who sing out loud
Always find things to laugh about,
Laughing makes us stress free,
Nice things are not always, the first that we see,
So lots of time,we tap into great memories,
Remember when you fell from your bike or a tree,
Got bit by a bee or bullied by Tommy,
Running to the house, screaming daddy or mommy,
Sorry my child,a comforting hug,
Soothing the pain,with parents love,
They ruffled your hair a pat on the back,
Got it dressed and then a snack,
Now smile or laugh at the thought,
How sad things of the past, now makes us laugh.....
Thinking Out loud

I am yours, flesh
and blood
gave to you, from
God above
Here I am, but you
are not
don't forget, what
you have got.
All these years,
we've been apart
I hurt you, cause
you broke my heart
a little girl, I'm not
anymore
years have passed,
just like before.
Time for a change,
one would think,
talk to me, and not
the drink
A firstborn, who's
been the last
hope for the
present, hate for
the past.
There's is others, I
can see
if your there for
them, be there for
me
Do they know,
cause I exist
even if ...I'm
the bottom on your list.

A CENOTAPH WOULD SPEAK OUT LOUD
There is, in my still heart, room for you,
Despite the unmannerly way you have behaved
I have managed to conserve a bloom or two.
You smiled, and said love was for the few,
The deed is done, your garden, it is paved,
In my torn heart, there’s still room for you.
You said the years would bring regret and rue
As into each decade I danced and raved
I have managed to conserve a bloom or two.
I think, how, in spite of things, you’re true
How, in a small place, all the people braved,
In my dying heart there’s room for you.
In your slow glance, trust was built anew
Creeping home, someone smiled at me and waved,
I have managed to conserve a bloom or two.
In your name, I watch the stars turn blue,
Is there a chance somehow I’ll be saved?
In my eternal heart, there’s a bloom or two,
I have managed to save a room for you
I look in the mirror and what do I see
Cellulite and stretch marks
Body perfect, that is me
I turn to the left and then to the right
My butt is way too big
But my tummy gave me a fright
I laughed out loud and nearly choked
I looked like a naked camel
Who needed to be stroked
I see my beauty and yes my flaws
If there has to be gravity
There has to be certain laws
Laugh at yourself
Hug yourself tight
Love every inch of you
Laugh aloud-despite...

A good portion of the nation is living out loud
involuntarily, because of invasion of privacy,
Inquisitions prompted by religious affliliations
and racial discriminations,
Private living has become obsolete,
obliterated by accusations, and curiosities,
The American Dream no longer holds the
same meaning for everyone,
Foreigners' lives are plastered on every news edition,
from the products they use, to the foods they eat,
Quiet lives are no longer discreet,
such indignities and inhumane treatments have become
the norm, because spies come in all sizes, shapes and forms,
When will all the mistrust and circumspection end?
Remember, Terrrorists don't lay down roots and pretend to
be friends........,
They are only committed to appearances and ends.
My presence is invincible
I am dominant and powerful
Overcoming life’s tragedies is emotional
Vanity is self love; you can say I’m boastful
It’s the beautification to my struggles
Self-worth is my devotional
I swagger
I sway and I strut
I go out into the world
And I kick butt
I grasp reality
Reach out toward authenticity
I am undisputed
Heavy weight in credibility
My imagination is whimsical
My love of life is musical
Since of humor is critical
For when life turns cynical
Life’s catastrophes tickle
When friends turn foe
Frenemies are fickle
They don’t stop my show
I vogue with my fashion
Saunter with style
I’m Hollywood happening
I LIVE OUT LOUD
I cry for their pain
They cry alone
hide their tears
They stepped up
did their duty
fought for freedom
took the hit
Cry with them
cry out loud
they need your tears
cry out loud.
When your back it has an itch
and it's oh just out of reach.
And you sprain a muscle reaching.
Laugh out loud.
When you're dressing to the nines,
and your shirt's pressed just so fine.
Then discover buttons missing.
Laugh out loud.
Find the toilet in the dark,
begin to sit before you start.
But the toilet seat is up!
Laugh out loud.
Laugh at yourself each time
that you can't quite find the rhyme.
'Cause life can be a rhyme-less poem.
Laugh out loud.
The louder it can be
the better you will see.
That others join you in the fun, so
Laugh out loud.
Listening to the sound of your voice
An angel is singing and I rejoice
The sound is amazing and I admire
Your tone lifts above the choir
We are silent and hearts are the only thing played
We are mesmerized by your beautiful serenade
The resonance brings a tear to all eyes
We all revel as you harmonize
A performance none soon will forget
We all wait patiently for your duet
Know your talented and make us proud
So deliver your vocals from your soul out loud
Don't go giving up now on the Closin' of a door
Does the Cause that you been Fightin' for not matter anymore
Should you Hide beneath the Sands or Fade away into the Clouds
Or are you Brave enough to be the one .....to Dream out Loud
Have you Tempted Faith before and gotten Bitten for your Time
Have you walked the Hills of Calvary or with Pontius Pilate dined
Did you gaze upon His Face as they tore away the Shroud
Or were you Brave enough to be The One. .... to Dream out Loud
Will you Bite the Hand that Feeds you will you Toil like Honest Men
Will you Mark the Passing Eons 'til He Rises yet again
Will your Soul be Scorched in Anger or your Faithful head be Bowed
Or will you Brave the Tide and be The One to Dream out Loud
So don't go giving up now, on the closing of a door
The dreams that you've been fighting for will matter, evermore
Don't hide beneath the sands nor fade away, into the clouds
Brave the tide and be the one... to Dream Out Loud
