Unsatisfied hunger

He kisses her 
With a hunger 
That has never
Been satisfied.

He keeps coming 
Back for more.
Even that is
Not ever enough.

Carefully watching every word I said;

The sun was jealous of the sky’s gorgeous velvety ebony base.
She decided being sunny was something she could not face.
Could I please be black tomorrow? She asked the gods on high.
They argued at first, she had to be yellow in every day’s sky.

Goddesses caught wind of the sun’s idea, decided to intervene.

Full Moon Thoughts

Front porch steps and cigarettes
Tripping on a full moon
The exstacy felt nostalgic
Feeling lost
Binging on bad habits
My skin felt torn between worlds

Taste like butter on my tounge
I lost so much weight
Feeling hollow and unsatisfied
I licked up crumbs to feed the beast

Unsatisfied Words

The last few words have gathered thoughts
 of poetry, emotion, rhythm and rhyme, still within the writing
 something remains unsatisfied. 

The pen is drawn and words spew out
 in search of all that's felt, somehow still the emptiness takes hold
 and all creatvity begins to melt.

Stuck in a unhappy marriage
for thirteen years.
Many pillows soaked with tears.
Happiness she would never achieve.
because of the children it was hard to leave.

How long would it take
before her mind and body would break?
Misery would not let her be.

Great girdle! She cried. 
What happenstance have we happened upon?
Have the two nitwits knocked themselves silly with hammers?
What is the sensitivity they seek so?
She heaves humbly a sigh sumptuously,
As if the scene had the heavenly smells of Harvard halls, the musk of her haberdashery
And wondered how she could fit into such a simple equation
