My pastor scowled, where have your nasty thoughts been?
You must know every impure thought is a sin!
But my mind kept transgressing
There was JLO undressing!
He said do as I do, and poured me some gin

I’m sorry, honey.
O.K. I accept your apology.
No, wait. Hold on.
What is it?
I mean it. I'm really sorry.
Are you?
Yes, I am.
How would I know?
I’ve thought about what I’ve done.
That’s it?
And I’m never going to do it again
Even if you find yourself in the same situation?
Yes, even then. … I'm determined to overcome my baser instincts!
Even if there's no one there to catch you transgressing?
Yes. Even if I'm by myself.
Then you really are sorry.
And ashamed of myself, before God, for letting you down, honey.
Thank you. I accept your apology now whole-heartedly.
Let's go to synagogue now. Let us praise God and ask for His forgiveness, that we may atone for all of our sins...

When He exceeds the sum of all,
Still they covet their windfall.
When success needs His blessing,
Still they covet transgressing.
When consequences hold sway,
Still they covet their own way.
When He sets prisoners free,
Still they covet the carefree.
When praise should carry His sword,
Still they covet being lord.
When trust is His way of life,
Still they covet real-world strife.
When His curse begins to burn,
Still He covets their return.
"Your corpse will come back to life,
Everlasting joy is rife!"
When His trust lesson they learn,
Then they covet His return.
When He exceeds the sum of all,
Then they covet His windfall.
Man is not the cure, or fix,
Says Isaiah twenty-six.

I'm going to stop writing for a while
Until events can bring a smile
I feel my thoughts are too depressing
My poetry is transgressing
I need to have some personal space
To put a smile back on my face

To Hate ... wrenching the world apart
Its forte is transgressing hearts
Pitting a sibling against a sibling
Starving children without quibbling
To Hate... in battles over God
Where 'Holy Wars' are nothing odd
To children renouncing moms and dads
To their young depraved and sad
To Hate... as evil wins the games
Spreading anguish in the name
Of faith and brotherhood of man
To Hate... it boasts the best laid plan
To Hate.. where in the final hour
Those seething souls who give it power
Will answer to the Lord above
For Hate is choosing... not to Love

“Do good”* resonates God’s voice with His might for character-training
Along His refining for our behavior-change midst His wisdom’s enlightening;
Circumspectly, we should be taught from His prudent illumining
While we seek His lessons of Scripture learning.
“Lust not after the flesh!” reinforces the Father’s warning
Against our transgressing, trespassing, and sinning;
Meekly, we do repent with sincerity’s well-meaning
Bringing ourselves to His merciful control and compassionate restraining.

Tarot reading I desired.
She flipped each card and the world was before my eyes.
I thought that the spread would not have insight.
However, the cards did not lie.
I don't know this personally.
I am not one to believe a darn thing you tell me.
You are after something that does not belong to you.
I do not need leadership from a damned fool.
I would meet the fool in the world.
His tales would be told via our love.
Oscar was full of s***.
He knew the exit.
The gateway to technology expressed his ideas.
He seemed to believe he open doors for me.
I have learned him well.
The Tarot Reader showed me the High Priestess.
I would meet the fool in the world.
Therein, skill, logic, and intelligence would transform.
A new generation has come transgressing the old one.
Not to cheat myself, I will be succinct.
The Tarot 3 card spread Justice, The Lovers, and Death.
Suppression is an element that disallows a liberated mind.
Never to be fooled by love, the critical times will appear.
Righteous, herein, is within the Lord's omnipotency.

The altar of earth;
Is a refrain to iniquity,
the diary to trespasses
transgressing the mission,
Of the lord blessing.
The altar of the earth;
the iniquity came to sin,
and trespasses the saint.
The altar of the earth;
The unclean sit, under the foot
They disseminate uncleaniliness.
The altar of earth;
It an unholy gathering
It meant for the unbeliever
It the sacred heart of
The sinners
Be observant my brother
Make it a holy nation
God bless you!!!

Thoughts travel tenaciously through tunnels
Taking torpedoing trains to transcend time
Tempting tongues to talk to tittle tale
Twisting the truths in tones that tire
Telling trifling tit-bits that titillate
Transgressing tolerance that threatens
the tranquility that tension transports
Transforming trust transposing trepidation
These thoughts translate to treachery
Trespassing temperance taxing temerity
Terminate these turbulent trivial tributes
these trademarks they traffic tragedy
Teach themes that target the truth
Tutor those to try train them to tolerate
Treatise the triumphs that transpire
Transcript the treatment therapeutically

Black sludge coffee fills in where
the bone and sinew used to be
If I were sliced and diced, all you'd see
is black sludge
Even where the marrow is, the black coffee sludge
slowly moves into place like continents
transgressing.
Once cherubesque, were these full breasts-
The sludge moves slowly through my body
Incrementally, almost imperceptibly
changing what was once sublime-
Once a smile, not perfect but nice
now looks like ragged tombstones decaying
where once they stood polished and loved
And slowly the sludge moves through the blood
A perfect curve of spine, along side where
two snakes, full of muscle, lay on either side
now these famished snakes no longer recoil
starving- they are but sacks of skin.
Vicious pain at the base, where two hills
collide-
Now stand cr o d
o ke
Blood filling with the sludge, how did this happen?

Module
Away, away, far away, one light was flickering
Up to neck river was enough to gulf me in
Mounds of hopes living within
Were transgressing to keep survive
Hope was angular, like modern module to gulp me in
Fleck of inspiration was slithering with breath at straw
I reared faith stood stone must have firm from underneath
One turn of stone could swallow my breath forever
Sending me up heaven or in hell for rest
A tiger was lurching towards the brink of river gazing at me
I was on my own belief tiger would not jump in to bite me
Thanks god it would not swim, I remembered story of childhood
Sky allowed marvelous crimson on dawn in her lawn
Seed of inspiration dropped down being morning dew
In the realm of my belief, wish was an opaque
Someone will come to pick me up from this treacherous die
Days past I was alive, hopes of life remained wide.

all i wanted was a kingdom
that stretched as far as my eye could see
not adorned in gold or fancy flowers
just lost love and memories
i've lost, and probably always will
i feel im growing ever wiser even as dreadful time stands still
there is that man behind the mirrored glass and i can feel his stare pierce through
this elusive dream im chasing i dont ever want to reach
i see me standing there in shock
with everything thats sincerely me
that hurricane in my stomach swirling more than the angriest of seas
only to open the behemoth of a door and plunge head and mind into oblivion
ill never know which is worse
knowing the end or having a false beginning
theres a price tag etched in my head
and the whole world has been bidding
these lungs and my time may be borrowed
but every struggling breath shall be forever mine
my body hangs in the gallows
yet the world is which swings with the breeze
all i wanted was my kingdom that we built, you and me.

I just found a P. S. feature
that I hadn’t seen before.
It’s the one on well-known clichés.
If you use them you’re a bore.
I thought I’d take a look to see
if I had been guilty of
using other folks bright phrases
in a way they’d disapprove.
I was surprised that many thoughts
I believed were mine alone
had before been poetically expressed
and were not mine to own.
It was like being asked to write
an essay extraordinary,
while being banned from using
words from Webster’s dictionary.
Since I am so many years older
than are any one of you,
perhaps when I first wrote them
they were entirely new.
If so I have a legal claim
to some of them, you see.
It’s not I who am transgressing.
You’ve been stealing them from me.
Won no. 9
