Contest Description
What to Submit?
Write a Sonnet about the best friend you ever had – this can include your spouse, mom, dad or other family member or a best friend that wasn’t related to you. It’s all up to you. I hope you enjoy the contest and, if possible, show your best friend the poem.
Prizes
I hope there are many winners and you enjoy the writing.
Preparing Your Entry
Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts.
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.

You are welcome to enter this contest, whether or not you won a prize in one of my previous contests.
