Salt permeates sea.
God permeates universe.
We cannot see salt,
but know it's presence through taste.
Same way God is felt not seen!
Just as salt can be
taken out of water through
evaporation
we can perceive God in all
through spiritual scriptures
Scriptures state we are
the salt, the soul, God himself.
With efforts when we
extract self from body. We
perceive God in everything
We get salvation
from the cycle of life, we
realise both salt
and ocean exists within
God. We all are part of god

Our closest of kin
Could never begin
To fathom what is within
our spirit being...
Such greatness that is within
At once shall begin
To amaze our kin
After first seeing
But faith of true kin
Before we begin
Speaks out from within
Their inner being
Of powers that are within
The callings begin
To stir by friends akin
With gifts of seeing
I hear the tantalizing sound
Of sibilant sea waves shaping
sandy shorelines, beckoning my
Soul’s return whence it came
With every endless subsidence.
Like a giant magnet it draws
Me toward its salty expanse
As if in a soporific
Sleep; a somnambulating stroll
Into undulated wetness
Arouses me from my stupor
As it washes over my feet.
I look down at its shallow depth
and smile at my progenitor.
There is a sentiment akin to joy
known to the leaf
as it is touched by the breeze
and gains thereby a voice
to speak of green to the root
though seldom may the passion
sink so deep
as to persuade the soul
of color
and if it does
by some subtle means
saturate the shadow
such delight can but grieve
the twisted source
cleaving as it must to soil and stone
so establishing a tension
between life and love
that may in some invite despair
while others perceive therein
the origin of beauty
