Best Laugh At Poems

God Does Not Laugh At the Blunder of Fools

Frowning, I read the words of a sanctimonious poem.
one t'would be praised and lauded by sinful, Jeroboam.
Its lines were written by one who is ignorant and daft
to think at mankind's flaws, almighty God would laugh.

Scorn Satan if insisting on talking about liars and fools.
Their weaknesses exploited. They're the devil's tools,
but don't point a finger at God, thinking He's amused.
It's terribly irreverent to Him when He's falsely accused.

To think God would chuckle or express an ounce of mirth
over the grievous wrongs taking place today on Earth,
makes one look quite foolish, and I'll say, "Shame on you!"
The hand that scribbled such words is guilty of a snafu.

Have you no respect for our Father, the God of love?
Piety seems to be a quality this poet has fallen short of.
Read scripture for a better understanding of theology
and think about saying a prayer, offering God an apology.

Premium Member Fur Babies Laugh At Me

What to drink this morning? Coffee or tea?
Cold or hot? Sweet or slightly tart for me?
I do not care about breakfast. I have no time for that.
I have to feed the dog. I have to feed the cat.
Getting in the car I realize I am pretty much a mess.
Being a fur babies mamas I would expect nothing less.
They both sit in the window making me feel guilty.
Their names are Sugar Boy and Uncle Milty.
I drive six blocks before I remember my tea.
They are probably poking fun and laughing at me.

Premium Member Laugh At First Sight

There was a guy who itched for a fight
Wanting to beat the first man in sight
But let his guard down
As he faced a clown
And then laughed for the rest of the night

The human race has but one really effective weapon, and that is laughter.

Don'T Laugh At My Coonskin Cap

People laugh and make fun of me because I wear a coonskin cap.
But they'll stop laughing because I'm through taking their crap.
People say that my cap makes me look silly.
They say that it makes me look like a hillbilly.
This morning a city slicker called me a hick and he called my hound dog a mutt.
He was laughing very hard but he stopped when I put some buckshot in his butt.
He started running after I shot both of his cheeks.
He won't be able to sit down for about twelve weeks.
If you see me face to face, you may point, laugh and make fun.
But unless you want to visit a proctologist, you'd better remember that I own this shotgun.

Must Laugh At Getting Old

(4/2/13)

The sun is out and the wind is blowing my way
I’m here in the park with my grandson today
There are some kids with which he found to play
But it was for a short time, for their mothers took them away.
So with him I played a game or two of tag, football and
“Steal the old man’s bacon” – he would run and I would just fake it.
We walked over to the exercise course, but those were built
For a strong young horse.
Not even one push up or pull up could I do, I felt so ashamed
And didn’t know what to do.
I thought I was one active young 69 – “man oh man”
I sure am blind! ( ha- ha)
I do look young for my age and I feel like a very young man!
But who am I fooling? It’s just my scam.
I can still walk o.k. and jog a little
If you give me some of your cats “tender vittles” (ha-ha)
All of us will look back at our younger years and try to hide our inner fears
Of when you can no longer do it like you did before
Because time has closed that door.
Now the clouds are starting to roll in, and I’ll leave this park with a grin.
And think of how a grandfather played with his grandson
And I wasn’t the only one.
There are others sitting on the benches watching their
Grandchildren play.
When you get old! This becomes the way!

I Laugh At You

You all laugh at me
And I laugh at you because...
You are all alike

I Laugh At Danger Behind Its Back Because I'M Too Scared To Do It In Front

Racism makes me laugh
It's just the thought of another half-breed questioning another breed ha ha
ha!!!!!!!!!!
It's so funny even rosa Parks would have to sit back down for that one
Hilarium that Martin Luther King street has my favorite local hooker; Rita there
Belly-aching, to know that the KKK wouldn't let me join because of my color
I asked them, " How would anyone know I'm black if I constantly wear'n a sheet"
But they still denied me and said on Christmas they would think about me because I
wouldn't need a nativity scene,
They got holiday crosses that burn bright, aren't they just the sweetest
I was gonna become al-queda, but unfortunately Osama the orientation speaker..uh
They're still looking for him to show up... so let me know if you see him
I was even thinking that maybe the Aryan Nation was the way to go
But my head is entirely to lumpy to be shaven constantly
And then, they thought I just had cancer
Lets talk about the jews, just make sure hitler's not around to here it
Boy is he a major B*tch!
He wouldn't even let me edge him up a goatee instead
He insists on wearing that plastic mustache comb
Joke: If Obama was really black, and I mean all the way,
Would he really have been elected?
I've got a hint; the answer begins with an ''n'' word
Sometimes, Mel Gibson calls me up drunk, and rants about many things
But then he remembers I'm black and not Danny Glover
Just goes to show; without racism, society would not exist(LOl)

Laugh At Me

Laugh!, Laugh at my pain cause if you knew how I felt, you'll take it in vain. So dance! Dance on my head, if you knew how mad I get, you'll think twicely about going to bed. Yes! Yes fill my heart with hate, if you see how far I'm broken, it will scare you away. So go ahead! Go ahead kick me to the ground, I promise I won't holler, cause your guilt will bring you down. Talk about me, Talk about the way I dress, I promise the last thing I'll do is get into some mess, so spit on me, Spit! right in my face, cause your actions will spit you right into the Lake. Go ahead! Shove me up against a wall, show me who's tough, cause the bigger you are, the harder you'll fall. So belittle me and make me feel small, You couldn't face me at my biggest, if I felt tall. So have your fun and keep playing with fire, why you thinking you getting away, Your days are about to expire.

Premium Member There Are Things That You Can Laugh At

There are things that you can laugh at
There are things you cannot change
There are ways to pull your heart out
Without messing up your veins

It’s care and cost commitment
Like I’ll listen hear me scream
Take a look a hard one for you’ll
Miss it don’t you see it in a dream

It’s errors that are everlasting
Knots and cords are set to love
There are things you can only
See with a view from up above

Then listen you can hear it
That lonely lover’s song
Like live the life love’s sending
With the scores of bought belong

Don'T Laugh At Cowboys

Don’t laugh at cowboys, for most of them pay their own dues,
West Texas riders put leather on your lady’s shoes,
Don’t laugh at people in steel mills or shipyards or mines,
They’ve earned the right to get drunk on those grocery store wines.

Don’t laugh at cowboys in back of that cattlemen’s bar,
They’ve earned their money, they’re proud of whoever they are,
The speak plain English so clear that they sometimes offend,
They’ve got no time to impress you or try to pretend.

Funerals and taxes and weddings and prayers fill their lives,
Some take things serious, and other take other men’s wives.
Don’t laugh at them with your New York/Los Angeles sneer—
Don’t laugh at cowboys, or people who cry in their beer.

Don’t laugh at cowboys or Hank Williams’ songs that they sing,
Wait till that morning you’re drunk when you lose everything;
Don’t laugh at cowboys or Black men or Red men or brown,
Don’t laugh at anyone, one day you house will come down.

Laugh At Your Own Foibles Before Others Do

If you can laugh at the crazy antics of yourself,
Instead of sitting on the shelf,
You will find others will be laughing with you.
Instead of at you.

If you do this and don't hide your mistakes,
You will have no fear of snakes,
As you climb up ladders,
You could not climb by sitting on the shelf,
An inferior version of self.

So seize the day,
And come out to play,
Come down off the shelf,
And find your better self.

Laugh At the World

Laugh at the world right now
Twisting emptying shell we wonder how

Time after time wars come
Deep loss post weapons hum

Countries losing blood refugees flee
Welcoming nations have been key

Lost so much finding so little
appears peace warrants asylum committal

Demagogues, wolves in sheep skin
Spewing rhetoric making heads spin

Leading blind still sustain lying illusion
Smart few staving off logical conclusion

Yes we assuredly must laugh
Reading in tears world's epitaph

I Laugh At You Life

I LAUGH AT YOU LIFE!

Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha…..life!

What do you think you are doing?
How shall it all come to end…?
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha……!

Such an intriguing event;
What a spectacle of fate –
O, my heart beats catharsis!

Oooh no, come to think of it,
Was I predestined for you or
Is it merely interplay of my actions?

Yes, I will run a free wind course
Round and round a merry-go-round
Of you life!

He-he-he-he-he-he-he-he-he-
He-he-he-hmmn…senseless life!
Your path is a labyrinth, but then
I have recourse to Deux ex machina!

Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-
Oh-oh-oh-oh…You clown! Tell me,
How are your wiles and all your allures?
Listen, contentment
is far richer Than all of your wealth!

Ah-ah-ah-ah…Hmmmmmnnn…..!
What shall I make out of your troubles?
I welcome them with ease of heart
And shall treat them kindly and dearly
Until they shall become tender to me!

But now I say, Go on life… go on
with your intrigues.
Everyday is meant for you but one day
Shall be for death to snap your throat!

Laugh At the Dark

I laugh at the pains of the heart
The emotions replaced by something dark
I focus only on staying alive
Ignoring the rules that i use to abide by

Never again touched by the coldness of the feminine
The sad put downs inflicted by the women
There denials of my love
Now they're at the bottom of my world

I laugh in the face of the enemy
There words have a bad affect on me
The uncontrollable anger that causes me to fight
The feeling that another wrong would make this right

It seems i was attacked because i was "soft"
Embracing the enemy as he hits me
But now in the enemies face i scoff
I suggest you run if you offend me

I laugh at the dark
Filled with bliss as the ice embraces my heart
A cold shiver runs down my spine
And at the world my wrath unwinds

My soul replaced by the likes of a tank
The barrel pointed straight towards enemy ranks
Armor repelling there flimsy guns
Its my turn, you guys better run

Something To Laugh At

Remember that time
i came along
wrote you that rhyme
from the heart

well girl
look at you now
ballin your eyes out
and fallin apart

you fell for some guy
who promised you it all
instead sittin down
eatin ice cream
thinkin your nothin but small

cryin, "why me"
lookin for someone to care
well all i gotta say is
girl, i'm keepin
that gum out of my hair

stop lookin
for someone to listen
to you whine and complain
when they told you
all along

but you knew better
go buy
some tissue
and listen
to some slow sad songs

i'm done
through
and finished
with gettin my shoulder
wet from your tears

so do
what us guys do
call up a friend
drive to the store
and buy yourself some beers
