VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY

In search of more vitamin D,
She stripped off her clothes by the sea.
But she looked rather rude,
Lying totally nude;
Upon which the jury agree.

So her summer was spent in a cell,
Where she didn’t tan very well.
For the sun through the bars
Left embarrassing scars
Of black and white stripes, sad to tell.

Premium Member Vitamin D and Daddy

Dementia gives Daddy many bad days
better days appear when we can get him into the sun
Vitamin D revives him, encourages him,
allows him to grasp his former persona

Vitamin C Major, But Needing D

"vitamin C major, but needing D"

what the
hell i'm trying
to hail an über driver
to take me to
become

an uberman

and so thus began
stressed out Strauss's
trip trying to find a niche
in a Nietzsche book
beginning with the

Sun

Goiter

Little of no Vitamin C
And Scurvy is what you shall see;
The iodine-poor diet: Goiter
And it’d continue to loiter:
A lot of pulsing and bouncing
Like a ball for a team’s trouncing;
On one’s sad neck hanging around,
Auto-immune disorders hound!

Then, somehow, can one it avoid
And have not The Bogus Thyroid:
Lots of what richly give Iodine
Safe diet, no Cimetidine...

Goiter not good for camera,
Snapshots skipping it chimera.

Premium Member Loving Vitamin D

Sitting in the sun with no corn to pick
No crops to plant, my joyfulness is thick
Vitamin D enlightens me
Gives me poetic possibility

Sitting in the sun soaking up her rays
This is how I want to spend my days
Vitamin D enthuses me
Gives me great painting ideas for free

Sitting in the sun listening to a crow
Is beautiful too, if you do not know
Vitamin D gives me a lift
She is the biggest, best, most natural gift.

Sitting in the sun on a summer’s morn
Makes me as happy as the day that I was born.
Vitamin D, you take my sorrows away.
Please come back tomorrow and permanently stay!

If you want to avoid Covid?
No, not joking.
Science on D is really smoking

Well, time my time to lay out the money.

Some scoff at those doing things

blessed to live your life, the way you choose,
Never, never how others say!

Boosted immunity is an aim for us all
Like most, I have a rattling compartment
            Where selection of supplements offer
Ongoing trip, ship of health embarked

My eight year old angel of exuberance
Sidles beside me for her citrus share
When she hears vitamin bottles tinkling
Chasing crisp vitamin C's sparkling flair

Sherbert fizz raphsody rests on her palm
Envelope of appreciation wraps me neatly
" There's lots of of Vitamin L for you," impromptu joke
" Vitamin Love" instant grin returns sweetly

Premium Member Soaking Up Vitamin D

Sitting in a ray of Vitamin D
Sunlight magic God has given to me,
How much more comfortable can I be?
Holy healing light is totally free.

This makes me feel like singing with glee.
Steps to the house are barely twenty-three.
Sitting next to my majestic oak tree,
Surveying my forest and all I can see.

Butterfly floats by on heels of a bee.
Appreciating nature is the main key
Here come the faeries, the fey, and the wee.
In beautiful formation of magic letter Z.

Hesitate as they near my human knee.
Leprechaun hops up and serenades me.
They plant my garden with carrot and pea
Then they race away to the meadow green sea

Cobal Amine

Your daily want of me is just in micrograms two or three,
In your liver you do hoard, a thousand times your need for me.
Without me you turn pale; even a few steps you can't take
With a melon in your belly, very soon your life is at stake

British found oodles of Vitamin C
In a place unknown by you and me.

Premium Member Vitamin D

I have a youngest sunny D
an improvising third of four
in third quarter beating maleness rhyme.

He wears the greatest many hats
but only one spirit-timed
Hippocratic
convocation
evocation.

He sings and shouts
C Major 7th inside voices
and outdoor D minor diminishments.

I have a youngest son named D,
improvising three for four
communicating RightBrain dominant
rhythmic looping sound vocations,
invocations
vacations
easier on my WiseElder
matriarchal years
counted in and by and with
AnimaMundi's
robust
Plan D.

Premium Member Vitamin For the Soul

Day
To start
A new life
Let go the past
Think in the future
Reinvent pending goals
Say I love you to dear ones
Treat you with tender loving care
Be grateful of the blessings received
Above all, love with all your heart and soul.
