Premium Member Maybe Just a Thought

If you could change the world
What would the first thing be
Maybe close down all the zoos
To set the animals free

Maybe get yourself some air time
To tell all people to take a stand
For the rulers of our countries
Have gotten to far out of hand

Maybe tell all of the people
You now have your own lives to live
Though if you want to live them happily
Learn,and use the word forgive

Maybe stop all of the madness
That new technology brings
People used to live without it
And they did just fine without those things

Maybe stop all of the wars
And get everybody watching everyones back
Then we will no longer need to use the words
Steal,kill,murder,war,execution,or attack

Where Are All the Fairies

Where have all the fairies gone
where do they go at night.
Do they take to the wing
and off they go in flight?
I thought that they were down
at the bottom of the garden path,
so when i'm in the garden
I look close down in the grass.
So why is it that when
I am tucked up in my bed
I can hear them laughing,
Or is it in my head?
I wish that I could tell you
just where those fairies be,
But when I go and look for them
they always seem to flee.
We've even had a fairy ring
upon our lawn appear,
But even then our search for them
they seem to disapear.
One day I'll find the fairies
but till then, even if I fail,
Il'll always believe in them
it's not a fairy tale.

Premium Member The Coronavirus Covid-19 Part Two

The Snohomish County Health District is using the Angel of the Winds Casino's Everett arena. In order to treat victims of COVID-19. Whereas in Seattle 300 Army medical core medical professions are being utilized to treat patients not being effected by the Coronavirus. In Kent and Issaquah motels are being used to intern people affected by it. They are being monitored by the police. Yet in Kent, a homeless man broke lose and robbed a local convenience store.

The Army medical core is using the Seattle's CenturyLink Event Center and field. Treating non victims of COVID-19. Field hospitals are being established nationally and world wide. Treating this contemporary angel of death.

In Yakima twelve to thirteen inmates broke lose because their facility was being impacted by COVID-19. In several of the most impacted states, such as New York. The National Guard has been called out to render assistance. As of yesterday, thirty three of the fifty states have been effected by it.

There have been non essential business in Washington State. Ignoring Governor Jay Inslee's order to close down. First they will be warned, and finally they could lose their business licenses. For continued noncompliance.

President Donald Trump and Congress approved a stimulus package for our nation. Checks should be arriving direct deposit by the IRS in about two to three weeks. His stay at home order has been extended to April 30th.

Online schools are becoming the new normal for students. Even students without home computers can use their teacher's lesson plans. And in some areas home computers are being delivered to k-12 students.

We should watch, wait and pray for the COVID-19 to pass over us. By vanishing into thin air.

National Irony

NATIONAL IRONY

All hail the giant of Africa,
Giant of bribery and corruption
Giant of poverty and wailing
Giant in the face of frustration
and hunger.
What Giant is in the soul of Tyrant?

'We are here to serve the masses'
But they serve their personal interest
and enrich thief selfish pocket.
Your money is soaked with the
bitter tears of the poor!

'A descent life for all '
But they impoverish our helpless heart,
Look unto our street and see thousands of descent citizen.

'Health care service for all'
But they refuse to honour the
pulse of medical practitioner,
They cause falseful close down
of our health centers.
Their promise should have been fulfilled
If only we have vaccines in our
hospitals not even an atom of antibiotics.

'Police is your friend, Bail is free'
Why are innocents going through
the pain of the crime they commit not?
But your falseful fine could feed
a whole nation three times.

'Kick against indiscipline K.A.I'
But they kick against public fund,
Kicked against human right,
Kicked against our democracy,
Kicked against National growth.

'Security For all'
But they loot our defence money
They cause 'Boko' to waste life's
Your actions caused our abducted
Skirt homeless and hopeless.

'Equality before the law'
Why are you depriving good
standard of living from us?
You steal trillions of money
to impoverish your brothers
and sisters of the soil.

'Reduce the rate of poverty'
But your policies leads to inflation
We Now wear rag for cloth
While your clothing allowance
can shelter thousand heads.

'Reduce crime rate'
But look into our schools,
cultism is highly ubiquitous
Graduate turn robbers,
Kidnaping here and there
All happened due to your
actions and inaction.

I don't know where the future
of this country is moving to,
Everything is now getting worst
'Things are now falling apart'
Whose fault is it that such
has befallen us?

Blue Screen of Death

It’s hit me once again
That Blue screen of death
My computers’ frozen solid
Cores’ dumped it to the disc
There could be a problem
With my new hardware
Or need an update driver
In the software somewhere

I’m the blue screen of death
Come to strike you down
With my hexadecimal values
That will make you wanna frown
Characters, codes and messages
Written across your screen
Now doesn’t that look freighting
I’m so blue and mean

I must reboot the system
A fatal error has occurred
My computers’ looking miserable
Blue background with white words
I must check with the kernel
Take a crash recovery course
This is my worst nightmare
The dreaded blue screen that taunt's

I’m the blue screen of doom
Come to strike you down
With my hexadecimal values
That will make you wanna frown
Characters, codes and messages
Written across your screen
Now doesn’t that look puzzling
It will make you want to scream

Windows has encountered a problem
And needs to close down
The OS can’t recover
And I’m still hanging around
It’s another critical failure
Let’s create a mini-dump
I’m bringing down your system
And giving you the hump

I’m the blue screen of hell
Come to strike you down
With my hexadecimal values
That will make you wanna frown
Characters, codes and messages
Written across your screen
Now doesn’t that look lovely
A wonderful blue and white scene

Now I can target anyone
Strike at anytime
Don’t think that you’ll be safe
Cause you might be next in line

Premium Member Chastity Belt Fitter Part 2

Good tidings young maidens it is me
The chastity belt bespoke fitter
To all princess and queen
I could tell many a tale about the things I've seen
But alas the crusades are over
No need for chastity belts no more
I did good business when the men were at war.

I'm having a closing down sale
Many bargains I've made
It's ok your secrets with me
I still fit free
With pride and dignity.

Of course I might have to make a mould with my hands
To make a correct fit
But I've had plenty of practice and been about a bit.

So come on you wenches and fair maidens
Come lay on my couch
And I'll soon get around to fitting you out
Because there's talk of another war
The men will be fighting again away

My sizes range from small to extra large
With no extra charge
Free can opener if you lose the key
And I'm readily available in an emergency
What ever that emergency maybe.

See me advertise in ye olde Cosmo magazine
With a picture of a massive one I fitted for the queen
I also sell armoured breast belts
With lock and key of course I'll have to measure
And mould your wares on display
I do that for fun you don't have to pay.

Ok Ladies I'll stay open and not close down
A new crusade has started and I'm the only man left around
Send me a E arrow or a talkagram
And I travel to please you from olde Nottingham town.

Any offers?.

Premium Member Avian Tones

When night casts shadows on the ground
The robin, distant, croons
Avian tones, enthralled by dreams
While stars glaze like festoons.

Ringlets of clouds, like puffs on flight
The silhouette of trees,
Nocturnal sighs and murmurings
Are caught up in the breeze.

Then, the new moon appears above
Her white face shyly peeps,
Light breaks so softly, glows the wings
As nest of duskfall sleeps.

Yet birdland rustles through the leaves
Jays trill on bush and thorn;
Where cardinal's imprints pass
Across the dappled lawn.

Soon these plumed wonders of the dark
Close down for daytime's rest,
To gather strength for next eve's rites
Unfolding at their best.

Premium Member What Ever Happened

What ever happened to people, who really cared
about the poor and needy in my beloved country?
The current Presidental The administration would like us
to go away. Why not pray God will have the final say!

Yes, rising stock market is good news.
But what about the poor people
trying to make it month after month.
Rising rents are higher than most
people's incomes. Where is all of their
extra money supposed to come from

When a franchise owner of a local Denny;s
on Evergreen Way, in Everett Washington,
had to close down his restaurant.

Why, because the greedy landlord
raised the rent much higher than
he needed to. It was located
not in the high rent district of Everett.
When is enough really enough!

A President of the United States of
America only cares about the wealthy.
And really wants to forget about
the rest of us.

Cutting Social Security,
Medicaid and Medicare.
While lining the pockets
of his wealthy friends.
What a terrible trend
this country is headed in!

The people of Saint Louis
are facing severe wage cuts.
When is enough, enough?

The current administration does not
really care whether care or not
his people breathe fresh air.
Having pure water to drink,
or fresh and healthy food to eat.

He does not care if the poor
and the homeless line
city streets. Does he really
care? President Donald
Trump maybe would say,
"If they don't have any
food to eat, let them eat cake!"

Yes our nation's infer structure
does badly need repair.
He cares about repairing bridges,
and free ways. Maybe he
even cares if the workers
get paid!

Good News: Basketball Season May Be Cancelled

Good News—Basketball Season May Be Cancelled

By Elton Camp

Of outrageously overpaid, whiny jocks I don’t care
For fifty years I haven’t watched a game anywhere

When in college, some of our team’s players I knew
Mention a present basketball star & I respond, “Who?”

I don’t know the details of what the big fuss is about
But that it’s about big time money I’ve got no doubt

Professional sports is filled with extravagant greed
Really, how much can players and owners need?

With millions working hard for just minimum wage
Obscene millions spent on sports puts me into a rage

So let them cut their season short of not do it at all
I don’t care if I never see another game of basketball

In fact, here’s what I think it’d be best if they will do
Get in a fight and close down football & baseball too

My best guess is that this won’t ever take place
But I’m keeping my fingers crossed just in case

The Snow Has Come

The snow has come,
everything is at a standstill.
Everything grinds to a halt except,
for the little children sledging.
A little snow and the schools shut,
The nurseries close down, nowhere
to send the children. Ah, Grandparents"

Must get to work, big project on, alas
when I get there they too have shut down.
Car stuck in the snow; how do I get it out?
No shovel! "Heh, can I borrow your shovel?"
"Not mine it's his but sure you can use it."
"Thanks for the use of your shovel!"
"Ok, can you give me a shove?" "Sure!"

Back hurts, slipped disk, oh no, not again.
Go to hospital, no staff, where are they?
"Didn't you know, we had a snowfall today,
no one turned up. I am the only one here.
Never mind love, if you sit in the waiting room
I'll make sure someone will come and see you.
It could take three or four days but hang in there!"

Daily Melody

The line still exits, the cravings still strong,
One minute its closer another it’s gone.
The gaps between pain seem to close down,
The pleasures arrival no were to be found.
The minutes of loneliness bringing the peace,
Still not capable of erasing unease.
Alice in chains ringing inside,
Lyrical theme replays in my mind,
Heaven beside me... Hell within.
Words leave less meaning, silence seems warmer.
Incompetence ruling the mind, no excuses to ponder.
Longer and longer the soul seems to wonder,
Unconsciously looking for pain to fall under.
The line between fantasy and reality blurs,
The hope is full of stupidity and fantasy burns.
The trash can of feelings, recycle bin of emotions,
Filling up fast, as days pass burning emotions.

Goodbye Cruel World

Being the worlds chief of police
Is so overrated
With all that we do
And they all still hate us

We're only here
To keep up the peace
Spread our name brand
Of Democracy

If you don't love us
Then kindly leave us
If you don't trust us
Won't hurt our feelings believe us

We'll bring it to order
One way or another
Kick out the leaches
Close down the borders

Once that is done
And they're out on their bums
We'll build us a wall
From the North to South run

The only thing Canadian
That we will let in
Is Celine Dion
And their cheap medicine

And that little Chihuahua
From down below
Cause we love Taco Bell's
Mex food to go

As far as the Middle east
They can do as they please
We won't be around
To kick sand in our face

We'll pull out of there
Our American troops
Not just a few of the lucky
But one hundred proof

They can fight it all out
Amongst themselves
If they stick with the program
There'll be nobody left

We'll turn in our nukes
We won't need them no more
As we won't be playing
In their silly wars

We will be by ourselves
Closed off from it all
Unplug the phone
If they try to call

Live in our bubble
Stay out of trouble
No longer hang out
With that bunch of numskulls

So lock up the door
Turn out the light
Toss out the key
As we say goodbye..

Phoney Baloney

PHONEY BALONEY

They said:
"We've come here from head office, to help you reach your quota
It's a selfless act on our part and we're going to devote a
Day or two to set you right and get things under control"
I thought:
"Phoney baloney, plastic banana, good time rock-n-roll"

She said:
"This new law will be wonderful if we can only get it passed
Then we'll find out what is in it that makes it such a blast
It's far too complicated for the likes of you poor souls"
Aw!
"Phoney baloney, plastic banana, good time rock-n-roll"

The President was so clever he'd make fundamental change
Transform his 'evil' country, redistribute, rearrange
Take from those who had succeeded, hand it all out in a dole
Clever?
"Phoney baloney, plastic banana, good time rock-n-roll"

It was spread across front pages, it was broadcast on the wind
One week later on the back page in small print was the rescind
If we accept it all then maybe we'll believe anything we're told
Though it's
"Phoney baloney, plastic banana, good time rock-n-roll"

Galileo had a problem in reporting what he saw
Church had faith that it knew better, and those days controlled the law
Signor Galilei was persuaded his integrity had to fold
Gave in to:
"Phoney baloney, plastic banana, good time rock-n-roll"

Man-made Climate change now dogma we must not question nor belie
'Debate is over! close down research! it is heresy to deny'
If that's what we now call science, we've caught an intellectual cold
For it's
"Phoney baloney, plastic banana, good time rock-n-roll"

So have care with what's accepted and what 'everybody knows'
Observe and make your own judgement; don't fear majority to oppose
Be an 'Enemy of the people' * if that's where integrity leads; don't condole
"P B P B G T R & R"

[The PBPBGTR&R refrain in these verses was inspired by the great Rush Limbaugh who tickled my auditory synapses with its use.]

Don’t translate poems if you want yours read.
A pain in the ass is a pain nevertheless.
A « race" in any other language is still the shape of the nose.

It’s the darkest cloak which keeps its silver from jingling in its lining.
Every clout makes you see silver stars while lining up for more stout.

A State within a State (l’Etat dans l’Etat), a Nation breeds a single State, yet no Nation or State rules those who secretly usurp the State.

If you went and told it to the Marines every time somebody tells you to, you’ll have precious little left to tell your psychoanalyst, psychiatrist or Priest, but fat chance the Church will close down even if you shut up for good.

My Home Town

It used to be nice
In the North
When we were working class
Not just poor

Neighbours would
Chat and laugh,
Exchange news and views
Over the garden fence

Children were safe
To play out all day
Those living on the street
Would make sure it was that way

Not everyone had a phone
Or a car
Or had a foreign holiday
But we didn’t mind

Because what we had
Where we lived
Meant it was
A nice place to be

Friends and family
Lived nearby
Always someone around
To help out

Because that’s
What community
Is all about
That’s all gone now

Those who can
Have moved out of town
There’s no one you used to know around
New neighbours keep their heads down
That’s today’s picture of my home town

The centre looks like
It might have been
A functioning place
Once upon a time

Empty shops
Now blight the town
Even Charity Shops
Close down

Daytime drinking and drugs
Funded by the beggars cup
Homelessness all around
Nothing to live for
In my home town

Economic migrants
From all over the world
Hang around my home town
Waiting for their western dream
To come about

We have no idea why they have come
There is no trace of affluence
To share in in my home town
As for work
There’s practically none

Women are spat at in the street
Right where they walk
So in it they step,
Complemented with a disgusted glare

It offends those who have come
That women are out on their own
This never happens when they
Have a man on their arm

White Prostitute is a common slur
Along with white girls are just
Prostitutes you don’t have to pay
How did things get this way?
