Bad Love

You're wilting
Shrinking
Silent
On this bed you made
For me
Beside me
Moving your hands
Across my body
Like it's green
Inhaling bad love
Through your pillow
Hoping I'll let you
Up for air
But I did it
So I can't
And I don't care

Premium Member Love Poem Goes South

I wished to find the words for you - so beautiful and dear,
The pretty ones that you would be so happy just to hear -
And when I found the very bestest, selected just for you,
I’d put them into a poem’s lines, so they would ring so true.

It took time to find these charmers that like to hide from me.
“Queue up in a line”, I said, “so my beloved can see!”
But these dumb clods never do what I command them to.
This is the silly way they lined up to prepare for you to view:
“Soft like silk, a lullaby, a rainbow, an azure sky,
Verdant woodlands, a butterfly, snowy peaks, apple pie.”

“You must tell her what she means to you and what is in your heart.
I’m afraid this is not good enough, it’s only just a start.”
“We’re walking out”, said these dopes, “of your love poem, I’m afraid.
What you are asking of us stiffs is over our pay grade.”

It was then I thought, with these mad guys, I should make amends.
If I cannot command them, then perhaps we could be friends.
And so, my dear, it’s time I fear, to pause and to regroup.
Because these words have turned on me and turned this poem to poop.

Your Love

your love stifles me
your love, it brings me down
you love, it never lifts
your love is never around
you love, it holds me
under; I feel I may drown
your live bites and tears me
your love's a burden and I'm bound
I'm not sure how it came to this
but I'm sure this shouldn't be
your love's a poisonous kiss
and I know it's killing me.

Sharp

I WANT TO CARVE
YOUR NAME
RIGHT IN MY SKIN
SO I CAN FEEL YOU
HERE
TO REMEMBER
I BELONG
TO YOU
THESE WOUNDS
YOU INFLICT
STILL FRESH
CLEAR CUT
PRECISE
THIS DESIRE
TURNED TO HATE
WORDS CAN PIERCE YOU
MARK ME
I'M YOURS.

The Bad Love

The bad love.
Dragging luggage you unpack without permission in spaces that need air.
Bad love.
Allowing flowers to grow and then thrusting emotional thorns at one another. Wearing an armour of defence to bed every night, shedding debris of submissive hostility on the sheets.
Bad love.
An accumulation of silent swallowed words that have otherwise lured themselves dirty on the curtains.
Bad love.
Doing a spring clean every so often and breathing life into this love, whilst keeping those bullets of resentment tightly loaded into our revolvers, just in case.

A Bad Love

Will you ever admit to the mistakes that you made
The lies that you told, the games that you played
Even right now the truths been revealed
You continue to lie through lips that are sealed

I know all your secrets, I know all your lies
I found out the truth yet still you deny
The stuff that you've done, I couldn't believe
I gave up my life for a con and a sleeze

You played in my head, stomped on my heart
You are the sole reason my life fell apart
This opened my eyes and finally I saw
The man that I loved, existed no more

Now deep in my heart there's hatred so strong
But at least I now know, that you are just wrong
Eventually though the life we once had
Will just be a memory of a love that turned bad.

Bad Love

The silent pain
Sweet memories
Turned ghostly
Casting fears
Haunting now
Unknown to me
For its you my love

Premium Member A Really Bad Love Poem

when you're in love
you write really bad love poetry
when you love a woman
you want to relive with her
every great moment you ever had

both of them.

clouds look like hearts, and a few look like ducks
you know, quack, quack ducks.

if you love someone,
you walk into the wrong house
you stain your tie during lunch
you walk into people
(a big guy peoples, he's not happy
you run...really fast)

to a man in love
roses look perfect
even if they're tulips
...sorry honey.

you build a white picket fence
with the pickets wrong side up
when you love someone
you take out the trash
from someone else's house

when you love someone
you quit your job as a superhero
you get rid of your trusty sidekick
you give away your bat mobile
you give your arch nemesis the bad news.

you write goofy stuff,
and mickey stuff too.

i'm in love
so i write really bad love poetry

really?

really!

really?

really,
i'm in love,
so sue me!

BAD LOVE
I've loved you all this time; an empty bag;
as scorched as summer heat and cold as snow.
Life clings to me and gets to be a drag
and nothing's worth the time it takes to know.

Continueing to drift all through my mind,
the thought of you it comes--but never goes,
and out of sight is never hard to find,
when there is love, if love it never grows.

I want the touch of you more than life's spark,
but time between us is too much to bear,
love incomplete, has left its bitter mark
here in my cold, and left me dying there.

I want to know that love is more than dreams
but somehow it's as bad as how it seems.

Bad love

forgiveness ask,
then move on,
catch another lover,
dwell on past
kick it up the rissole, fast,
new romance is upon ya.....

Bad Love Poem (Shall We Go?)

Shall we go to the river? To see the pellucid
and hear the sound of water gurgling,
as at the hamlet where I was teasing
you for the first time, where the sky
and the birds are reluctant
to go home late afternoon into place,
we are reluctant
to say the word “love” without the escort poem.
Alas, the river has dried and blackened.

Shall we go to the top of the mountain? To wait for the sunrise
and feel the cold clouds, as the moment when I whispered sentences
in love with you for the first time,
where the earth and the sea are reluctant
to reveal him to the front of our closed eyes,
where the air was as thin as your hair-braided yarn.
Alas, the mountain had become flat and the road to their jobs.

Shall we say the word “sorry” it here just now? To the universe
and our past that is so beautiful and amusing,
I want to apologize to you for having made you happy
in the past; I hope that our universe still loves us.

Bad Love Song

Inivisible tears
Hidden fears
The lies that I've said
The screaming inside my head
The pain that I feel
Eerything's all way to real
Don't understand anything anymore
The hurt I need to ignore
Can't understand what's right or what's wrong
Tired of this love song gone wrong
