of endearment.
A cheap snack.

Rid of him now,
you pop
them in your mouth.
Nothing tastes as good.
