Premium Member Ethereal Epiphany

When rainstorm shadows
cast raven woven blankets,
entangling between
the boundaries of
fantasy and reality's reach,
we search for soft glows
from serenades of slumber,
where we embrace
the quilt of night.

In restless dreams
a dandelion soul yearns
to reside within the realms
of conscious thought.
Traversing towards
an enchanting valley
where fields of lilacs
and bluebells surround,
laying foundations
for rows of charismatic
cherry blossoms,
peacefully resting
among a myriad
of kaleidoscopic roses.

Above, azure horizons
reveal the naked sun,
whose radiance shimmers
upon sapphire waters,
delicately blowing
a refreshing breeze.
Lucid choral images
illuminate the mind,
with visions of
an ethereal epiphany -
too difficult to define.

Her heavenly muse
echoes a majestic lullaby,
beckoning hallelujah hearts
to oblige in beats of
unexplainable expressions,
so suppressed thoughts
bleed in turquoise waterfalls.

Barren lands
soak in reflection,
as distance decreases.
Eyes admire in
a silent reverie.
Enticing two isolated
soulful minds to
chant in a chorus
of hummingbird hymns.
An abundance of
amorphous aromas
enchant and enrapture,
as senses blaze into
passionate provinces
of aurora aspirations.
A ruby renaissance of
rhapsodic romantic
musings reverberate
string less symphonies
into the once,
charcoal chambers of a
redeemed, fluorescent
lyrical couplet core.

In ivory harmonies,
venturing upon a pearled path
not known to lovers before,
beloveds search for
a secret garden -
home to Michelangelo's
cathedral of paradise,
yearning to savour its
celestial artistic ambience,
but upon the
zenith of enticement,
unwelcome Lilith skies
slyly and silently encroach.

Heaven recalls her
halo shaped silhouette,
as petals agitated
by spiteful winds
fall into murky waters.
Feathers remain,
floating helplessly in
puddles of regret.

Smoke clears,
as clarity reveals
white concrete walls
with broken blinds.
Nature's beams
breathe a deep sigh.
How sad,
time does not care
for our dreams.

Premium Member - Soul Knows -

The earth is dressed in a white robe - snow graffiti on the wall
Deliciously frozen thoughts melting away into another Kingdom

Our words served in gold of passion and sweetly kiss
Colour shines transparent

As the soft feeling of heated drops
tumble down the cheeks saving grace

The tears will fall on fertile soil, quietly the water decreases
There are no limitations so make your heart strong not weak

Fight your worries and sorrows - taste the love
Reflections kissing warmly each memory stored precious

Tasting salt upon lips
Because dearest lily of the deep lake

When a soul knows the unknown pathway leads upwards
We all have a special place in this world no one else can fill or walk alongside

Listen to the sound of angels playing harps from above
Smell the roses and breathe in the fresh clean air

True love from the heart of a flower never dies,
always giving goosebumps a new meaning

Not Built Strong Enough

Erector sets and wooden blocks
Dominoes and house of cards
Built way up to be knocked down
Scattered all across the ground
Model cars and airplane kits
Making sure each piece will fit
Snapped together without glue
Just to fall apart on you
Puzzles without all the pieces
Will not work and it decreases
The fun and joy of finishing
A picture without it's full scene
All these things can fall apart
Or not be finished from the start
Like a love without the trust
Which is a necessary must
So it doesn't break and tremble
And you have to reassemble
Two hearts with a solid glue
So it doesn't fall on you
From a height that is too high
To complete---you let it die
From a lack of love and care
Broken too much for repair

Premium Member Unbroken Peace Prayer

God takes life's broken pieces and gives us unbroken peace
                                            - W. D. Gough

Lord, I come to You broken,
With tears and words unspoken,
You have seen me through troubles,
When You're with me, joy doubles,
In life's many ups and downs,
Through various smiles and frowns,
You've always given me hope,
Lord, I need more of that rope,
In weariness, my heart cries,
In loneliness, my soul sighs,
Grant me Your peace unbroken,
Your unfailing love token...

Lord, I come to You today,
Lead me in Your will, I pray,
Wipe my broken tears away,
You are my Rock, You're my stay,
My life's in shattered pieces,
You're near, so fear decreases,
Heal me, dear Lord, make me whole,
Patch my tattered mind and soul,
In gloominess, my heart cries,
In humbleness, my soul sighs,
Grant me Your peace unbroken,
Your unfailing love token...

Premium Member The Field

Summer resplendent sun glowing
in the photosynthesis of viridescent grass.
Waving blades like long fingers flowing,
the sudden sighing gusts come and pass.

The field lives palpable in the anamnesis.
I step through the Queen Anne’s lace,
I lay down on dense turf, where distress decreases,
Sun of repose wrings out pain, leaving no trace.

The field uncut, surrounded by trees,
shooshing wind mixes only with the hum of bees.
Lazy, balmy, timeless afternoon, grasshoppers leap.
Musty grass inhaled. I doze and fall asleep.

The field dandelions release seeds like cotton
floating on nuzzling breeze, landing, then begotten.
Burrowing moles hunt earthworms under soil.
Nests and mounds, why do ants tirelessly toil?

Toad hops by, pausing, inspecting for insects.
Sioux Nation meadowlarks sing of friendship
from the nearby woodland intersects.
Love by dissolving into field, my ritual worship.

At cool dusk, I awaken to cricket chitter.
Night’s canopy of cosmos is without dimension,
measureless. I am free and joyous in star glitter.
I merge with field habitat, awakening all sensations.

Reflections on the Important Things

A Soldiers Life

a soldiers heart is full of passion
they see things we cant imagine
like bodies being blown to pieces
and each minute it decreases
the chance of ever coming home
leaving families all alone
sons and daughters go away
risking their lives every day
cause its their right to defend
our country till the very end
soldiers know a lot of fear
they always need to be aware
of whats going on all around
in the air and on the ground
sometimes they start to shake and shiver
dreaming there is a red river
made of blood and they have drown
because it has sucked them down
into the hell their living in
wishing they were home again
as parents wait without fail
to get a letter in the mail
saying everythings O,K.
and they survived another day

Bitten By September

Forbidden to remember
Terrified to forget
She is bitten by September
As the rising sun sets

He sinks his teeth into her cold, lifeless flesh
As what is almost breaking is her very last breath
The agonizing fire courses angrily through her veins
She would do most anything to stop it, the anguish and the pain

She pleads for her death
They hear it in her cries
What has she ever done for this life to be lead?
The bitter truth and the bitter lies

Her steaming red blood is staining the floor
She struggles to keep her eyes even more
She tries to survive, she tries to be okay
But she won't be alive come the next day

The reason as why she is holding on is fading
The darkness is pulling her under, an undeniable waiting
Her fears don't consume her, it's the fire that is killing
She assumed that she was, but she truly wasn't willing

She thought she was stronger
She thought her heart could take it
But it won't be much longer
No, she is afraid she won't make it

Crimson red matters her hair
And what she cries out is a sin
All the others can do is stare
As she fights a battle she will most likely not win

Her breathing turns shallow
Her heart beat decreases
Her eyes are now hallow
Her heart beat seizes

Unpurged Sad Memories

I am but an unsolvable puzzle,
A strange enigma of shattered pieces,
Mute, voice restrained by an iron muzzle,
     Dreadful as despair slowly increases.
     Fragile feelings and thoughts,
     Scattered around like dots.
     My lost mind quickly rots.
                            What’s really true?
        At once I knew.
          Now, not a clue...
Now the unpurged sad memories tousle
With my life until my hope decreases,
And I am mute. Try to speak, but cannot.
                            I’m colored blue.

RAINBOW MUSIC

In the dusk dim of fallen sky cloud’s black clumps rise
Cold sun at the other end spreads the drained rays
Blind blizzard strikes the mute sky with dark pain
Storm surge melts cloud in torrent of rain
Drenched sky reflects back the wet sun
In color threads dream is spun
In striped curve of rainbow
Love flashes hearts’ glow
Spark of lyric
Turns music
Unique.

Premium Member I Love Her To Pieces, Pieces

Snuggles a cat,
        that I love to pieces, pieces;
she is adorable and sort of fat,
        our love only increases.
And it never decreases no matter the years,
  oh, I adore the tufts on the end of her ears;
    sometimes, suddenly she appears-
               she likes to chat.

              She is light grey,
       with long fur that likes to tangle;
she sleeps a lot, meows, eats and likes to play,
watching TV- a toy I dangle.
She lays real close beside me on the bed at night,
  and I often listen to her snores of delight;
in the morn' her purr is so polite-
              squeaky mice her prey.

Testing Deoxyribonucleases

I should have listened to my nieces,
they said it would fall into pieces,
when the temperature decreases.
Then all those dirty rats and meeses,
will crawl in through the cracks and creases,
and its effectiveness then ceases.

Click, Tick, Wick and Sick

Like shining stars sparkles a trust with credits
Yet often in media they proclaim about their debts
Public ought to work out its merits
Is there truth at least in tit bits?

When their followers photographs do click
Their social organization receives approval tick
They proclaim about pouring oil on flickering wicks
When other applaud, applaud cries, ‘I am sick.’

Their royal band will play
When its founder steps on the stage to stay
His audience has no other way
For authority applauds none saying ‘nay’

Their photographs pictures the most pitiful cry
Even you’ll shed tears if you give it a try
Between cause and contribution where lies the wry
Beware! Else in social oil pan you will fry

Applaud its value does lose
When with a mask it does pose
It knows to whom it ought to give repose
Applaud decreases when men doth it propose

Premium Member Life and Death of a Tree

My roots are strong surrounded by dirt. I am watered by the down pour of rain,
and
sprinkled water. As I start to grow and come alive I become stronger by the
nourishment
I receive. The sun beats down on me and stimulates my growth, and I am
comforted. My
leaves begin to turn green and stick out like a small birds feather. I am looked
upon
and admired for my outer beauty. I begin to get stronger and stronger and then I
start
to shed, and my leaves fall away. seasons change and I feel cold and stiff as I
turn
brown in color. My beauty decreases as I age then I die, but yet I return from
death
just to start life all over again.

Mindless Judgement

  #racism #love

Mindless judgement

I wonder when racism is going to end.
I hear loud screams and cries.
As if a… lightning beam hit individuals.
who seem to be walking without a worry in the world.
with smiles on their faces and with a single blink.
Every two seconds lives are ending.

“BRATATA” the shotgun goes off.
someone else has been shot down by the ones
who are supposed to protect us.
Badges on their chest to shield themselves.
It has nothing to do with just us but to crush us.

I see people doing nothing but stare at the scene
their hands weigh in their pockets heavy with guilt and sorrow.
The bleeding never stops, The greed has controlled us.
How can Minds be so narrow? Instead of finding the actual criminal hustling Xanax and ecstasy.
they find the most innocent out of the bunch and munch them till they crunch.
Once they’re through they have no remorse, the police force lead to someone's demise
I worry about this continuing will there be a difference in the nation's population?

In the back of our heads the word MIGRATION
It will be just like a vacation.
 that will never end.
Donald trump will be happy with the idea right? He enters the room to a standing ovation.
In his eyes The U.S will become “great” and bright but instead he is just instilling us with fright. He carries nothing but baggage.
As the count decreases so will our intelligence.
What did Malcolm x and Martin Luther king jr. die for?
It pains me to see the people of my color going extinct.
 I worry. Am I next?
Am I not safe anymore?
As my blood pores on this paper, I feel like I’m climbing a non stop mountain.
 sweat drips.
 1, 2, 3
 I can’t breathe.
I hope to god one day this beautiful earth will be filled with all the colors ever created.
I want to see kids playing, waving. It would be amazing.
I want to see grown ups sitting on chairs on the beautiful grass and sharing laughs just having a blast.
Even if it means that I have to be in the sky high looking down at the once horrific universe but now if you observe it is more well rounded and grounded.
I pray, it becomes that way.

Premium Member Blue Is Rare

As golden Sun is shining bright,
blue molecules of light flow out
into our atmosphere to blend
and fill our space with soft sky blue.

The color blue is so serene,
as in our oceans' sapphire tint,
or lakes that mirror azure sky
in ripples of reflective hues.

Among the flowers of our earth,
real blue in blooms is very rare.
The few that are will thrill us, like
Blue Butterfly Delphinium.

There are no really true blue foods.
Most fruits have colors to attract;
like tangerine, orange, and plum,
or lemon, lime, grape, apricot.

In nature, color blue is rare
except for beauty of our sky,
or where our waters mirror it.
Our color blue, a gift, serene.

"Blue is rare in living nature as it is a color that is associated with organic molecules in alkaline conditions: few living systems have an alkaline chemistry naturally. The morning glory flower, for instance, starts off the day an intense cerulean, fading to an insipid mauve at sundown as the alkalinity in the flower decreases."

"The ocean looks blue because red, orange and yellow (long wavelength light) are absorbed more strongly by water than is blue (short wavelength light). So when white light from the sun enters the ocean, it is mostly the blue that gets returned. Same reason the sky is blue." Source: Google
