Dusk Descending On the Shore

Dusk descending on the shore - My eyes engorge themselves on orchid and wisteria swirls which frost a blue-cake cotton-candy sky. Peacefully, deeply, I draw in breath to savor that special flavor of the sea. Its salty tang delectably has mingled with the lime of my man's cologne. Suddenly, the screech of beach scavengers assaults our ears. Coming to claim our picnic’s small remains, the gulls, through sky now glazed maroon, are shadows swarming- dusk descending on the shore. Your first two senses flow beautifully toward the screech of your sounds, having the gulls descend. They are fun to watch though. Competition for them is fierce! Great entry Andrea!

You make it look sooo easy! Again the storyline flows smoothly and the word choices are perfect. It flows like a sassy sea and floats you to a safe harbor of completion. Nice work. Emile. #7
