"I am very sick "
a dearest friend of mine told me the other day
"And I think my time has come" She continued with
a bitter smile.

I looked at her with compassion for I knew
she was right and tried to find words to console her
but none was willing to come to my aide!

Really, what could anyone say in moments like this?

I took her hand into mine, caressed it, and looked at her deep
into her eyes and said:

" My beloved friend,
even the youngest and the healthiest of people that
exists now, one day would find themselves in your
position for it is the fate of all us mortals.

Some who are healthy and much younger than you at
the very moment would cross on the other side, because of
an unforeseen event, sooner than they expected."

As I finished my little speech she turned toward me with
a broad smile and so she replied:

" How foolish of me to complain about my predicament, when
I knew from the beginning of my life that I am mortal."

Then she slightly pressed her hand on mine as though she wished
to give emphasis to her words and in a whisper added:

" Do not worry my friend, I am ready to face my destiny.
I have no regrets, just gratitude for this marvelous experience,
called life!"

Those were her last words to me.*

She was not even forty and left behind four children. RIP

Poor People Food

We are what we eat—
yet the bread on our tables
has turned to ash in the mouth.

Once, the poor were the healthiest of us all,
nourished by fields that knew no poison,
fed by rivers that flowed without a price.
The earth gave freely,
and our bodies sang with light.

But then came the merchants—
Western capitalism draped in silver lies,
turning soil to factory,
turning harvest to chemical,
turning hunger into profit.
Food is no longer grown to heal us—
it is engineered to bind us,
to keep us shivering in low vibrations,
trapped in the invisible chains of fear.

The Catholic priest once whispered to me,
“If the land where you live
cannot feed you,
then it is not worth the breath of staying.”
Yet here we stand—
on land that no longer feeds us,
our gardens stolen,
our seeds patented,
our hands empty.

They tell us to buy what we once grew,
water now comes in plastic,
and freedom comes with a barcode.
Even the saints of greed wear the mask of heroes—
Bill Gates calls himself the savior of the poor,
while feeding the world
with the slow poison of his science.

Hear me—
your days are numbered.
Humanity stirs in its sleep,
and we will reclaim
the right to plant, to drink, to eat, to live.

Food is thought,
food is spirit,
food is the first medicine—
and you have turned it
into a weapon
to rot the mind,
to weaken the heart,
to enslave the soul.

Healthy food now sits on high shelves,
priced like gold,
while the masses break bread with the devil,
unknowingly.
Tell me—
is this the hand of man,
or the breath of the devil himself?

What We Eat

The vegans eat their vegetables,
The carnivores their meat.
The gluten-haters stay away
From foods containing wheat.

The carbohydrate shunners
Won’t eat pasta, cake or bread
But can eat a pound of bacon,
Not the healthiest, instead.

Organic fruits and veggies,
Plus organic milk and cheese
Are believed to lengthen life, although
There are no guarantees.

There are those who don’t eat dairy;
There are those who don’t eat pork.
There are some who just use chopsticks
And reject the knife and fork.

There are decaf coffee drinkers;
Others guzzle their caffeine.
Everybody has a preference
When it comes to their cuisine.

So I’ll eat the foods I relish
And you eat the foods you choose
Since we both have the option, when offered
One another's repast, to refuse.

Sometimes Love Is Not Enough

They say love conquers all, I can attest that is not true
For my heart lies broken, terribly battered and blue
I loved him with all my heart but it wasn't enough
Letting go of my hopes and dreams is extremely tough

I realize now he did not love me in quite the same way
Without trust and understanding, it was destined to fray
I fought to keep our love afloat, while his intent was to drown
Creating waves and whirlpools, he turned my smile into a frown

I refused to go under, live in dark murky waters of despair
To drag my positive outlook into negativity is utterly unfair
I need the happiness of sunshine to warm my heart and soul
Not the cold turbulent waters that never relinquish control

I want to sail on top of the water, untroubled and secure
With a gentle breeze on my back with no attacks to endure
Luckily I had the strength, submersion would have been my end
An eternity of torment and distress I would of had to spend

I will sail into the sunset and let my tender heart begin to heal
Taking only the good memories, the most healthiest ideal
I'll always have a piece of his heart, and he a piece of mine
I wish him health and happiness, but I know I'll be just fine.

The home of mankind and makind’s favourite drink
existing in a size bigger than spain and france combined
with its new flower, a diplomatic capital of its continent
and a paradise for vegetarians having the tastiest, healthiest
and most diverse cuisine in its regions.

It has a cycle more than the regular year-timing
and one of only two territories never to be dominated.
This home is of its own original Alphabet consisting of unique symbols
and a continental pride of its first ever Olympic Gold medal.

Aligns itself with members of the class of highest capitals
with more than twice the continental stony landscapes in its possession
and a detailed recognition far away from outer-space
on the great rift valley situated right in its heart,
all coming from this abode where the black Jews originated.

Its natural heritage is most appreciated and recognized amongst its peers
and the dwelling place to the last surviving species of ancient grazing primates
holding commanding claims to the biblical covenant Ark and commandments
are the sub-units of its pride spanning a long time scale
which is unfortunately altered by the common affliction
affecting all the settlers of its entire large neighbourhood.

Earth had offered Her eco-centric contract
of love and synergy,
awaiting ego's personal response each day,
each moment,
eager to optimize wealthy health care cooperations
of sacred grace.

Over an apparently inadequate lifetime
ego implied his competitive response:

I grow increasingly excited,
stimulated,
by this co-petitioning challenge
to frame our dissonance,
our operational riddles and puzzles,
games and illogistics
and dark strategies

Measured in statistical decomposition
of the odds for sustaining life
by perfecting hatred and fear
of death's dissociative decay.

I question Earth's right to positive resolution
and harmonic resonance,
as consonant co-governance
of enlightened ego empowering eco
to play win/win,
recreate without sin,
and co-passion nicely together

This co-petition against wasted anxious time
fully exercises my right of conscience,
to re-search 0-sum ego-partisanship
for absolute freedom from eco-dependence.

This co-petition asserts our human natural guild's unlovely preference
for contention over contentment
for sustained longing rather than resilient belonging
for uni-lateral freedom
rather than ego/eco bilateral interdependence.

EarthMother absorbed this richly contentious compost,
this dissembling over cooperative rights of assembly
and competition challenging associative eco-creation
as too inclusive recreation,
divisive of ego's omnipotent present place
in organic space
derived from eco's multisystemic functions
within history's healthiest seasons.

It seems to me,
said She,
Time has unfolded an eco-systemic co-tractive gift,
born of Her binomial grace
in bilaterally felt space,
a belonging response to mutually co-tribute with ego
gratitude for bicameral mutuality
and full freedom of co-scientific consciousness,
to conjoin time's eternal moment
of past personal ego
with future eco recentering life.

Post Scripted: "After all this time and space
repeating inhumane competitions and cooperative contractions,
deductive inducements to balance positive political space
with negative un-ecological economic time,
thank you for remembering why RightBrain felt eco-normics
gave birth to LeftBrain's verbal ego-petitions
in our first through last breathing moment
of win/win eco-operative identity."

Is life truly good healthy wealth
because I wanted it to be that way,
or because it truly is good health wealth
that we all want to become?

Yes, probably both.
And the reverse might be pathologically true as well.

One Elder saying
less often found in wisdom literature
than versions of Golden Rules and Ratios:
"Never harvest more than half."

This self-taking acts both ecologically
and analogically
as a Reverse Golden Rule.

WinWin ecopolitical and psychological
positive optimization of health outcome
rules and ratio estimations:
Never ego-take

want,
prefer,
believe is your right
in cooperation with Others' competing rights.

Golden EcoPolitical Rule, Corollary:
Always give back and re-invest grace received,
at least half,
with WinWin gratitude.

Because the healthiest, most robustly resilient, flexible half of ecological ratios
is LeftBrain Both-And blind and mute Yin
co-arising dipolarity,
bilateral co-intelligence
of yin plus yin equals yin times yin
and, thus, yin-squared-fractals
are equivalent to holonic-holy-sacred double-bound octave harmonic Yang,
4Based geometric thermodynamic dimensional
linear and symmetric plane balance,
the enculturing landscape
where Yang remains contented
timelessly with always re-investing in RightBrain Yin
as Mother Earth

Is life truly good healthy wealth
because Ego wanted me to be that way,
or because EarthLifeTribe truly is good health wealth
that Ego wants to continue becoming,

WinWin?

Life is up to half about how you choose to play our relationships

we have learned to play,
WinWin global species democratic

a felt awareness
that patriotism
risks degenerating into fascism,
as loyalty
risks bullying.

moving toward fear-mongered isolationism

Premium Member The Vegan Cannibal

Every law enforcement official out on patrol,
was desperate to capture The Vegan Cannibal,
so named from a note left with one of its victims,
leading to a series of murders that terrified every vegan.
It read, "I am a cannibal who does my best to eat healthy,
and vegans are the healthiest of all my desired meat.
Only a true vegan will yours truly eat.
Nothing artificial, no preservatives, mostly fresh food they consume.
Vegans are the healthiest and tastiest meat I have ever known,
so bid all of your vegan associates a hearty farewell,
should they cross paths with yours truly, The Vegan Cannibal."
The Vegan Cannibal was never apprehended, but its reign ceased,
when the vegans began consuming mass quantities of junk food and meat.

Changing Seasons

Shamefully dull, life would be,
Without seasons to nourish me.
Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall,
Nature’s blessings the nourish us all

Apathetic and harsh, winter is,
With arctic gales that pierce
Every linen shielding my frame.
Anomalous flakes of snow drift from the sky
As sheets of white accumulate on the ground
And weigh down the healthiest trees,
Teasing those ready for winter festivities.
Once the snow angels and snowmen are made, and
Once the sledding and snowball fights are done,
Into their warm homes, all will run,
Hiding under hoards of fleece
Until it’s time for spring to come free.

Pleasant and lively, spring is,
With liber rains falling lavishly
On soil beds of assorted seeds,
Nursed diligently by the avid gardeners
Who thirst for the sight of the first blossoms
Of poppies, roses, lilies, and tulips.
Blueberries, cherries, and strawberries
Entice the onlookers waiting to pick
The ripest harvest in a timely manner
And savoring them until summer can flare.

Fierce and fervent, summer is
With a feverish breath, that makes rain a treasure.
People gather in masses to absorb the bodies of water
As a radiant sun desiccates the land.
Outdoors, pitchers of lemonade are carried everywhere
And thriving honeysuckle sweeten the air.
Yellow lights of fireflies flicker through the night
As exhausted bodies relax beneath the stars,
Gazing in admiration, until autumn can appear

Calm and homely, autumn is
Wither green, red, and yellow foliage taking over.
Crisp leaves bustle about the ground,
Trapped by flurries of whirring winds
Until they are raked into heaps for children to dive in
And pumpkins growing in preparation to carved or baked.
Families huddle together around brilliant fires
While couples stroll through parks, taking delight in the landscape,
And having picnics until winter’s brisk rise.

Premium Member The Virus

Began so promising
As thoughts of a new year approached
Some called it a year of new beginnings and clarity
That 20/20 vision of sorts

Unknown and foreign
You found your origins in a faraway land
Yet soon enough, you would break the barriers of
Race, class, religion, and international borders
YEAH! You’re indiscriminate

Lock down, shut down and shortages
A daily struggle we endured
The knowledge of your existence, coupled with fear
Put the world on notice that we were in control of NOTHING

You wrestled even the healthiest to their breaking point
Them now depending on machines to inhale and exhale
You took the weakest and oldest, showing no mercy
Masks, gloves, tissue, sanitizer; even Lysol and Clorox
Became luxury items

Almost two years later
Vaccinations, side effects and still, MASKS
Are a daily reminder that
Covid made it’s way to every point of the world

And still; we are in control of NOTHING

Premium Member Original Invitations

Rather than Ten Commandments,
beginning with loving YHWH,
iconically accessible and yet mysterious
as ecosystemic Earth,
Native Americans
and perhaps all original people
mutually deploy Original Instructions,
both matriarchal and patriarchal,
intended to become prescriptive
only as the Golden Rule of cooperative learning
grows descriptive for each one listening
for how these creation and self/other management stories
inform our days and nights
as naked immigrants invited on and in this Turtle Island.

These creation instructions, not commandments,
begin with Gaia's invitation
to do as She loves,
to scatter our best seeds
rooted in healthiest nutritional needs
to follow where and only as long as these grow,
developing seeds of their own to further compost scatter
and to avoid those which ossify
into full-blown egocentric
ethnocentric
anthrocentric addictions,
hoarding out what began as healthy need
and grew to dominate our habits of mind and body
becoming capitalizing wealth through pirating
what began as good times
as good seeds
but turned into transparent addictions
to self-powering over Earth's nature,
Original Invitations to health as wealth,
and not texts and LeftBrain lists and lexicons
of not all that original commandments
to violently hoard fertile stealth
as if this were healthy self-wealth esteem.

Grace can only be truly heard as sacred invitation.
To listen for love as a command,
whether from self or God or other or Earth
as one whole deep and richly wise ecosystem,
sets up a double-bind
competing cooperation competition
between need and emerging addiction to self-idolatry,
between enslavement and self-serving aristocracy,
perennial addictions to overcoming aching loneliness,
rather than becoming cooperative rest,
listening for Earth's invitations
into deeper and richer voiceless grace.
