Two teddy bears, named
Ted and Fred,
Packed a picnic basket with buns,
And home-made bread,
Keep to the path their mummy said,
So off they went, along the way,
Happy teddy bears were Ted and Fred,
We’re going to the woods’ hurray,
What a lovely, happy first of May,
Was this exciting warm Spring Day.
They swung their basket as they skipped,
They sung and saw fresh berries’
Which they picked,
Poor little Fred his finger pricked,
It’s just a scratch,
Big brother said,
But we must be careful, said Ted,
It’s going to rain, must find
A safe, dry place,
Fred began to cry, tears streaked
Down his face.
The clouds were building up in the sky,
Lightning and thunder way up high,
Each one pulled up their hood.
Brrr………… its getting cold,
Don’t walk so fast Ted, said little Fred,
I’m scared, are we so very lost,
No, Ted replied, but we must find
The path back home at any cost.
Big brother looked helplessly around,
Felt hopeless, for young brother Fred
Who wanted mummy, what if they could not
Find their way back home, what a dread,
That would break their parent's heart,
Shhh ……. Fred, said Ted, lets' find
the path, where did we start'.
Mama and papa bears began to worry,
They put their raincoats on,
And went into the woods, where are my
Baby bears mama cried,
Freddy and Ted.
Papa bear bravely took the lead,
Mama don’t fret said he,
We will find them soon you’ll see.
Both plump and slow,
Papa started to sing, I know,
Singing calms you down, join me.
The little bears heard their parents singing,
Excited, they began flinging
Up their scarves and hats, screaming,
We are over here, we are over here,
They ran into each other’s arms, so glad,
All were so happy, this picnic,
Could have ended sad,
For eventually no picnic was even had.
They all joined hands and sung,
As their voices merrily rung
Through-out the woods.
They got back home papa, Fred and Ted
Watched TV,
Whilst mama bear prepared supper happily,
She read them nursery rhymes in bed,
They fell asleep, she tucked them in,
Sleep well my babies, mama said.
His voice is like a kiss
Whispering against my neck
A gentle, tender hope
That helps me to accept
His timing is just perfect
For soothing my heart’s worries
Helping me to see a way
Where there wasn’t a chance
His kindness overwhelms me
With its beautiful encouragement
He makes me feel so much better
With a simple word of affection
His dreams are just like my own
Filled with God’s wisdom from above
Reminders that a real love like this
Doesn’t come around too frequently
His heart is in the right place
He’s a man who is filled with true grace
I can’t believe he wants me to take
A chance on making him my best friend
His soul is good and true and alive
With sincere and faithful compassion
That makes me feel so excited
That I know such a dream as this
eager goldfinch
gather at my birdfeeder

Wow is this for real, my boy lollipop,
My best ever destination, da, da da da,
Is a trip to the park
I love it when it gets dark,
Da da da da,
My boy lollipop.
I want to see the big five,
Then adrenaline will pump,
On which I thrive.
I love it, i love it, I love it so,
Da da, da, da, da, da da da,
When i see a star constellation,
And clear skies,
Even the milky way,
I want you to know,
This feeds my always
Active imagination,
Da, da, da da,
My boy lollipop.
I have missed the roar of the lion,
In the early morn,
We get up, shower, that was our alarm,
Am I right my boy lollipop,
And the gentle, long lashed giraffes,
Da da da da,
I long for an elephant’s trumpet,
Da da da da,
My boy lollipop
Hey sweet hubby lollipop,
For you I desire,
Hope we see buffalo in herds,
And a Dung Beetle carrying turd,
Da, da da da,
You always set my heart on fire,
My boy lollipop
The soar of the fish eagle by the river,
A leopard chasing its kill
Hey my boy lollipop,
He carries it up a tree
And eats his fill,
Da, da, da da,
Oh, how I love the Kruger Park,
From my first visit with you
I fell in love
My boy lollipop.
Will we see hyenas or wild dogs,
Da, da, da da
Will it be sunny and hot
Cold nights or not,
Tell me my boy lollipop
Will you be wild with me
We are in the wild so let it be,
My hubby lollipop.
Da da da da.
Wart hogs are so cute
They squeal with delight or fear,
And rhinos, surely
We’ll see lollipop dear,
Once remember, we saw two
Baboons fiercely fighting,
There’s so much more,
Let’s wait and see
Da, da, da da, da da da,
Will you buy be some candy,
If I promise you, clothes
Will be scanty.
Have my silly cap on, tomorrow going to the Kruger Park.
The da da da’s is the background music.
Inspired by the song my boy lollipop sung by Millie Small,
A hit in 1964.
Big five is when you have spotted elephants, lions, rhinos
Leopards and buffalo.
The maid busy cleaning the library
by any means necessary.
Jerry and Berry, the Macaw parrots
sitting on their tree perch
waiting for their tidbits of carrots;
When the maid got closer to the dictionary
with her wooden handle feather duster
They got excited, with high-pitch squawks,
heads switching side to side,
start fluttering their wings with the warm sun
around her red hair, and
they howler, " Where are our carrots?"

My swimmers on, to the beach I ran,
Across the hot, white, squirming sand,
The first wave faced knocked me rotten,
My dad had told me but I'd forgotten,
Jump the waves son if you can.
I am alive
awake
and aware.
I look around
intent
and watchful.
I am with it
conscious
and sensitive.
I am thinking
turning
and feeling.
I am in and out
moving
and with it so far!
Your teacher always said in math,
You wasn't very bright,
As when you did your adding up,
You never got it right.
And though it appears so very sad,
Twas teacher didn't know how to add,
After all these years, to your delight,
It's evident you are quite bright,
You see your math was always right,
For it happens just to be,
That if you combine a loverly Lisa,
With one fine looking fella,
The product is an angel,
A precious gift called Ella,
So the moral of this story,
And it was always meant to be,
Is that teacher was so very wrong,
As one and one makes three.

Burning excited spirits
As hot as jalapeno
Many waters can't quench love
Snow on mountain__fire

So off came mine cloth
as did hers
in the full spectrum of the early
sun's bright
And now
mine flesh excited
oh yes
the flesh which soon would
excite
in
the depth of hers
i
did with ebullience
pant
In thankfulness
I promised the trees
vision
for their comfortable
block uv light
And for the plush of grass
Which mine nether felt ease
as her petite spent
I gave pledge to replicate
on its blue green
plant
Fire and ice
The sinners device
Holy fire, raging hell
Fell upon the witches spell
Earthen grave, eternal sleep
Opened pit, gone down so deep
Fire and ice
The sinners device
Holy fire, raging hell
Fell upon the witches spell
Earthen grave, eternal sleep
Opened pit, gone down so deep
Hold your heart, see Angels cry
Holy water in everyone will dry
See the darkness that shall swallow
All the light in me, my corpse be hollow
Skeletal tears, and old mans fears
On tombstone heads, with lonely beds
Rots the hero, the one and only
Above them all, righteous and holy
Fire and ice
The sinners device
Holy fire, raging hell
Fell upon the witches spell
Earthen grave, eternal sleep
Opened pit, gone down so deep
Fire and ice
The sinners device
Holy fire, raging hell
Fell upon the witches spell
Earthen grave, eternal sleep
Opened pit, gone down so deep
Jesus, Not Church Get’s Me Excited!
It’s Jesus, not church,
that gets me excited.
Everything I need,
he’s already provided!
Jesus is the one that won’t disappoint me.
Though there’s many in church
who say they love me.
Jesus is more than a Sunday experience.
Loving him is more than a
“religious appearance.”
He’s than worthy of all honor and praise!
I want to humbly serve him all of my days!
Hallelujah! Worthy is the lamb forevermore!
Jesus is God! And is worth
living for!
He is and shall always be
the Lord for me!
He has come that I may be FREE!
May all religious idols be “swallowed up.”
May the Lord Jesus Christ
be lifted up!
Knowing him is the most important thing.
No matter the confusion
religion may bring!
Please come Lord Jesus
and touch me today!
Hell’s gate is broad, but narrow
is your way!
You give to me what no church
can ever give!
You give me hope, and a reason to LIVE!

Ding Dong
Excitement lives
By the loud striking sound
Initiates a movement done
A powerful feeling comes from inside
It’s quite musical and pleasant
Some notes desired to hear
Programed in doors

The elegance of your proclamation,
Enchanting divinity of your tone.
Quaking and naïve, hidden by laughter.
My embrace belies my apprehension.
The distilled belief that you perspire
Is a pheromone that intimidates.
Gestures of your assertive intent
Arouses a medley of emotions.
Emotions
Dancing inside, I can feel
Strong emotions, contagious and real
Too much pressure, some break the seal
Call me sad, depressed, lachrymose
Or elated as my happiness grows
Tomorrow, I’ll feel…well, who knows?
