Best Honeyed Poems
She felt his hands so gently lift her hair
Her fingers trembled on the moistened quill
She knew his lips would graze her shoulder bare
Her writing she kept up to mask her thrill
He pressed into her back his angel face
as thighs of steel closed in on rounded hips
Her line of thought she could no longer trace,
for she was lost in wonder of his lips
Her sonnet all forgot, her quill fell down
She felt his hands undo the single bow
that loosely held together evening gown
She smiled at wanton ways she’d come to know
With patience born of love he did undress
She leaned back on his chest till she was freed
His hands sought out her breasts with sweet caress
and in their palmed embrace she sensed his need
She stood up to her feet, and she turned round
to face her lover seated on his chair
She drew his face to taste what hands had found,
for well she knew the pleasure he found there
She watched his mouth and tongue dominion claim
A moan from deep within escaped her lips
She felt herself go weak, and he untame
for grip of hands just tightened on her hips
And soon she found herself on bed of love
Enraptured was her body and her mind
With trembling hand she touched his face above
as he plunged to her depths release to find
As morning light tinged sky in pink array,
she slipped out of his arms and sat to write
The honeyed words dripped down without delay
and soaked the page in rhyme of love’s delight

Hungry with desire
I succumb to sweet temptations
and I'm begging for your mercy
give me all your honeyed kisses
that infuse me with their sweetness
come and lay your hands upon me
feel the love that's flowing from me
flowing proof of my desire
that's forever scaling higher
growing fuller with your loving
as you give me honeyed kisses.
Those sweet lips that love to tease me
knowing that they long to please me
on my ear I feel them whisper
and their power courses through me
driving me to certain madness
as you bathe me in their sweetness
softly pleading as they touch me
owning all the flesh they capture
as I'm drawn into their warmness
and they're seeking out their treasure
drinking of my wanton pleasure
filling me with flames of glory
I am lost within your loving.
Let me give you honeyed kisses
worship you with all their sweetness
as I taste of your desire
lost to everything but loving
climbing high we scale this mountain
to a place where nothing matters
but the loving we are sharing
and all time and space have shattered
as our hearts combine together
in a love both fierce and tender
free to know this love forever
sweetened by these honeyed kisses.

Drawn into the honeyed spider web
Like a hungry fly searching for food
Zap, trapped in a web of lies strown
Love words thrown out like stars above
A whole galaxy whirling bright
Where is that brightest star tonight?
Oh! How I long for that star tonight
Draw me into that tangled thick web
Tell me I'll be your star shining bright
Let me feast upon your love like food
Show me all of the galaxies above
Tell me how from your fingertips strown
Love, love's thick web let it be strown
Let this be the starry night tonight
Let's admire all the glories above
Draw me, draw me into the honeyed web
Let precious love words be my soul's food
Let our love affair be ever more bright
Those lies are forever burning bright
Around my broken heart they're strown
Drawn in by a honeyed web for food
Broken by the spoiled mess here tonight
Trapped, suffering in this tangled web
Now as I look scanning above
There's a light radiating above
The rich light draws with a glowing bright
It pulls me with power from the web
As I float along among the stars strown
I am blessed with starlight tonight
The brightness is my strength and food
Loving arms surround, love is my food
Lifted up higher and higher above
Grateful for this loving time tonight
Love grows to a sparkling bright
The lies are vanished, no longer strown
Broken free from the liar's web
Truth is food, right shines bright
Now high above the honeyed web strown
Resting tonight in love's true web

Stones In The Honeyed Ring Of Time
Sitting here dejected, mere pile of bones
pleasure, just memory in darkest past.
Strip out each lie one polishes and hones
facing truth, nothing can forever last!
Stark reality of deeds soaked in slime
pain, a racing bird sent to torture me.
Memories in the honeyed ring of time
everything costs dearly, nothing is free!
Evil are the chains wrapping my crushed Soul
Time, a sword cutting so deeply my heart.
Lost hope of any future winning goal
sad truth is ripping rest of me apart!
Pile of bones, only treasure I have got.
Smelling meat, seeing its hideous rot!

your honeyed lips
the two of them thrill me
I don't mention my favoritism
regarding the bottom one
however, it can't be denied
I believe it may be
that it is the plumpest
of the two
I imagine if I bit it
strawberry filling would emerge
because that is a flavor
I can't live without
but the two of them I need
for your sweet whispers
I love the dance they
do across my skin
pirouettes and spins
leaving a trail of
moistened kisses
but again
don't tell the top one
how I am drawn to
the bottom one because
your honeyed lips
the two of them thrill me

the hummingbirds came
to drink the honeyed fluid
drinking it deeply
now my heart weeps at their death
honey is deadly for birds

The whisper of my name, kisses my ears as it lands on the breeze
Gently caressing my senses, each one of them to tease
Falling from the sky, like the dew drops in the mist
Face turned up for dew drop kisses, not one is to be missed
The dew drops fall as tears, rolling one by one down my cheeks
I catch them and hold them close to keep me happy through the week
The only other thing I have to keep me happy through the day
Is knowing that I have you, even though you are far away
My heart you know is yours, you promised to keep it safe from harm
There are impostors trying to take my place and your feelings for me disarm
They creep on in with honeyed tones and flatter with dubious lips
Remember though it is my hand that sooths away pain with fingertips
Whisper to me my name and send it with your dreams
I will awaken you with kisses on dawn’s waking daylight beams
It will be my arms surrounding you not some honey coated femme
Until then remember I love you and I will prove it, when we meet again

She comes to sing for bread and breath,
In a pathway by his window.
Time too is stopping this morning
With a longing to hear her voice.
She tiptoes, then stops, then tiptoes
Until she reaches the window.
Song in her mouth, guitar on her
Hand with fingers fixed on the cords,
But no song can come out because
Her lyrics get lost in his eyes.
She tries to draw back, but is drawn
Forth by that force the rose best knows.
So she stands and longs for his heart,
And spells his name on her guitar.
Then a new song fills her lips,
His heartbeat guiding the rhythm.
The lyric painting his portrait,
And the cords pulling him nearer.
He leaves the window and walks down,
Smiling, showing his thirty-two
Till he stands by her gentle side.
She keeps singing, inundating
Him with her soft honeyed voice.
He joins her, they sing and sing.
But when he turns to say a word,
She quietly walks away
Because she knows their skies are
Parallel to each other.

~~~ Honeyed Intoxication ~~~
In the first sight, I fell in your love.
Enthralled by your bewitching and bewildering eyes,
In the first glance, I fell in your love!
Your glossy silky flowing hairs leave me fascinated,
Your dazzling beauty makes me rejuvenated.
Darling, to impress you I have the ironic determination.
Honey, your love for me is my honeyed intoxication!!
No More Than Honeyed Lies`
Our lives be naught but
Honeyed lies comprised
By capricious butterflies
so if it feels a bit surreal
You should not be surprised
That masked amongst
The fog and mist
lie scaley things that
writhe and twist
That hope and dreams
be not what they seem
And tis futile to resist
The dream in which
we think we dwell
exists only in our mind
sparkles of neurons
crackling of axons
an eerie kind of shine
we’re naught but stardust coalesced
Naught but figments of fog
and mist
Yet are cursed or...perhaps blessed
to exist...to live and die
As naught but
...Honeyed lies...
Clouds are the honeycombs of skyline,
Carrying the honey-sweet droplets of rainwater.
Each time rain touches our Earth,
The taste buds of soil taste the sweetness of the sky.
Every thunder-strike on the grey clouds
Orders the sky to gift more honey
To quench the thirst of all earthlings.
Every waterbody is a wondrous honeybee
Which serves the droplets of water from the honeycombs of the skyline.
My favorite place, is on a knoll above the meadow,
Under a dogwood tree, wrens flying in the dayglow,
Reading, picnicking, or enjoying the midday snooze,
Or seizing upon canvas, the butterscotch and blues.
Gay blooms crowd the summer, to daydreams' delight,
And butterflies roam so slowly, towards moonlight!
Bronzed days are lustrous, in a precint of silence-
The sun rose blush at dawn, and it hasn't set since!
