The Nigerian Dream (National Anthem Revised)

Arise, O compatriots,
Let’s come together to build the broken walls,
Arise, your sinking ship for safety calls;
Let’s rebuild our heroes’ humble halls.

Nigeria's call obey,
Like a baby she yearns and yells for succor;
The spears and swords of war grieves her sour,
Let arise to save her heart that’s faint and poor.

To serve our fatherland,
And not to sell our brain to the western pest,
Nor make our green garden, a terrain for test;
Let’s arise to give our fatherland the very best.

With love and strength and faith…
Not with our grains soaked in gall and greed;
We have a patriotic plea and a noble need,
To build a nation with love: a colorful creed.

The labour of our heroes past…
Yearn and yell for our hand to uphold
The sure substance in our state’s stronghold,
So we can remain a fat and flourishing fold.

Shall never be in vain…
Let’s furnish our field to stop brain drain;
Let’s shield our seas from spills and stain,
Let’s get our gains without playing with pain.

To serve with heart and mind…
A land where there is hope and health;
A land where lords and labors walk in wealth,
A land where giants and ants share same strength.

One nation bound in freedom, peace and unity
Walking in wealth and wisdom,
Seen by sons and strangers as a kind kingdom,
Where everyone is sure of soaring to stardom.

Premium Member National Anthem Usa

"National Anthem USA"
Hands to hearts with baseball capped compassion
We swear on a timeless treasure of freedom
Asking new artists every time to hit the tender spot of America
They beg for the chance to sing the Francis Scott Key to our hearts

Rebellious revolutionary days forced us to face
The king of England, most taxing on our troubles
A tumor so ugly and far away from the truth
He was growing ever more malignant

With every year of passing this country grew more proud
Endearing us to older countries we certainly had to prove ourselves
Throughout tumultuous efforts
We fought on this land and others

From the souls who struggled with hand packed gunpowder and bullets of balls
To the men who survived amputation and the casualties of consequence
M.I.A'.s and P.O.W.'s in Vietnam with green turtle shells on head, they fought like dogs
Tags to remind us are plenty because freedom is not free
Semper Fi sweet marines

And for new lands so vast, they were to become the new states
Of mind for auspicious entrepreneurs who knew the greatness
We were blessed with the new land to our west
Exploring revelry which led us to find the other shining sea
Gold made us rush while liberty allowed us to stay

Settlers moving west across the nation brought much trepidation
But nowadays we have a future to forage for the best it has to offer
As we dine on democracy from the plate of our predecessors
Begun with the melody that makes people goose bump
The Star Spangled Banner

Africa National Anthem

Africa we strive
African we rise
Africa we shine
Africa we stand

We rise we stand we shine
we believe we leave to live
Black of luck we rock
one blood one desire
same history true stories
Different tongues one tone

Africa we strive
African we rise
Africa we shine
Africa we stand

Source of beauty
Fountain of favor
Gifted by nature
Shaped by the creator
Africa we rise

Africa we strive
African we rise
Africa we shine
Africa we stand

Mountains and rivers
Black and white we stand
We all cherish
Beasts trek
The sun shines
Hope rains
Africa stands

Africa we strive
African we rise
Africa we shine
Africa we stand

God we treasure
Hope we bare
Love we share
Africa we bare
To all we care

Africa we strive
African we rise
Africa we shine
Africa we stand

African Anthem , Proposed To Be the National Anthem of the African Union

Africa the Holy garden
protected by Angels

Africa the Holy garden
blessed by God,

Africa of pure waters
And more natural resources,

Africa of more plants
and arable soil,

Africa of good weather,
fauna  and flora

Africa which welcomes
all the visitors

"Know yourselves Africans,
Knowing  yourselves Africans"

The God of the Holy Apostles and prophets
Put power ,strength and authority in you
To  control the World.

Proposed to be the national Anthem of African Union

The Barbarian National Anthem

Take your freedom and life
Rule out justice and rights
Then we have barbarian ways
Of controlling the world

Our true role is to enslave you
In our economic dominance
To divide and conquer all
In propaganda and war

Lift Every Voice

Lift ev'ry voice and cry
While all our children die
Raise up the deaf'ning sigh of misery
Let all the people hear
With ever-sharpened ear
How we have lost our dignity and pride
Long ago, we had community others desired
Long ago, we had prosperity to be admired
We never raised our hand
To offer or demand
Anything more than mere equality.

But now, those days have left
And we've become bereft
Of all our peace of spirit and of mind
Insight and love we shun
Tossing the Book for a gun
So to destroy all things left undefiled
We have seen children shot dead by the bullets of "brothers"
We have seen scholars of color blame all this on others!
For Nike shoes we'll fight
Then blame the Man who's White
For we refuse to practice common sense.

Grandmothers do lament
Gangbangers won't repent
Rappers still teach our youth to rape or kill
Careless is how we dress
Eloquence is suppressed
People of mine, great is our need to heal!
We can still save our community from the deficient
And reclaim our dignity and become self-sufficient
Put down the drugs and sword
And return to your Lord
Certainly then, we shall see brighter days.

O My Bangladesh of Gold - National Anthem of Bangladesh - Original By Rabindranath Tagore

O my mom!
O my Bangladesh!
O my Bangladesh of Gold!
I love you mom I love you.

O my mom! Your sky and your air
Attract me like a flute-player!
O my mom!
O my Bangladesh!
O my Bangladesh of Gold!
I love you mom I love you.

O my mom!
In spring in mango gardens
I have smelt holy fragrance!
O my mom!
O my Bangladesh!
O my Bangladesh of Gold!
I love you mom I love you.

O my mom!
What have I seen in autumn?
Fields full of crops so handsome!
O my mom!
O my Bangladesh!
O my Bangladesh of Gold!
I love you mom I love you.

O the beauty and the shadow
Where my affection and love grow
Under the banyan trees and
On the shores of rivers that flow!

O my mom!
Your words are sweetest to me!
If you look pale and gloomy:
I shed tears in sympathy.
O my mom!
O my Bangladesh!
O my Bangladesh of Gold!
I love you mom I love you.

National Anthem

NATIONAL ANTHEM

“O‘er the land of the free and the home of the brave”
Written by Francis Scott Key, 1814 Maryland Lawyer. Adopted by Congress as the
national anthem in 1931.

From far off land I‘ve traveled
America, thy name I adore
“Land of the free and the home of the brave”
Forever, grateful and indebted
To your sons and daughters
With bravest mind and heart
Even death can’t stop them
Freedom is sought at any cost!
Along with my naturalization
A booklet was presented to me
On the first page is our national anthem
The Star-Spangled Banner!

The National Anthem But Add Capitalism

Oh say can you see
By the dawn's early light
The bags in my eyes
For I can't sleep through the night
I've been working to death
And I have coffee breath
And I constantly feel
Like I've been chained to my desk

It's Not Alright

Beautiful black woman Angela Davis
Stood by herself
At the 50 yard line
A football crooked on a tee
At her feet

Waiting

And she sang the national anthem
To an empty stadium
In perfect pitch.

When her deep voice soared and hit
That line about rockets and red glare
There was no cheer
Like a hanger swinging without a shirt.

The football players kneeled
Raising black fists
Locked in arms

While the white burly coach with a sharpened pencil
Stuck behind his ear
Placed his hand on the shoulder pad
Of a black player who was bent beside him
The Bears and Lions united in defiance.

Sitting on my couch back at home
Wearing my Stafford #9 Honolulu Blue jersey
I quietly cried with loss
And I wept for what was gained

This first Sunday back to normal?

Premium Member Povertys National Anthem

Slender man walking a dusty, country road,
Clothing on his back dirty, ragged, and worn,
Had been cruelly bullied, poked and ridiculed,
Felt like the dirt under his worn-out brogan shoes.

Huge tears falling from his wrinkled, sun-burnt face,
Most folk satisfied he is a welfare case,
And didn’t care his wife and children were in deep pain,
His weathered shack unfit to shelter out the rain.

So stressed out and crushed, felt he had lost his soul,
Had no hope or sound reason to form life goals,
Full of fear and dread, sorely tortured by unrest,
In a dark abyss of a living hell at best.

No one seemed to understand or sympathize,
Not a soul came forward that could empathize,
He was seen as a man with no future or gain,
Was invisible to those with much greater means.

Poor and an outcast, was overlooked by all,
Just another dolt in worn-out overalls.
It’s so evil to be aloof and crudely bold,
And judge him as Cain and post a curse on his soul.

When religious folk and politicians fold,
And do not see we are our brother’s keeper,
When the fortunate “have’s” abandon the “have nots”,
The “haves” are poor in love, if the hard truth be told.

America, the land of wealth and plenty,
Lady Liberty lighting the open door,
With a message of welcome to the down and out,
Must be pained and embarrassed how we treat the poor.

O say, can we see by the lamp’s glowing light,
While Ole Glory waves in midst of the poor’s blight,
As the “haves” coffers fill and overflow the brim,
Sing without shame, “Poverty’s National Anthem.”

National Anthem, Revised

It's our national song
But the words are all wrong
'Cause it sings about war and the glaring of rockets.
So I'll write words quite new
But I haven't a clue
Just some pieces of lyrics I crammed in my pockets.

And this part is too high
For the average guy
Each time that I sing it
I just want to cry.

While the overpaid athletes
Drop down and take a knee
Tis a good thing that they live
In the Land Of The Free.

Tragic End of National Anthem

Na shaad na baad na azmey aleshaan
Na akhovat na hamdardi Pakistan ka nizaam
Har ja har so badmashon ka istaqbaal
Thano kacheriyon adalton me chalta hai maal
Ye afsoos ka maqaam kahan hai saya zuljalaal?
Note. Na Zindagi shama ki sorat na naiki ki tamana
Jahalat Kay andheray mein har fard yahan Alam chana.
Lesson. Pakistan is not a welfare state and the weak
Have no access to justice. We are living in an unequal
Society where the rule of law no longer covers the poor.

Ukranian National Anthem

Ukranian National Anthem

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

1. Ukraine is not yet dead,
nor its glory and freedom,
Luck will still smile on us,
young brothers.
Our enemies will vanish,
as the dew does in the sunshine,
and we, brothers,
will be masters in our own land.

CHORUS:
We'll put the soul, the body
for our freedom
and we'll show that we brothers
are of Kozak kin.
Hey, hey, dear brothers,
Let start our work,
Hey, hey, it's time to stand,
Time to strive for freedom.

2. Nalevanko, Zalaznik,
And Taras Trusillo
Call us from the tombs
To the sacred cause.
Let us remember the glorious death
Of the Kozak-knighthood
To avoid the useless waste
Of our youth.

Chorus

3. Oh Bohdan, Oh Bohdan,
Our glorious hetman,
Why had you given Ukraine
To the hateful Moscols.
We'll give our lives
To return her honor.
We'll name us
the true sons of Ukraine.

Chorus

4. Our brothers Slavs
Have already taken the arms.
No one should wait
That we'll remain behind.
Let us unite
Slavic brothers,
Let the enemies die,
Let the freedom come.

Chorus

Not enough room to put the anthem
in their language.
