Best Delectably Poems
you course in my veins with prurience, wild
immersing my marrow in urge, recompiled
teceptors abducted the instant you smiled
love's effigy flaming, my sinews defiled
all virtue forsaken, as tears from a child
fidelity's prospects are henceforth reviled
I inject you, narcotic - my opiate, pure
a caustic and carnal contingency's cure
delectably dressed with diabolic allure
such dermal sublimity, surface demure
I taste of your shapes, corporeal contour
skin softly savored, goosebumped and bare
your tang on my tongue, the nectar I share
our sugar rush potion for ravishment, rare
mixed in a kiss with the strands of your hair
your ecstatic delirium inculcates my core
I'm lost to a lust that's not lasted before
tinged with an aching that day would abhor
velvet and warm are the walls of your fire
addicted to you with a crave to be higher
you are my medicine, the tonic I chug
I am infected, lubricious and riled
lavished in sensual senses so sure
imbibing the essence of you without care
mixed in like poison, I stir you and pour
swallow in gulps, the consequence, dire
you are my opiate ... you are my drug.
addicted to you.

(AKA - "Becca Baked My Birthday Cake")
Surprise! Strawberry scents permeated the air.
Mountains of creamy pink lured fingertips.
Bewitching chocolate with fresh fruit inside,
Luscious and succulent tempted watery lips.
Enlivened young children could hardly wait.
Tiny little fingers did not hesitate.
Dipping in the icing, a lip-smacking delight.
To tell you the truth, neither could I wait.
Fluffy and moist, strawberry infused confection.
Delightfully melted on the first tasting tongue.
Four layers baked had delicately arisen.
Delectably glazed before delicious had sprung.
It was that yummy year, and homemade birthday cake,
She showed me through baking how her love pierced my heart.
Fresh fruit decorated cake with special designs.
Chocolate dipped strawberry delight, her loves’ impart!

Quintain (English)
A porcelain bowl upon the table
waits, in colored beauty,
as a stomach sits to gnaw
upon its filigreed edge,
where an artist once painted
pastel fruit, so delectably.
Emerald vines,
sweeping across delicate expanse,
textured in their stillness,
inviting one's imagination
to simply taste.
But what good is such vision,
when it fills naught but eyes
and lungs, with artful sigh?
While its emptiness is swallowed whole,
to dwell, in unsatisfied depths.
If artists truly starved,
would they paint only ugliness?
Could hunger ever really appreciate
such decadent beauty,
without considering its waste?
And still the bowl awaits
upon life's table,
as many different hands
span its crafted rim,
in search of individual
fulfillment...

Small talk
Body Talk
Flirtatious glances
Beguiling smiles
Warm electricity
Passion tingling
Eyes that tease
Torment and tantalize
Desire on every breath
On every quiver of the lip
Rhythm of bodies craving
That erotic embrace
The delectably sublime
Act of seduction

“Fair fa’ your honest, sonsie, face
Great Chieftain o’ the Puddin-race!”
“Address To A Haggis”, Robert Burns, 1786.
(Keeper o’er the Fourth Kingdom)
Robert, Robert, Fourth Kingdom
Gate Keeper.
No Telestial glory
Befits the poet deeper!
Wherefore is thy legacy
Robert Burns, regretfully
Wherefore is thy Haggis?
Thy Puddin’ flees before thee.
Thy Hippopotami give birth
Purple, purple, such deliver
The royal eggplant hatchling
That multiplies the giver!
Celestial porridge is thy claim
As such befits thy story
But no resplendent poet name
Perpetuates thy glory
Terrestial kingdoms blissfully
Reject that higher leaven
But thou hast won, delectably
That Kingdom Fourth of Heaven!

Romanticism
Dusk descending on the shore -
My eyes engorge themselves on orchid and wisteria swirls
which frost a blue-cake cotton-candy sky.
Peacefully, deeply, I draw in breath to savor
that special flavor of the sea. Its salty tang
delectably has mingled with the lime of my man's cologne.
Suddenly, the screech of beach scavengers assaults our ears.
Coming to claim our picnic’s small remains,
the gulls, through sky now glazed maroon, are shadows swarming-
dusk descending on the shore.

“Painting Dragons in One Stroke”
Beware of angels
with big guns
falling for you
they lose their wings
it’s like clipping nails
they grow back again
eventually
the sun shine comes out to play
the rain springs a well
in the heart good for dipping
sharp fountain pens bloodied
swords brush a new page
alternately pressing
strong and lightly
against the canvas of you
triumphantly sheer
silky as feathers
delectably drawn,
in perilous
Rapture Blue
delicately tasted
as in a ceremony
novelly naked
addressed and undressed
against the glass wall
your true vulnerability
embraced and seen through
ippitsuryu
painting dragons in one stroke

Love you came with a tickle
from my nape down to my feet,
like fresh fruit from the vine,
you tasted delectably sweet.
A brush of softest feather,
blood coursing through my veins,
love you taught me your lessons,
studious, I’m glad you came.
In the heated glow of morning,
in deep ebony disguise,
love came at every hour;
love came with truths and lies.
I asked for more and more of you;
I begged you please don’t go.
I tried to beguile you, tried to seduce,
your affections were for show.
Oh, Love you were a prankster,
not really true love at all,
but wow, you knew just how to please.
I’m grateful that you called…
I'll never condone your deception,
I don’t like to be taunted or teased,
but for you, I’ll keep on begging,
please once more…come back, please.

Light Verse
The quiet breeze is gently blowing this spring night.
Wonderful twilight, dancing colors,
Trees bloom, unfolding the fresh born leaves,
Spreading it's spring time umbrella.
The air is delectably highlighted with grills meats galore,
smokey fire pits of mesquite, hickory and maple burn.
All these sensory projections twine together
into the spring solstice of final release,
The night's day's end.
Honeysuckle is hinted in the air with each inhalation of life's breath.
Laying back on the edge of the seated chair, arched back to see the sky,
tickling my face with the spring Breeze.

Come to a place of enlivening comfort.
In this exotic garden, lift your lungs.
Vanilla beans dangle from the vining orchid.
A likeness of birthday cake baking
awakens adrenaline,
as exciting and familiar as friends,
as smooth and creamy as silk.
Rustle sandalwood leaves between your hands.
Explore the bark's core, richness in depth.
Breathe in a fresh, earthy, woody fragrance
like a hug from mother nature.
Lie down upon a pillow of lemongrass,
delectably relaxing in uplifting whiffs,
flowing tresses of citrus refreshment.
Let geranium leaves rain upon your face,
brushes of femininity gently tickling,
sweet and akin to rose's aroma.
As essential oils harmonize,
inhale the fragrance of my skin
as pheromones rise for you.

Mesmerizing magnetism, mere mingling perfection;
melodic, magical murmurs melt like molten sweet confection.
Pleasing, playful, palpable perfection in pure pleasures;
teasing, tasting, tantalizing... thrilling, tangible treasures.
Delectably delightful, deliriously drenched desire;
effectual expression electrifyingly fuels the fire.
Fidgety, frolicking fingers flee to frame affection’s face;
feverous fascination fused with everlasting grace.

I Have Seen The Stars Fallen
The pageants veiled, and gnawed at gladness,
As prism from far inter-stellar space;
And they eclipse and the luminosity fa’e over the
phase,
And the pursuit of phantasy had sold out to gravitation;
I Have Seen the Stars Fallen:
And have delectably shine in the sky delightfully for
ages,
They have eagerly seen all and excellently heard all;
Have gratuitously appeared and valedictory disappeared on
stages,
And so far, they have said bye to deathless oblate
sphere.
I Have Seen the Stars Fallen:
The spectacular success increase to covered their eyes,
I would be this and that and scintillating pot king of
enamels;
I would be, I would be motto have gone to
too much I,
And the overwhelming gaol and ignominy was where it ends
I Have Seen the Stars Fallen:
All the specter of prosperity are all spent,
They rapaciously built diamond and golden palaces in
silver moon
The marvelous headlamps of pleasure glow in affluent,
Like the eyes of the wizard on descent
Today, the sybarites had all packed their bazaars in
calabash in,
I Have Seen the Stars Fallen:
Gradually fallen made a dying fall;
They fall among us, in the sea or in the woods,
That one fallen could be the star you know;
No matter where they fall,
They made a resounding blow.
I Have Seen the Stars Fallen:
Out of the evening sky in the nighttime,
As light from far away heavenward;
And they fall and can’t shine again
Down on the earth they are found crawling.

It's only a dream
sweet and sensuous
delectably delicious
tantalizing and tempting to the taste
oh, to indulge in opulence
to revel and feel
the surreal
but...
it's only a dream
Only a dream within reality
such luxuriant love
is what legends are made of
embellished every one
exaggerated expression
but legends languish
in the ordinary
no, it can't be real
it's only a dream
But I can dream.
