Premium Member Jelly Fish Sandwiches

Jellyfish sandwiches delicately sliced.
Two or three on a plate, scrumptious and nice.
Eat them with pinkies, raised high and proud.
Please ignore the screaming; they are ridiculously loud.

Premium Member Jelly

Juice of succulent fruit

Jellied and put into

Jars is not the same as

Jam, and that’s because it’s

Jiggly like the way that

Jolly Saint Nick shakes his

Jelly belly laughing!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches

We went downtown today to try to do our part
In making our way which was led by the heart
Peanut butter and jelly was what we had to give
Something for their belly in this life that they live

Some laying on a vent others against the wall
This little comfort sent doesn't cradle their fall
But a moment of kindness with a caring hand
For in all this whole mess, God will understand

They always say thank you and look you in the eyes
I don't know quite what to do but my heart often cries
As the sandwiches finish and we then soon depart
The faces never diminish in weighing upon my heart

My grandson and I today we did the right thing
And though I may cry my heart will always sing
Even the tiniest of things when done in His Name
Oh! The joy that brings! For in Him there is no shame!

"The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of
the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'
Matthew 25:40

Jelly Belly

POEM "JELLY BELLY" by martin gedge

A jar full of jelly and a bag full of beans

in multiples of colors in a rainbow of dreams

a taste that you savor in the juicy of a jam

bursting with the flavor in handful sugar slam

mellow yellow lemon and orange to kiss a crush

a fresh of spearmint green with a wild berry blush

grape is wealthy Welch's and the white vanilla sprung

black is licorice heaven like a shadow on your tongue

you can water up the melon or you can passion up the peach

there is apples in the orchard with a tutti-frutti beat

cotton candy carnival and a pomegranate splash

if you had too many root beers have a cappuccino crash

a touch of mango marvel and a margarita mix

for every single drink your are sure to get your fix

banana is appealing and the cantaloupe delight

kiwi has a craving and the cinnamon a bite

if you like pop into your pudding there chocolate to declare

a sherbet and a cheesecake with a marshmallow affair

cream to top your soda in the caramel covered corn

in shapes and different sizes since the jelly bean was born

so when you see the dentist and they don't quite understand

don't look so sour cherry when the Dr. pepper can

the fact is pure as sugar and It's not just bubble gum

a coconut can never stop from eating more then one..

Jelly fish's transparency
Clear as day
Watch out for that sting

Enchanting, fascinating
Persistent, stubborn
Single-minded

One-purposed life
Self
Self-preservation

Zealous as he pumps
Through ocean waters
Committed to survival

No yours
Not mine

It's America’s favorite sandwich spread,
No doubt,
When you ask any kid or adult, what
They would like in there lunch box.
Natural response good old fashioned P.B.
And J.
White bread, wheat, whole grain,
It really doesn't matter as long as
 It's creamy or chunky style.
Jiffy to general label just put that
On the table and watch them smile.
Forget about cutting off the crust,
Or any of that fancy stuff.
Just keep your fingers out of the way,
When it comes to feeding a bunch of
Hunger kids just stand clear
Until the inner hunger beast is satisfied.
Then mom can bring in her
Essential tools for clean up detail.
It's been prepared so many ways,
Toasted, fried or even baked,
 Assorted mixtures, layered textures
Some people even put bananas
Or mayo with it.
Myself call it a personal choice,
I like it regular please no extras.
America’s favorite sandwich it's
Stood the test of time.
By the way it's on my shopping list
 Again Peanut Butter and Jelly,
I wonder why?

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches

Many children are picky eaters and I confess I was one
It's a challenge to many parents and not a battle to be won
For trying to make a child eat what they don't want to try
Can be a battle of wills and make all those involved want to cry

My sister and I didn't like peanut butter when we were very small
So when were given P and J sandwiches we weren't happy at all
We refused to try it and not a bite went past our lips
Our foster mother scolded us with her hands upon her hips

We were locked in our room, until our sandwiches were gone
Being just six and four it took us awhile before an idea did dawn
"We'll hide them between the mattresses and fetch them later", we plotted
We forgot and she found then a few weeks later full of mold and rotted

She screamed and she hollered and vowed to make us pay
Lucky for us our foster father was not at work that day
She never made us P and J sandwiches again, we were relieved
For the next time, sandwiches from her bed she would have retrieved

Sweet Jelly Baby

sweet jelly baby
                                        never dances but allures
                                      tongue dances while tastes

                                       sometimes seen with cap
                                      they are colorfully dressed
                                         just needs few pennies

Note: Jelly baby is a flavoured candy or sweet.

I Ate a Purple Jelly Bean

I ate a purple jelly bean
after my lunch one day!
But I accidently swallowed it whole
so my mom called the doc right away!

He told her I'd be fine,
just give it some time!
He also prescribed me some strange-looking
sour, acidic, Calamondin limes!

Apparently these limes
would make the pain go away.
But honestly all they did for me
was give me facial expressions that were crazy!

After the limes, I went to get a drink
to wash the taste out of my mouth.
Unfortunately, when I went to get a drink
I tripped on my kitten's pet mouse!

So far it had been a terrible day!
Horrid, I tell you! Horrid!
I don't want to know what'll happen next!
I think I'll just go to bed!

O Jelly Fish

Dancing in the night
Their tentacles long and sheer……
Beauty in the deep

Peanut Butter and Jelly (Sandwich)

I prefer white bread; two slices
Spread Peanut Butter
Then get out jelly and spread
Must be grape jelly
Put slices together
Cut in halves
‘Yum!”

Armani sleek for sure

As they get peanut butter pure
How gross for those that follow
And want peanut butter
And jelly but can't swallow
