                                      bake a delicious cake
                                       mash ///to a purée
                                         or in a hot soup
                                         the \\healthiest
                                           you can eat\
                                            Lots of fiber
                                           //children's
                                             favourite
                                             crunchy
                                              orange
                                              carrots
                                               Eat //
                                               a lot
