Era To Evolve

Time to rest,
laying sound and ponder,
my mind will race and wander,
blinkers on, blinkers off,
time to turn my emotions off.

Mind, body and soul,
to each district my mind roll,
soul to soul as I go,
uplifting and peace,
but that districts a no no.

Oblivious to the carnage,
my good name may now be tarnished,
time for mind, body and soul to resolve,
the many reasons,
that make me want to evolve.

LIVE TO EVOLVE
Have you ever noticed that the letters in the word love are sequestered inside the word “evolve?
Because to me that is what love appropriately does
It evolves
It revolves
It solves
And after sixty-plus years together love does,
in many ways,
change its ways of wonderment
and is often altered on a course to sheer contentment
for that is the result of the continuation of a consecrated commitment
an abiding faith that the others faith rests upon the others shoulder
as they grow ever so much older
remembering a time of working hard together to get through the hard times together
that old fishing boat she hated so that became battered and eventually succumbed to the weather
while all the while smiling because each year seemed a bit brighter than the last
and all the joyful events that are now part of a bejeweled and fulfilling past
a past reflected in each partner's eyes which gaze upon a tribute to dedication
a coupling worthy of adulation
he being content to make her content proves the content of their cohabitation
a union rich with rewards that come in the mail bearing pictures of their first great grandson born
a baby with beauty by an angel at birth besworn
so there they sit sharing a couch and swapping a calliope of memories
he talks of fishing and she of a cool Autumn breeze
as each agrees
sixty-plus years weaves two souls together as tightly as any weaver ever wove a sweater
and for some fated reason the last decade seems somehow, in retrospect, better
well not so much better as just plain more comfortable
no surprises, no red flags, and no warnings to heed
just a mutual and spiritual type of need
the need to talk away a partners tears
while knowing that his partner truly hears
and dries her eyes compliantly
to face yet another hardship defiantly
ever eager with a gentle finger to wipe away the wet that it might no longer linger
because these are two who vowed with strength that forever, to them, actually meant forever
traversing together mile after mil
through the trials.. through the riches and through each smile
but most notably through all the determination together to damn away their fears
it seems to me that love evolves ever so softly after sixty-plus years

Premium Member Nature Will Go On No Matter What It Will Evolve

Immortal land awakes through dusk and dawn
Beneath ceiling spun sugar and midnight blue.
Wind's breath trill of tiny song accrues through
ardent woodlands, rivers, and natures gentle fawns.

Tears of life stream with allure and glamor
Dreams grow draping over nature's life in each
Branches newly bereft of leaves, tips reach
Gilded sunrise bonding souls and laughter

Ocean's emotion echoes deep shifting realm
Its grace untouchable in its deepest depth
As it attains its greatest heavens breadth
ancient secrets adhered on coral helm

Are you sure what would evolve

Light and Dark Evolve II

On the seventh day, having listened and watched , Lucifer contemplated taking the next step, seeing how these lesser entities endured their self believed perfection.

"I may be a god no more but I think I cam be once again, here on earth, among these creatures of men."

Into the garden Lucifer went, creeping cautious and quiet along the earth, keeping hidden in the darkened shadows, in hopes that God would not see, In the central core he found them, the woman and the man. He recognized and analyzed their weakness as once, it was his own.

Hearing God's voice and his directing them not to eat the fruit, Lucifer took his chance and the seductive temptation began.

Words slithered from his sly tongue and kissed the woman's ear and she recognized and accepted the power within. She knew she too, was the very image of God in man and therein, lay the jaws of the trap.

To be equal to God, Lucifer gave his word and she shared the knowledge equally with the man.

In that moment as God closed the gate, Lucifer was sure he had won but one more time while lurking in the shadows, Lucifer heard God's voice rise.

"The woman will be your destruction and beware, the son of man."

Lucifer looked up but the image grew faint and for a second, he saw Michael on God's left hand. With sword drawn and raised, his wings expanded across the earth and sea.

God then tasked the choir of angels down to earth to the sides of humankind, not to intervene but guide.

  "Involved to Evolve"

shattered emotions swallowed your heart and invaded my peaceful space
another romantic escapade eclipsed and then turned sour
deciding to "crash and burn" disrupting family home place
wallowing in quicksand as crumbled dreams did cower
allowing your foundation to tumble destroying your ivory tower.

patience and understanding offered to solve swift conclusions
sharing experience of wounds and scars with loving support
your "perfect fit" will soon appear evaporating illusions
maturity in choice, my son, will clarify portrait distort
dark veil of pain will disappear as paper mache' women you abort.

Evolve

When a tree contorts itself toward the sun; this is true love, and desire.

I contemplate the deep blue sky
While lying in the sun baked grass
And wonder what it is about the summer
That makes me such a lazy ...

Let's start over ...

While lying here in the sun baked grass
I contemplate the deep blue sky
And wonder what it is about the summer
That makes me such a lazy guy

Better!

Where once were clouds in skies of gray
With rain and snow falling out of it
Bringing on fits of depression
And really making me feel like ...

Umm, scratch that...

Where once rain and snow did fall
From clouds in skies of gray
Bringing on fits of depression
And completely ruining my day

Okay, that will work.

Now resides the deepest blue
A gift to bring me luck ...

Maybe I better stop right there!

Now resides a sign of luck
A gift of the deepest blue
Made even better today
Cause I lay here next to you

Did We Evolve From Monkeys

I have B negative blood

If my blood type is unknown of where it started from and it doesn't match monkeys as a positive blood type which is 85% of the whole world, then this proves we did not evolve from monkeys well I didn't, lol monkeys do not have negative types of blood they are all positive blood types. A negative mother cannot give birth from a farther who has a positive blood type unless a doctor gives her treatments.

What's left?

God

What we cannot let go, does not let us go,
until, as forgiver, our forgiveness emotions have
evolved entirely unencombered.

Evolve

I struggle to stay out it for more than a few hours
I'm done ignoring the ravenous thorns gnawing at my skins
Layer by layer I'm stripped until the sweet is rendered sour
And in my stupor I always let myself get drowned again

It taints the pool of relationships that I used to enjoy
And chases my mind wherever it is stationed at the time
No matter the task or distraction I'm fighting to employ
I end a hardened convict bluntly repeating the same crime

It's part of human nature or it's a virulent disease
Regardless of the reason the action never gets excused
With elation just beyond the door however I may please
Whether I'm an animal or ill the chance will be abused

For discipline in my life and a stronger need in my soul
I'll excersize for the thousandth time to move past this challenge
Although I have a fickle heart and my word is far from gold
I'll fail everything if I never evolve past what I am

And By Christ Does Faith Evolve

And then I came to accept Christ,
Believed in Him for only He enticed,
Conceived in my heart His light which shows me the way,
Death and sin does no more darken my day.
Even when I’m bound by ropes and can’t see why
Firmly I hold on to my faith in Him for I know He will untie.
Good Shepherd He is to all His sheep,
Hope in Him gives my soul the soundest sleep.
I now see it is the best decision I ever made,
Jail was where I lived before, though my freedom was paid.
Knowing that my life was purchased by the life of the King,
Love could never have any other sweeter voice to sing.
Morning comes and my day is full of joy
Nothing evil I face will make my heart deploy.
Only because in Christ I find what I need,
Praying through Him always proves He’s a friend indeed.
Question though is why the troubles never seem to cease,
Rejections, persecutions, sufferings somehow seem to increase.
Satan in such things is now made known to me,
Tempting me to stop pursuing the One who came to set us free.
Unseen are the real things, now I clearly perceive,
Vexed it is to my mind, but in my heart I believe.
What I know now is without Christ I cannot be whole,
X-ray my life, Lord, cleanse it and take control.
Yesterday is gone, but for these coming days strengthen me to pursue
Zion with might, for there You promised I will meet You.

Evolve

once upon a night, a dark starless sky...way before time....I, without eyes,saw
you,in my mind...To think is knowing...therefor it is...and we became...a light flickered
on....blinding rainbow of color...Once upon a night...
